Great customer service from Jim over the phone asking questions about new reservation. Seriously considering staying here due to the excellent customer service.

Will update when I actually stay there.

Terrible service, after all the hidden costs the bill was twice as quoted. Old food was left in the fridge, room wasn't ready until hours after it was promised, we had a large group and we planned early, yet they had our rooms scattered throughout the hotel. Very unorganized. They won't get my money again.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful view from the Fallsview side, definitely worth the extra money we paid. Amazing upgrade for this Platinum member. Indoor pool and whirlpool were enjoyed! Parking fee is high, but the casino parking garage is a 5 minute walk. Definitely recommended.

We stayed in a King Fallsview room on the 5th floor. Great view of the falls, room was greatt, comfortable king size bed, spacious washroom with granite counter top. Every member of the hotel was very nice and happy to service you. We received a greeting call just after checking in. We also extended our checkout to 1pm no problem. Valet is $20 for parking however you can come in and out as much as you need. We usually stay at Hilton hotels because of the comfy cloud beds however Marriott service was so great that we will be returning. For dinner eat at the Fallsview Casino buffet, dinner is $22/person ($20 if you have a players card) and for someone with a gluten and lactose intolerance there was a great selection of food.

Excellent place and a breathtaking view! Staying there overnight was a part of our honeymoon. The hotel also upgraded us to the president suite for free. Staying there was an unforgettable experience!

Everything was great but it was a bummer to get charged for wifi whereas when you sign in it states it is free for a day. When we raised that issue at check out they showed us the print out of the screen where in small print it does say that it is only free if you are a marriott member. However it was not readily noticable and the only thing that really stands out on that screen is the "free for one day" the fact that they have a printout of the screen on the ready at the reception also tells us that they have this dispute frequently but instead of improving their messaging they just continue with it. This felt manipulative and as a purposeful deception. The charge wasn't much but the principle left a bad taste in our mouths.

Based on the view of this hotel is why we gave it 5 stars. How ever there were some issues, for such a big name hotel the parking area is lacking for handicapped spaces it only has three spaces available in the self park area. They charge a set price for self parking and hike up the price for valet parking. After returning back from dinner the handicap spot were taken. My cousin went to the front desk to complain like any parent would. At the front desk it was suggested to her by Mr. Damesh that she left her 13 yr old Autistic son in the lobby while she looked for parking. Now my cousin sets up these trips for him to give him a sense and a life of normalcy. It is a shame that this happened. Good thing was I was with her so I watched my little cousin while she went looking for parking. I know it would have been a problem had not I been there I wouldn't want to see a parent go through this.

Pro-tip: when below freezing, take the valet parking option (underground). For $5 less, folks woke up to cars on a surface lot caked in ice from the constant mist. Saw a poor fellow scraping his windshield looked like cement.

The lady checking us in was rude. While the location of the room was good (quiet, close to elwvator), the window in the room had forehead prints where people looked at the falls, Starbucks in the hotel took 3x longer than typical.

Marriott on the falls apart from the fallsview rooms, driving a great customer experience means to me is from parking to check in to check out experience.
For Fallsview is great to book a room.
Check in staff was friendly and was good service.
Rooms were decent size but not the best in value you pay for (price is paid only for fallsview)
Hairs of previous guest found on table as well in washroom. Windows not cleaned from inside. Being a four star hotel we expect quality.
Surprisingly parking was $35.00 per night, I understand but should be included in price or bit reasonably priced.
Right behind there is $10.00 parking for 24 hours just 3 min walk.

Marriott on the Falls is an amazing place if you book a room with fallsview, enabling you to wake up with a look at the falls. Rooms were good, the Lounge a little bit small but with a great view. Service was very friendly, telling a lot about the Region and Details what to do and where to go.

Location is gorgeous, the 20th floor overlooking the parking lot is not. I was across from the presidential suite. The one bed was broken, and the lack of lighting in the room made this experience feel tenfold less magnificent than the falls are themselves

Very nice and modern rooms, view is fantastic. Service at the restaurants is great as well. My only gripe with the hotel is their elevators: they are very slow and don't make a "ding" when they open, so it is very possible to miss!

Excellent hotel. Incredible view of the falls. Very friendly staff. Elevators can be slow. Pool looked nice but I didn't go on. Close to restaurants and casino. I look forward to returning back to this hotel.

I recently stayed one night at the Marriott on the Falls for a work Conference. It was my third time staying here overall (second for business). The hotel is up to Marriott standards, the rooms with view of the falls are very nice and scenic, and the staff are very friendly. Overall it was a decent stay.

I was looking for a room for the night in the area. A solo birthday night away. This was my first stop. The room was absolutely beautiful, however, upon checking out the front desk attendant told me that the person who checked me in forgot to charge me $45 plus tax for parking! I wasn t told this upon arrival. If I had been told this, I would have looked for another hotel.

Because of their gracious reply, I felt obligated to write a full review.

Stayed in room 1077 for a conference. Managed to check in a few hours before the scheduled check in time at 3pm. Very close by to the Scotiabank convention center, so super convenient. View of the falls from there was fantastic. The A/C was set to cool to 20 degrees which meant it was a little chilly in the room. Everything in the room was clean and neat for our arrival. Only issue was a little chip on the bathtub and some weird deformation at the top of the bathroom mirror. Not a really big deal.

I checked out the pool and fitness areas and they also seemed clean and well looked after. There were no free weights, only dumbbells, treadmills, and machines, but that's standard for hotel gyms.

Checkout was quick and painless. They had no trouble splitting the bill between me and my roommate. I would gladly stay there again, if only because the university is comping my room fee!

Falls view rooms have the best view, but good views can be found on the observation deck as well. Within walking distance of the falls and a little longer of a walk to get to downtown. Rooms are beautiful amd well maintained.

Great hotel. Room is clean and quiet. Great view of the falls. My only beef is the price of the parking $40. Go to self parking. It takes a long time to get your car if you do the valet . Both are the same price.

We stayed for a weekend trip to Niagara falls. We had a room with a view of the falls. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a room with the king bed which had an amazing huge tub which is great for couples. The view ofthe falls was amazing. The did have fireworks at the falls Saturday night which we could watch from our room. I'm not sure if they have fireworks every night but it was an added bonus. I would definitely recomend staying here if you are going to Niagara falls.

Worst experience. Room had no heat and when they sent maintenance up, he started taking apart the furnace at 920pm at night. Management (Tamara) refused to refund the rate and let me leave, saying I had already entered the room. So at 945 I am sitting in the lobby waiting for management to find another room. Be warned never, stay at this hotel.

We had an excellent view of Niagra Falls from our 8th floor room. The beds were comfy and the shower was spa quality. We had two queen beds and a roll away and we had plenty of room. The staff were all nice and the valets made us feel good as soon as we arrived.
