Disappointed such a small store and very little choice.

Small m&S , has both mens and women's department , food hall is a bit disappointing

Always quality stuff I mean how can you go wrong in m and s, even their cheap washing up liquid is amazing lol

Was a welcoming place where the workers make convocation with you

Not the best place to shop, a bit pricey. Good quality food though. While I was there this time though I was shocked to see a member of staff serve a young looking girl alcohol without asking for any ID. Marks & Spencers is a pretty big name and I expected the staff to be on point with safe and legal things.

If you like to see many a mark, and a single Spencer then you'll be disappointed. The only marks here were the dirt on the floors and walls.

Couldn't find a Spencer either but they do sell gloves.

Helpful and friendly staff, love the quality of products

Was in looking for a new jacket. Nothing took my fancy. on the way down the escalator to leave, a staff member stopped right at the bottom playing with some touch pad device. As I was right behind her, I nearly fell into her, and said "excuse me, your blocking the escalator". Her retort (In a very condescending manner) was ohhh sorry! It was her tone that made me say, "you should be, not only is it a health and safety issue, it's also inconsiderate". Another member of staff, then pipes up, "you can't speak to her like that". A bit wound up at this point, I told her what had happened, she then told me I needed to stop shouting.

Wow customer service at it's finest, glad I didn't by that jacket now! Won't be going back either!
