I love this hotel. Breathtaking view of the fall. Excellent guest services. The rooms are clean and cozy. I'm definitely stayongbhere again. The self/valet parking could be a little better. Other than that nothing negative to say.

The hotel is great.

The hotel is great.
We had booked a room with a view of the waterfall on the upper floors and got a room on the 19th floor.
The view from the room was fantastic and we could watch the fireworks very well.
The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable.
Another highlight is the breakfast area with a direct view of the waterfalls.
I can only recommend the hotel.

What a beautiful view to wake up to! The rooms were cozy and clean, washroom was huge and had an extra large hot tub, access to lots of great cable TV, great room service, and my favorite, breakfast was awesome! I would stay here any time in visiting Niagara. I felt like I was right at home here.

Went off season but still worth every penny. The room gave a magnificent view of the falls at Terrapin Point but to be honest, a 10 minute walk and you're there in person feeling all the water drench you!

DON'T SELECT THE BREAKFAST OPTION WHEN BOOKING DURING COVID. It turns out the breakfast restaurant is closed so they gave us a $20 coupon for either the Starbucks at the lobby or the restaurant open only for dinner. We had a dinner reservation elsewhere already on the night before and the price at the Starbucks at the lobby was DOUBLE the normal price. So effectively, $20 paid for breakfast at the mezzanine turned into a $10 Starbucks coupon. Things are tough with COVID, I get it. But this just wasn't fair value. Everything else - the room/view, valet parking, cleanliness and the staff (except for the last staff I spoke with about the coupon issue) - was great.

Falls view room was great, nice ambiance, clean room and comfortable bed. Room service was poor amd menu food was mediocre, indoor pool was heavily chlorinated, so it's hard to hard to breathe there and eyes are irritated. Reception staff was friendly and welcoming.

Waking up to gorgeous views of the falls, and sun rising over the falls makes up for offsite-parking pains. Jeff, at the omelette station, was cool under massive pressure you'd expect on July 1. He even gave friendly cooking lessons in the midst of preparing 6 omelettes simultaneously. Great staff, nice breakfast and did I mention the views from floor-to-ceiling windows! Awesome.
Expensive, but awesome.

Pros:Great Hotel and Amazing Views of the Falls. Great service with friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Great location.
Cons: be prepared to pay at least $45 dollars per day in parking. Add to this cost all the Niagara Destination Fee (or many other names) that tourist are charged upon every dollar spend in this city. This is the main con in this city and probably one of the reasons why prices are higher than regular tourism destinations in Ontario. Lost one star for this reason.

At check in I was assigned a room with no view of the falls (it was the main purpose choosing this location). At booking this wasn t clear. No effort to change at front desk after insisting politely (+10 years with loyalty program).

Dust in room; between the beds and on the lower part of the furniture.

No place to store clothes (specially for the kids), no closets. Beds and chairs covered with our stuff.

No safe.

Not clear if water is complementary or not (card says it maybe charged).

Pool was cold, nobody swimming and bunched up in jacuzzi.

Did not consider breakfast as several online opinions didn t recommend it.

Parking at 40 per day.

Overall not worth the price; did not make our stay better or more pleasant.

Completely unresponsive, wedding planning nightmare. Tried to book one of their promoted wedding packages - no response to emails and online booking forms, phone calls are always directed to room reservations, event planning website unresponsive, sales department unavailable, it is like the hotel does not exist. Very unprofessional and stressful for a bridal couple.

Edit: days later we received a friendly email with the catalogue of wedding packages, but when we responded to ask about customized options, again we did not receive any response anymore.

Very nice hotel, but for being off season they still charge $40 parking per day..
And the restaurant was a little pricey too! $50-60 for a steak a la carte.
Won't book through Groupon again..thought I was booking Canadian funds..ended up?being American funds..!

We paid 180$ for the superior room (2 Queen beds and floor to ceiling windows with Falls views) and boy did they deliver on the falls view. We had full view of the falls, during the day and also at night while they are illuminated. You can also get a sunrise view if you are an early bird. Just make sure to factor in 35$ for parking. The room was really clean and convenient. All in all it's worth it!

Spend a night in a falls view deluxe room, the view was awesome!!! Light was very beautiful and on Friday nights, around 10 pm maybe, it will be fireworks near the falls. I stayed at 27th floor, but I believe the higher level the better view. The room rate is bit expensive but for the cold winter, it 's the best choice for you to sit in front of the hotel window and enjoy the scene, I felt very special and memorable!

This was our first wedding Anniversary so we decided to go to Niagara Falls I booked a room for 2 nights then a short time later decided to add a night which gave us 3 days stay. When we arrived we were told my billing would be combined so we could stay in our room we got the first night. I paid for a high floor to get a good view. The view was nice if you got up from where you were sitting to see it not a very relaxing area to sit and enjoy it. The second day of our stay we went out to tour around and when we came back to our room it was locked we could not use our key! We had to go back down stairs to the front desk and get a new key to get in our room where all our belongings were! We were very disappointed with our room and the fact we got locked out.

We stayed at Marriott's Fallsview Hotel in May 2017. We loved the view out of our 14th floor room! We overlooked Horseshoe Falls and nothing about the view could have been better! Housekeeping that cleaned our room daily was exceptional! The room is really nice. There is so much to see and do at Niagara Falls and the hotel is very centrally located. There was a problem with the heater, it did not work, we complained and they did send a space heater to our room. The room heater only blew out cool air. Other than that, be prepared for everything to be overpriced, such as water at Starbuck's. You are better off buying it out of the machines close to your room. out of the hotel we noticed that there was a PF tax on our final bill. We questioned this and found out that they just automatically add that tax, but you are not legally responsible for paying it and if you ask, they will remove it from your bill.

The first few pictures were from the hotel room with a view. Very nice. Clean room, relaxing and comfortable bed. Staff was helpful when we asked how to get to a few places including the Friday fireworks and how to view the Christmas decor trail and more. Thank You staff. Great stay. Would stay again despite the fire alarm going off at 0235 in the morning Saturday. Quick response by Niagara Falls Fire Department Paid firefighters. Staff at hotel kept us informed via the PA system and we were safe. Remember to evacuate when the the fire alarm activates. Better safe than dead. Lot of sites to be seen close by.

Can't be charging $55 (with taxes included) to park in a sketchy unpaved parking lot a block away from the hotel. Even hotels in Downtown Toronto don't do that and there are certainly places with just as nice views and rooms in the Niagara region that don't charge that either. The added fees and tourist fees (I was born and raised in Ontario so not really a tourist, but ok) drives up the cost of your room to nearly $80 higher than what I was quoted to paying for during initial booking. I send in a request as well and also spoke to check-in that my spouse and I never got to go on a honeymoon due to COVID so we were hoping we could get upgraded or even something extra, a bottle of champagne, flowers, anything?? nope!

Everything around Niagara Falls is EXPENSIVE! But this facility is a once and a lifetime marvel. Our room looks right out to the falls. The room itself is spacious with a Jacuzzi and comfortable King Size bed. I really recommend it.

I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the bedbug problem I had there. First night stay I saw a bedbug but thought maybe it was just me, woke up the next morning with 3 bite marks. We caught a bedbug and brought it to the lobby and they told us it wasn't a bedbug even after they inspected the bed where there was many signs of them. They changed us to another room and waived the parking fees but the next day I woke up with at least 8 more bite marks. Lucky for us it was time to check out, or we would have had to cut the trip short.
The room was very comfortable and clean, the view was amazing, room service was good, and the price is good. However, I was very upset when they continue to tell us that they had no bedbugs even though my arms are full of annoying little bites to prove them wrong.

This hotel is right above the horsehoe falls with an outstanding view . Falls view rooms get a great view of the fireworks every night at 10:00 pm. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and plenty of public transportation.
