Rather large outlet store, for which you should always bring some time and patience. You should take a close look at the products (mainly clothing, shoes and bags), as the items are sometimes 2nd choice and some supposed bargains are actually not to be worn. If you know that and pay attention to it, you can sometimes find really nice things cheap here.

The selection for women is significantly larger than that for men.

On Saturdays and for special promotions, the shop should be avoided in my opinion. It is often so crowded at these times that shopping is no longer fun and you have to queue at the till for an hour with some bad luck.

The staff is okay, but could be a little more motivated and faster now and then. Especially at the checkout ...

Good for midrange ladies shoes...the rest is a mixed bag

It is worth it! Right now at Christmas you can find pretty much everything for cheap prices on clothing for the loved ones. If you have the necessary change, you should venture a detour here.
The premium store next door also caters to people looking for bigger brands.
Unfortunately very poor parking, so you should definitely go by train.

So far, I've always enjoyed going to the Zalando outlet. It's more or less mostly neat and structured, and I also found the employees to be mostly nice and friendly. You always have to "dig" and hope for the lucky find, but it is often worthwhile.

Today, however, I was horrified by the dealings between an employee and the manager (?). Another customer and I were independently asked to leave the area in a very inappropriate tone about 20 minutes before the shop closed. A discussion began, in which I felt that the employee was not only louder but also aggressive.

I had already noticed this behavior a few courses further with the other customer.

When I then went to the exit (15 minutes before the shop closed), I was so upset that I actually complained about this inappropriate tone. Although I didn't really want that, the (presumably) manager was called. The other customer got this by accident and confirmed the statements.

Instead of apologizing for his employee's inappropriate behavior, he was just trying to justify the behavior. I am well aware that everyone wants to finish work on time. That's why I'm always on time for the closing time of shops outside! It would have been nice if the manager (or whoever the employees were calling for complaints from) apologized for the inappropriate tone of the employee rather than justifying this behavior.



"The customer is king." - Apparently not today. I felt very uncomfortable. Although my description was confirmed 1: 1, I felt as if I had to constantly justify myself. When I literally took flight, there was a short "blanket apology" that didn't seem particularly authentic in the context of the 5-minute discussion.

Finally, I would like to briefly say something about the range:
If you are lucky, you can find beautiful things and one or two worthwhile bargains in the outlet. However, the parts are often broken - zippers, holes, etc. You should therefore check each part twice. Unfortunately, I have already bought one or two parts that initially had an inconspicuous hole. Exchange is only direct and for goods, which I personally do not consider particularly customer-friendly. After all, parts can now be put back.

Much more choice for women and for men really lean.

Very good selection, most things in the high-priced part of the outlets (ground floor) cost around 100 , mindful! some parts are much more expensive and the return policy is super strict, within 14 days you can exchange the part for something else at the same price. So the money is gone.

Every visit a success. The best thing to do is to come in the morning on workdays, then the lines in front of the cabins are not that long

The prices are in the usual cut for outlets. Accordingly, most are about 50% below the original price.
The structure of the outlet is quickly obvious and quite well signposted. There is a seating area similar to a small grandstand with sockets for charging your own mobile phone.
The waiting times at the box office depend heavily on time and day. Personally, I would always describe it as justifiable.

The star deduction is for the large, disturbing mass of visitors (explains the security) and the manageable selection of average sizes. The selection refers to the gentlemen. I can not judge the women's department.

Prices are normal. Fast delivery of things is convenient and here I could find those things that I could not find not in stores and not in other catalogs.

I would give it 5 stars if the staff were better and taking the good deals of the shelves to give it to their friends during huge discount.

There are B- and Restware at very reasonable prices. The different sizes and categories are very well sorted.

It's best to go without specific expectations and see what you find.
