Hired Mr Marks and he bragged on his experience and what he would do to defend my fiance in a serious criminal matter. He basically took my money, didn't have any type of defense as he stated he was working on. Then on day of preliminary met in judges chamber secretly to discuss a plea bargain for 20 years which my fiance rejected. Mr Marks was more interested in discussing me and the type of what I perform and other topics which was not related to freeing my fiance. Then without notifying my fiance Mr Marks contacts my fiance's I'll and feeble mother attempting to solicit her to keep him on the case for more cash. He is unethical, dishonest, and takes advantage of vulnerable clients seeking assistance. I highly wouldn't recommend him .
