Beautiful and elegant, Mortons was awesome with a great view, it's on the second floor of the hotel. The rooms are clean with some of the best views in the city and the service for the most part was very pleasant. We were asked if we were in the right place by the valet service because our car wasnt as nice as most of the cars there. He asked us to check after we said we were pretty sure, and waited for us to confirm thought that was kind of rude. $40 parking and youre expected to tip the valet drivers.

The room is just ok. Nothing really upgraded except for bathroom countertop. Bathtub could be replaced. The view was amazing to wake up to though and the room had nice large windows for taking in the sights.

My only big complaint was the lobby bar. We had great service to start and after one drink, the waiter never came by again. He served the tables around us but all attempts to get his attention failed. I even walked up to the bar to ask for a drink menu and still nobody came by. Don't waste your time at this bar. It's expensive anyway.

Great view, not great service. Nothing much in the rooms, poor coffee pots and coffee, no microwave, no amenities without paying $$$. Would stay somewhere else myself. Rooms over rated. $30 USD for valet/parking.

Came here for a Friday night as a Gold member. Checked in early online but couldn t select my room. I was told I was given an upgrade, which was great and was given an excellent junior suite overlooking the falls with some offers of free drinks etc.
The room was great but then - in comparison to the Hilton which I stayed at the following night - I found that the drinks were really small indeed and I felt cheapened as a result especially since I am paying $200+ for the room! There was no breakfast included and that was charged @$25.
Fantastic view, but you pay for it!!

Not a bad place in general, view from room was great. I'm giving 3 stars because the rooms are missing some very ordinary and necessary items, our room had no mini fridge, no safe which are some of the most basic things you could include in a hotel room; and ice bucket but nothing to use the ice with, so we had to use our hands, also they provided coffee but nothing to stir when you add your sugar so again are we supposed to dip our fingers in hot coffee?? Very adequate room amenities for the price you pay, however, the room itself was clean! Parking is $45 extra and they Park the cars outside which is not something you would want in the middle of winter. Overall I think for the amenities provided this place is somewhat overpriced but considering it has a beautiful view that is pretty much all you pay for! Staff are really nice and accommodating if you have requests though so be sure to ask if you have specific requests

I booked online for a great deal. Got here and they treated me very well and upgraded my room. I'm here for a conference and decided to try the Marriot instead of the convention hotel and I must say it was a good decision. Fabulous view and execellent service. Will come again.

Okay so great view from our 17th floor room, great room service (breakfast) and great key lime pie at Mortons. The main reason I'm giving them only 3 stars is because they put the additional typically voluntary promotional tax equaling $69 on our tab (this is in addition to the sales tax) and charged us $40/day to park our vehicle there. I realize that most hotels are doing this now but I think it's a total ripofff and will continue to mark hotels down until they stop doing it. We stayed at a beautiful hotel outside of Toronto and they don't charge. I think it's absurd since most people drive to vacation destinations or rent vehicles while in town.

I went last spring and LOVED it. I was on a college trip and my mom and decided to stay here for a side trip. We took the tour they offered and it was great. Our room had AMAZING views and the food was great. The only downside was the wifi did cost money. I was there for a short period of time so I didn't really care about wifi. I had an amazing time and would love to stay again.

Got the room not been cleaned given lame excuse as to why not. Then when housekeeping came they were vex they actually had to make it right. Hotel management offered free breakfast but they missed the main issue. My family and I had to leave room to get the room cleaned, no alternate room offered. Beds itchy due for an upgrade.

Our room was amazing with a stunning view if Canadian and American falls! We stayed 6/3-4/2019 and booked an excursion right at the hotel tour desk for the next day to see the falls every way you could see them, in out and on! Love it! Our room was 1214 and it was great! We got breakfast room service two morning and it was great! I can t say enough about this hotel! We were so happy with everything!

Nice place and views. Went there to celebrate Anniversary, said they would give us something to acknowledge it ,but only to be told they only had so many to give out. So if a special event dont expect anything from them. But if you jus want to stay nice place. Morton's is in hotel had a great time there.

If there was an option to give this place 0 stars, I would. The staff is rude, arrogant and don t listen to their customers. Their phone customer service is just as bad; they hung up on me twice without listening to my concern.

We stayed here for a little getaway weekend!

We stayed here for a little getaway weekend!
The hotel is fantastic and the views of the falls in the pictures are of the 9th floor. Anything lower might be obstructed by the trees, and this was the perfect height for my wife and I.
We had the king sized bed with the whirlpool.
The quality of the items in the room are great and the bed very comfortable. The staff during check in were kind and efficient. They also had valet parking for the same price as self parking in their lot which was a nice plus on a rainy evening.

They even gave us a complimentary sparking wine to celebrate our anniversary which was nice.

There were a few gripes we had, one of which the room wouldn't cool down and was a little warm for our liking. And both my wife and I tried calling on several occasions down to reception and different points (mostly between 7-10pm) and the phone kept ringing with no answer. We eventually got someone but we did have to call a few times and let it ring 'endlessly' before we got someone.

Overall we'd call it a success and will likely be returning to this very spot to celebrate future occasions!

Stayed there for one night. We booked two rooms. The hotel is very old and has strong mildew smell. Nothing looked like the pictures on website. More than 10 minute walk from the Casino and all the restaurant. We paid for Valet parking ans still waited for more than 30 minutes to get our car out. We got charged for a total of $89 afterwards for each room and when we called the hotel they said water and wifi are charged, but we did not even use the wifi. The worst hotel I have ever seen. I wonder where the good comments come from. Four Points and Radisson are much better.

The view from our room literally overlooked Horseshoe Falls. It was close enough that you could feel the vibrations when you touched the window. Customer service was excellent as was the breakfast Buffy. Admittedly, the room decor was a little outdated but well-maintained. Having a window from the bathtub to the living area was a bit unusual but an interesting design feature.

The location is excellent for all fall related tourist things: the tunnels, maid of the mist, walking along the promenade will put you up in close to the actual falls. All of it is simply a walk over the Keys bridge And then take the incline train down the hill and you re there. No roads to walk across. Also, if you like casinos, there is one within a 10 minute walk. The tourist trap area isn t really walkable so you ll want to take a cab, that is if you re looking for a wax museum or cheap T-shirt or keychain.

The entire staff is Canadian friendly . To be honest, however, Niagara Falls as a town Aside from the activities around the actual falls Has a little else to offer for the vacationer. Do yourself a favor and Rent-A-Car and drive to Niagara -on-the-lake, a Quaint town about a 20 minute drive. It has a great main street with lots of restaurants and interesting artsy shops.

My girlfriend and I had a package deal with Groupon for this 3 night stay. We stayed in a 2 Queen bed room with a jacuzzi and a view of the falls and didn't really have any complaints! We used the onsite spa and had dinner at Morton's grill. The hotel was just a short walk to a lot of the tourist attractions.

Professional, friendly and courteous! Only the housekeeper seemed to be on the offense when I approached her for extra coffee and complimentary water: we had skipped housekeeping for the day. I had to disarm her since she was ready to defend her position of not servicing the room... All's well that ends well!

Check in was very uninformative...didn t give us any direction as to where restaurants were, what times they operate, room service, nothing. We checked in on a Thursday, no concierge available until Friday at 3p. Even if it s not peak season I would think someone at the front desk could help fill in. Spa locker room is very small and tight. Hair clumps in their steam room. Positives were other than the front desk, staff was friendly. Morton s Grill was very good. Good location to see the Falls.

The hotel with the Niagara view is not here but it seems to be worth the price. The whirlpool is really wide and there is a window so you can see the outside. Niagara is a spectacular sight from a high place. The staff are friendly, of course. However, the pool is old fashioned and narrow.

This is the most amazing place in the world! Looking at some of the photographs, I m sure you will agree there is no other hotel view quite like this one. Service is far above everything else - typical Marriott standard! Love it & will be back.

Literally all of the rooms face Niagara Falls completely. 10/10. However, there was a major issue with the AC and everyone had to be moved to different rooms. I m pretty sure it s fixed by now, though. Suites were and the two t.vs and three total beds (two beds + one pull-out couch) complete with two t.vs were epic. Also, free WiFi, a Morton s, and a Starbucks.

Simply the best hotel experience I have ever had. Booked a Fallsview King Suite and the view was spectacular. Beyond that, all the staff was kind and professional. They made sure our stay was comfortable, service was prompt, accurate, and they always took the time to see if there was anything else we needed. We had also put in a pre-order for our breakfast, it arrived on time to our room , fresh, and well made! I look forward to returning one day and would strongly recommend staying here!

I would rather stay in Embassy Suites that is next to this hotel. Service is ok but they put me in a room that is interconnected with someone who was loud really late night. Parking in $40/day. And you have to pay more, if you stay 12 to 23 floors but view is perfect from 16th floor where we stayed.

I came here quite often for work trips, and though the views tend to be very nice, it is not as tall of a hotel as it s next-door companion. The views of the falls can often be obscured if you are not on one of the top floors, and the rooms aren t quite basic with cheeky furniture. It is a nice venue, if slightly overpriced.

Shower in pool broken, elevator to go up to 19 and above keeps calling the two at the end that goes only to 18. Door to restroom rubs against the to let bowl making hard to close, they forgot to service to room or come to service at 5pm. Do I need to go on? Only plus was it was the closest hotel to the horseshoe falls.
