If your room has the Bay view, it would add more beauty to the experience when waking up to the amazing view. The outlets they have serves some good food. I couldn t add a video to show the beauty of the view.

Visited the Bhar restaurant for iftar...nice food and very friendly staff...but very limited options of food...overall nice experience

Very attentive staff, great big rooms with good light and modern technology. Good food, especially BASTA! Quiet place by the business bay where there are sun loungers and pool next to the canal. In the middle of town, but quiet. Free shuttle bus to dubai mall, city walk daily, Abu Dhabi 1 time per week. Delicious spa! Club lounge with good breakfast and dinner, as well as alcohol in selected times (5.30-7.30) this does not make them aware, so information should be better. We thought it was all day. There is coffee, soft drinks, water and snacks all day. We first found out on the 4th day that you could get severed egg dishes to the table, wish they asked when we arrived the first day. But good hotel in city which can be clearly recommended.

Spent a weekend over there with my wife. Upon arrival Sabrina at the reception was extremely kind and professional checking in was in less than 3 minutes. The room is one of the best I've seen in Dubai! Literally beautiful the room was huge with a beautiful view of the canal. The bathroom as well was huge and very well decorated. Everything was spotless clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. Big variety and a juice bar! The morning we checked out my wife called and asked for shampoo and they sent a bunch in a zip lock bag they knew she enjoyed it and wanted her to take some home with her. All in all amazing experience. Will definitely visit again next time in Dubai.

Like, the rooms are very spacious and spacious, the view was on the creek (a semi-new area) I think how many years and where the life is now for most of the people around it under construction walking from it to the Dubai Mall for about 15 minutes.

The guy from the reception or tel operator is not accommodating and does not show the willingness to help so will def book with OTHER hotel.

Wonderful hotel, spacious and with an amazing view! Everything very clean, and very sophisticated, perfect !!! Loved it, and super-pointed. I just could not enjoy td q the hotel offers, but it sure was worth it!

Excellent hotel, with quality service, the restaurant is very tasty food, full breakfast. The hotel is relaxed and relaxed, the rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable beds.

Nice and wonderful hotel I would recommend staying in

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in a long time. The staff was exceptional! They have the best lounge ever. The good, service and ambiance was first class. I stayed for over a week, and they new my name by the second day and always greeted me by name. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. I was upgraded to the vice presidential suite which was huge!

Honestly, they do not deserve and not a star ... The hotel is clean, but their service is so painful and handy ... On the day you ask for something, they will humiliate you. God ... and I told them two days ago and in the reservation and before we arrived in the morning connected ... Thank you bad mood

Located right next to the canal 10-20 minutes walk from the Business Bay metro station. Great interior decor good amenities, friendly staff.

A wonderful hotel with all the meaning of the meaning of reception, service, cleanliness and treatment. Words fail to describe the amount of sophistication in dealing and the description of cleanliness everywhere in the hotel.

1. I can t switch off the A/C in the room and after calling the engineer he said I need to bring stair to check out the issue.

2. The call center doesn t respect me and try to make me nervous just because I asked to explain how to switch off the A/C by phone without sending any one to the room.

3.I stayed before at the same hotel but in executive suite and it was an amazing experience with zero mistakes, so They will respect and serve you professionally only if you are staying at a higher category room.

If you just want to sleep one fast night , this is the wrong place to choose because you will never be served as a five star hotel guest if you will stay a lower category room.

Legendary hotel in every sense of the word Take a view of the lake and claim me void

The location of this hotel was so much greater. It close to everything. And it is located in very quiet area. Hotel stuffs really nice. It has a very nice panoramic views on the Marasi Drive . Room was big and comfy. The furniture was amazing in every where.

Amazing hotel only downside is that it is not really close to a metro so you will have to walk in the heat

Very good hotel. Friendly staff and amazing room. The views from room are amazing and room is so not a typical design. Liked their storage area, wardrobe, washroom and room lay out.

What started of as a great check in quickly turned. After unpacking and settling into the room the staff informed us we had to pay double what we had paid in order to stay in the room due to a staff error! After informing the staff the card had already been charged and we had an agreement they apologised and insisted we still pay or downgrade so at 9pm we had to pack our things again and move keeping in mind we have a baby and pregnant. It was incredibly disappointing and ruined the whole stay and that was just day 1. We are still awaiting the refund!

Beautiful neat and spacy rooms, attentive personnel. Too expensive breakfast of 50$ per person, therefore 4 stars.

Modern contemporary and beautiful. All restaurants amazing and view to canal omg, have to mention that shisha terrace has unique flavors but my favorite restaurant is Mont Blanc food, service and ambience were to the highest mark. My friends were staying there and were so happy with everything, and I am glad i did discover it.

Very accomodating to stay with,and the view is breathtaking...good aminosity and facility,staff is very friendly.had a brunch at italian restaurant and food are excellent!!our server is very attentive and very friendly towards us,her name is jean.so i highly recommended that restuarant!!

Brand new hotel in Dubai! Absolutely love everything about this place. Great views, great staff, wonderful food and very nice bars. We actually stayed there twice due to the great atmosphere!

By far the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff is unbelievable, accommodating and friendly in anything you could possibly want or need. The club level lounge and food are above and beyond. Great location on the river and near the mall. Would recommend this hotel with 10 stars!

BEWARE of this hotel - it is currently practising a scam where it holds guests to ransom over 3 months after booking demanding over 200 per night more money or otherwise threatening to cancel bookings and leave guests stranded - management are dishonourable scammers, AVOID at all costs!!!

Hotel stay was great! All staff was absolutely great and very friendly. The only area that they re lacking in was the timing of the room cleaning. They came every day at random hours. I wasn t really happy when I come to my room at 5 pm and it wasn t cleaned yet.

It was my first time staying at the hotel. I m a big fan of Marriott Hotels in Dubai.

The lobby is very welcoming.

The coffee shop seating area is well appointed.

My room was very large with a sofa. The bedroom is very well layed out.

I was disappointed that I was not able to get a view of the creek.

The gym was is very well equipped with the latest machines. The pool area is very nice which is on the same floor.

Breakfast at Bhar was very delicious. There was a lot of food to choice from such as cereals, lebanese, american, and indian cuisine at the buffets. If the weather is nice, I recommend sitting outside overlooking the creek.

I also recommend to eat at Basta italian restaurant.

This was the first time I visited Dubai and also booked this hotel. This is by far my favorite hotel I have stayed at. This hotel exudes luxury, from the architectural design, cleanliness, punctuality, hospitality and so much more. The food was excellent, well seasoned and the presentation was impressive. I definitely will stay again when I visit Dubai next year!

Great hotel with amazingly spacious rooms. The bathroom is designed so uniquely. I really enjoyed the experience. They also have the absolute best bath robes! I stayed there with my girlfriend once and on my own another time. It was very relaxing. Their beds are super comfy, the view is nice. The location is really close to the business bay and to Burj. They also have excellent restaurants and the best shisha I ve had so far!

I have very bad experience as a customer there , most of the staf was unhelpful what ever I asked ,thy will reply wait , than they ignored me . They are not organized when they serving the food ( I was there in big events ) ...
The staff in reception was totally rud .. I want to extend one more night there . Am holding (Emirates platinum card ) than I asked how much discount I can get , they don t know how to answe than they asked me to wait , I was waiting more than 20 min no reply while they are busy to check-in the new guests , I feel so bad and I just leave to look for another hotel ...
