Top hotel, I liked everything, you can walk to the mall

Had a training there, did not see the rooms, but the service, ambiance and atmosphere are enjoyable. Loved the design, colorful and some tasty restaurants.

I've never reviewed anything before in Google maps, but this hotel needs to be reviewed. It was one of the best hotels I ve ever stayed in. The staff very friendly and very helpful specially Lia the lady answering the phone, and the reception guys Hamdy and Suhaib. Also Riva the guy from housekeeping and the doorman Tom and Stephan they were very kind and helpful. Everything you will ask in this hotel you will get it. The hotel is new and near to Dubai mall and the boulevard, also they have a shuttle to many places. The bed was so comfortable and the view was perfect on the canal. Absolutely, I will book at this hotel again and again and again.

Renaissance Downtown very nice hotel with a team at the top and with the care, spacious and bright rooms very pretty with a deco mordern and oriental with all the equipment it takes. I recommend this hotel to all who have a lot of small + (spa, pool, gym, concierge and again and again .....) and 3 restaurants a chic just perfect and delicious! For a stay in Dubai it is all just top of the top this hotel.

Excellent hotel with an outdoor restaurant area which has now been converted for private parties. Amazing views and ambience. Great personalised service and food. Safety is a priority here so several measures in place for both physical as well as covid safety measures.

One of the most beautifully designed hotels I ve ever been to. The style of the interior designs of the rooms is simply great. The room was very clean very well-maintained and cleaned throughout the stay. The location is very good, the staff is friendly, and the hotel s facilities are just lovely. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Dubai, either for business or leisure.

This hotel is really well designed seems well operated. I didnt stay there my friend did and I didnt order any food tbh but it's pretty and the atmosphere is calm and relaxed I would definitely look this up next time I have a guest in town

TERRIBLE room service. There s only one number you could call on from the room. It took me three attempts every single time before someone answered the phone after which the guy would turn at the door an hour later. Every evening there would be an issue with the lights in our room and calling the engineer would be an ordeal. The AC in our room was making a weird noise. The staff is unresponsive and extremely slow. DEFINITELY not worth the money.

The only thing i did not like was the fridays loud music at 1am. I was on the 11th floor and the music was very loud.It's a hotel, not a club..Was kind of hard to sleep..
For the rest.. the hotel is exceptional.

The hotel is sweet. And its rooms are large and bitter. On the business bay means downtown and close to Dubai Mall. It has 4 Arabic, Italian, French and Asian restaurants.

It always means a lot when someone acknowledges the effort you put into your job

I stayed at the renaissance hotel for 8 nights. In my stay I could honestly say that the service was horrible because I had to wait for nearly an hour when ordering simple things like a plate or extra shampoo for the bathroom, which they don t replace to begin with. There pictures online were false advertisements regarding the room we actually got, the swimming pool was on the 3rd floor with barely any view and 8 seats for a hotel that can hold up to 300 people! The hotel room was unsanitary since the bed sheets weren t changed before we got there, and it smelled really bad. If you forget any items over there, they won t tell you about it. We forgot an iphone charger and a hair straightner which they didn t inform us of till we called back, and still they couldn t find the iphone charger. I truly would not recommend at all for anyone to stay at the Renaissance Hotel Dubai.

Rubbish parking in the hotel. I visited one of the hotel s restaurants (Basta) and used their underground parking, their AC ducts are too low and it scratched the roof of my car. I had to get it removed at at a cost of 400 AED, totally ruined my evening.

The customer service here is second to none, really friendly and the food is . I loved the beautiful view outside the Hotel and the priceless view from the top rooms.

Butifull hotel with perfect stuff and services with magnificent view to Dubai and Buisness bey

Where do i start? We checked in to a room where you can t see any view from because of how dusty the windows were. Secondly, we arrived to a room with no coffee machine, when we requested one we got one which caused a huge leak. Thirdly, the Basta hotel had horrible service, we waited 1 hour for our breakfast and even then our order was completely wrong with no apologies from the staff members. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. I definitely will not be staying at the renaissance again. Four seasons all the way!

We had a stay in Renaissance Downtown at the end of August , although really hot in Dubai the hotel was an awesome experience , with really top class guest services. The low point was that some of the rooms have an obstructed view of the city and we got one of those . But the room itself was up to standard. Tried the Italian Restaurant for a lunch and felt that food is really nice , but on the expensive side. Breakfast was top notch and we recommend it . Overall 5 star experience .

Very beautiful and luxurious hotel recently built very close to Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa which can be reached in a few minutes by taxi.
We stayed in a corner king suite with access to the lounge, the room is huge (about 75 square meters) and very well furnished, with a three-seater sofa and an armchair with two small tables, TV at least 48 inches.
The bathroom is huge with huge shower and bathtub, the WC area (with bidet) is separated from the rest of the bathroom by another door.
Also note the presence of the walk-in closet at the entrance of the room.
In the room we also had an illy espresso machine.
Excellent breakfast and snacks on the lounge on the upper floors of the hotel and open all day.

A few flaws, impossible to use the shower we had either hot or cold water. Fortunately there is a bath.
The beds are too small.
Lack of deckchairs at the pool, in 9 days we were able to enjoy it only once.

Lovely and stay with family at Renaissance Downtown

Great stay in business bay. Half an hour walk to burj khalifa and dubai mall.

Superb hotel ... superb architecture and convenient location. The hotel is part of the Marriot/Starwood group and so you can expect the usual high standards.

We were provided a shuttle bus to some of the major moles in town which proved to be very convenient though the taxes are relatively cheap going to any of the locations whether they be in town or further up the coast.

It s a beautifully designed hotel with a wonderful Italian restaurant on site.

Renaissance Downtown hotel is best place to stay in Dubai and celebrate your special occasion.

The Renaissance Hotel was just stunning and exceeded my expectations in many ways possible. My husband and I arrived late in the evening and we were immediately welcomed by a beautifully intoxicating fragrance and smiling staff in the lobby area. We were quickly checked into our room which I cannot fault in any way at all. I am an absolute clean freak and this room was just spotless. The decor was very modern and the hotel facilities in general were outstanding. The customer service was also beyond expectations and nothing felt like too much trouble. I would like to especially mention the lady on the guest services desk. She went out of her way to build an itinerary for us and book excursions for us and she seemed very pleased to help. I will definitely be visiting again.

Hotel has a very good view of the Dubai canal. The breakfast is good but could've been better. It has a different layout of corridors reminding me of Baku and Istanbul.
