Marriott International - Renaissance Dubai Hotel Review

Beautiful lobby and calm place ..unexpected and cute

Have been opened only two months ago the Renaissance Downtown hotel Dubai is a state of the art design hotel at highest standards. It s interior designs are decent and every element is on its right place. But it s not overloaded with the opulence you can experience in other hotels.

And the clients are open minded world citizens who enjoy the professional hospitality of a first class hotel chain.

Our corner suite was very spacious.

Great hotel, amazing rooms and variety of restaurants and bars. Very well located too in the heart of downtown, everything is a quick drive away.

Very nice with comfortable stay. Nice view over Dubai Canal.
Staff are friendly & Helpful.
Only the room service was a it slow.
The reception's coffee doesn't have variety of dessert.

One of my favorite lunch and brunch places in downtown, great food with signature chefs. Should try Bhaar the lebanese restaurant

In the middle of down town few minutes v
from Burj Khalifa. It has good upscale restaurants.

The hotel itself is very nice and modern.
The hotel staff were also very nice, but it is a little difficult to talk to them.
The hotel gets the 2 stars because the room was not clean and we were not welcomed in a friendly way at the reception ....
Nobody was interested in us having to do a PCR test ...
In other 5 star hotels it is a matter of course.

When this hotel opened up it was a breath of fresh air. Being next to the canal with an amazing rooftop for dining and taking amazing shots of Dubai. Furthermore their dining experiences are amazing

One of the best hotels in Dubai, the services are above ground, the staff are very attentive and attentive to customer satisfaction, the hotel has multiple options, the views are fantastic in every direction. I thank Professor Ahmed for his cooperation and professionalism at work

On arriving the hotel early the staff (Constance - if I remembered the name correctly) he was quick to serve us and checked the availability of the hotel room and breakfast was offered as we were waiting and he even brought the keys to our (after an hour as promised). We met Jean at the breakfast place - Basta, she was friendly and chatted with us welcoming us to Dubai. Her service was also very good. Housekeeping was also very good - the clean rooms we had everyday when we return back to the room. Smari checked us out with proper and clear explanation of the breakdown of cost during our stay. Overall, the experience me and my family had at the hotel was something that was above the expectations. Great job!

Had an absolutely fabulous birthday celebration at Morimoto!! A great meal, fantastic drinks and a whole ball of fun with the music!!! If you get Phill to serve you, it's going to be a particularly fantastic time with timely delivery of food and drinks. A fantastic ambience, lovely service, and a beautiful way to enjoy a weekend afternoon!

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is well dressed and clean. The staff and service is outstanding. Basta is a great Italian restaurant inside the hotel. Swimming pool and gym are small but very nice.
The only thing I found not up to par was the lighting in the parking garage. It is hard to see well and the garage is small.
Overall it is an outstanding stay. Recommended.

Great new business hotel. Best executive lounge for a medium sized hotel. Fantastic pool and location in Business Bay by the Canal. I am a Marriott Platinum guest and they certainly look after you well. Its great for a holiday and business - infinity pool, hidden bar, great outdoor lounge/bar and a large exec lounge. Staff and service are excellent

Amazing place and great value for money. Basta Beau Blanc and Mari Moto are exceptional restaurants.

Boy i miss this hotel. The rooms are amazing, the quality of the food in all of the restaurant is amazing, the service was either really good or just okay depending on the people (especially the pool and breakfast) so find a nice waiter/waitress and be nice to her/him and everything will be better. ;)

Pleasure having a visit and breakfast at this hotel. The concept is unique which you cannot find in other hotels in Dubai. The rooms are great specially those overlooking the canal. The restaurants have different unique styles. The breakfast at the French restaurant is great. Thumbs up

The valet scratched my car on two different instances, one in October '18 and one today.

The hotel management did absolutely nothing, the valet deny anything ever happened. The first time we requested to see footage and the hotel manager refused and said we should bring the police if interested to escalate the situation.. I had to drive back to Riyadh and didn't have time (other than the 4 hours wasted with hotel management)

Today they tried to deny but it didn't go far since the valet driver admitted to scratching it when I specifically told them not to move my car.. when I requested to see the manager, the same person who did nothing the first time showed up. No resolution yet. I will not come back and do not recommend this hotel to anyone, seeing as how when things get serious, the hotel does not care a single bit and will not take any responsibility not will compensate for the lousy valet they have.

I have made a appointment on 14th of August 2019 and on my visit to the Six Senses spa. Lenn the reception has welcome me with a smiling face and asked me to be seated and provided me with a welcome drink and cold cloth. In few minutes the therapist named Yada came to me with a smile saying she will be my therapist and guided me to the treatment room. On the way to treatment room she was explaining about each room having a different sensory experience and i was taken to Sight suite. The room was with 2 portion one is treatment room and other was steam and sauna and the light therapy mask together with the relaxing area there was also washroom and shower room. it was so spacious and really i loved to stay long. I have started my treatment after my sauna and shower and Yada is really so professional that she knows each and every point of the muscle and the tissue so i really felt so relaxing and i slept off deep. After the treatment she also suggested me the oil which will be best for me.Then i was guided to the Light therapy and a mask is kept on my eye and i could choose a colour which feel good to my eye. Yada provided me with a nice ginger tea and dates, she also asked me how i feel. Later when i am out from the treatment room in the reception,Lenn,Yada and Tripi with a smiling face asked me how was the treatment and they were asking me to visit again for other treatments. These staff positive approach to the guest really shows their dedication to their job role. The smile from the time i enter the spa and the treatment has started with a good vibe. Great team and i shall recommend the spa to my friends and family and i shall also visit for other treatments to try the other sensory experience as suggested by Lenn. Good luck.. cheers...

Let's get straight to the point. Location, location, location.The customer service is AMAZING!! The time you arrive, you are welcomed by a fantastic front desk staff. Our luggage was quickly ushered away from us to ease our entry. We did the mobile check-in before arrival and it was superb. Our room was a chic , very large club room, with a brilliant view of the Burj Khalifa. The daily breakfast, located on the 21st floor, again with great views, was international in selection. The restaurants were flavorful, fresh, hot, sumptuous and modern in decor. The daily happy hours, again on the 21st floor, will gaurentee that you will want to stay at this location again. The frequency shuttle service to the Dubai Mall was very convenient. The infinity pool, with views overlooking the canal, riverwalk, and wonderful architecture, was 1st rate. Kudos Marriott for a job well done

Very stylish hotel with much of a hospitality. From the reception and coffee shop to the restaurants inside, all are very pleasantly serviced. When I have opportunity to stay in downtown side, this will definitely be my first choice.

Superb! The hotel was so clean and staff were so friendly and helpful - they understood english very well. The room was SPECTACULAR! The view was breathtaking, i woke up looking at the Burj Khalifa and went to bed admiring the lights on the Burj Khalifa.

Nice pristine Marriott property near the Dubai creek. Very close to business bay.

I love this place because its ambience is so tech up. Good customers welcome experience, spacious rooms facing the water front, gym, swimming pool, complimentary breakfast, wifi in the room and conference rooms.

Amazing atmospheric place! And lots of good restaurants with delicious food. Will recommend to go for dinner!

I only see the restaurant in 24th floors, it s so decent and good food with so cool people on a customer service!.
