Great pizza, cozy place. Will come back next time in town.

Service was great; food was average. Price was good though.

Working mans eatery,nothing fancy. The pizza and sandwiches are fantastic and the prices are great! You can get 3 pizzas for what you would pay at Aurrilios for 1 ,and its as good or better. I only wish they delivered.

We stop here once or twice a month for lunch. Very good food, especially the pizza! Prices are nice , too. Its quite noisy though, rather hard to converse across the table.

The food is great, but you NEVER get my to go order right. The last 4 times, my $60 to $70 orders have been wrong. Tonight, last straw. We decided to get Cappos on our way home from my wifes Grandfathers wake. Been a hard day, ordered food for my Father, wife, myself, and 4 kids. Got home, opened the bag, and once again my order was made incorrectly. Maybe its the stress from losing a loved one, or maybe its the fact that we regularly spend $60 to $70 to feed our family and its never right. Maybe a combo of both, not sure. The food is incredible, the wait staff is great as well. Your to go service is terrible.

My family and I just tried this place for the first time. Our food was quite exceptional and our service was excellent. For a reasonable price had good Italian food.

I was surprised how good the food tasted! Pretty basic menu. They tried to class it up with some decorations. Not bad for NW Indiana.

Cappos is a great place to get pizza and some beer. If you used to get pizza Broncos tgen you will love Cappos. My kids like sitting by the fish tank.

Drunk people are allowed to walk in and make a fool of themselves in the middle of the day. They let them drink knowing they are wasted. Not a place to enjoy a nice quit meal.

It was ok. In the area for family stuff. It didn't live up to the hype but food and portions went bad. Just not as earth shattering as we were led to believe

Love this place! It didnt look like much from the outside but good size place. Plenty of seating and bar. Very nice atmosphere. Food and service were excellent. The lasagna and fish and chips were awesome and love their veggie mix The white chocolate caramel cookie topped with icecream is a must try. Big enough for two or three to share. Highly recommend. Prices are very reasonable. Spent $30 on 2 adults and 1 child

Food was good and they let us bring in a cake for a birthday celebration.

Cappos is Amazing!!! Great Atmosphere... Awesome Fish tank!!! Great Food, all different kinds... All good... Great Pizza... Great prices... Awesome Staff... And a small quaint bar in the back to boot... I'd recommend it to anyone... If you have kids... Wanna have a romantic dinner??? There ya go!!!

We have gone here for almost my entire life. We always love it. We even had them cater our wedding.

The staff is amazing and so are their bloody Mary's!

I don t know what restaurant these other people have eaten at, but it s not this one. The food is horrible, we ordered the fried chicken and fried fish and the food didn t have any seasoning, it tasted like they took the meat rolled it in flour and dropped it in the grease. I live literally behind the place and would rather drive a few miles instead of eating there!!!!!

Good food at a decent price. Although Cappo's is an Italian restaurant with recommended dishes such as the Chicken Parmesan, they also have great ribs! I also enjoy their perch and yummy tartar sauce. Their garlic salad dressing is electric.

A great little place close to home. The menu is simple, pretty decent fried chicken dinner.

Can't speak to the other food, since all I've ever had is pizza...because it's amazing. Go-to pizza spot for me! Staff is great, too!

If this is the best pizza in Portage, then I recommend take out. Nothing is to be gained by the ambiance of dining-in. Beer mirrors and fake greenery adorn the unfinished strip mall "look" of the place, which shows lots of dust accumulating on the overhead ductwork. No Guinnes on tap. Pizza is good thick crust, with canned marinarra sauce and LOTS of cheese, if a little thin on the toppings.

The wait staff was friendly an they have alot of different food options. I especially liked the spinage alfredo pizza

Awesome place for a quick family dinner. a reviewer said it was overpriced? One of the main reasons we go there is the reasonable pricing! If a family of 4 can eat for under $50 I'm happy :)

We were Seated In the corner table area. Sat for 15 minutes without being spoken to by our waiter. Got up and left. Young hostess girl was apathetic and didn t care about the complaint. Unfortunate because the food and the prices here are actually decent

Husband and I went for dinner Thursday Night both ordered Italian Beef's, within 4 hours both of us were sicker then dogs. I have Never been sick like this. Needless to say after 15 years , we won't be back
