Pretty disappointed. I had found a vehicle on the website and had cash in hand to purchase it. Called and spoke with them through Phone as well as their Facebook page and told them I would be there Saturday to pick it up and scheduled an appointment. They didn t tell me until two days before the appointment that the vehicle was sold out from under me. That local dealerships would be better than that. Pretty low if you ask me.

Went looking for a vehicle. Had a certain type I was looking for. The sales person tried to put me in something I was not comfortable getting.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Customer service has been absolutely horrid for me. I have had a terrible experience here and still continue to. They never return my calls. I would definitely not recommend this company to any of my friends or family seeking a used vehicle.

Stopped in half hour before they closed to look at a truck. While looking they ran to the door and locked it. We had cash in hand to purchase but guess what. WE WILL NOT BUY FROM YOU!!!!!

Horrible business operator's lie to your face to get you to sign will never ever go here again. Wont be long before they close down this location. They sell you cars they said had a check but hows that if the brakes were bad and wheel bearings?? Yeah nice checking the car. I would give zero stars

I have worked with Jared Ringwald for two purchases now and he is a truly great guy to work with. He has been honest and forthcoming with me. He works very hard to find the right vehicle for your needs/wants/desires. My first car was a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee with an interest rate around 18 to 20%. (Not sure exactly which) After two years of on time payments, I was contacted by Boyd Culver who was very helpful at informing me I may be able to trade up and get into something newer because of my low balance. He put me in contact with Jared and we went over what I might be looking for. It took about a week but Jared found the perfect car for me which is a 2015 Chevy Equinox. I was in no rush so I did not mind the time it took and you shouldn't rush into these things anyway. My interest rate is also now 12.5%! How awesome is that?! I know that may be high for some people but that is great for me! I love my new/used car and couldn't have found something better myself. The next time we are ready for a new vehicle, Jared at Northpointe will be our first stop. Thank you Jared and Boyd for what you do. I work in customer service myself so I know the challenge it can sometimes be. Just know you are much appreciated!

Aaron was awesome. It was worth the 450 mile drive and we will look to buy from again.

My husband Ted and I's experience both times with Jared Ringwald was the absolute best. We purchased our 2002 Chevy Avalanche back in 2015 and decided that we wanted a newer Truck with what features we wanted. Now here we are proud owners of a 2012 GMC Serra. Thank you Jared and your Crew!!!!!!

They way over charge on all vehicles. Then when it comes to your payments its way over priced. Heaven forbid there are 5 fridays in a month because they expect you to make an extra payment even. Everytime you turn around they try to screw you over. If your are in their lot and reading this RUN!

I received an email from Northpointe Motors saying they were interested in buying my car so I set up an appointment to get it appraised last Friday. I took it in and met with Aaron who was very kind and helpful. After he took some pictures and notes he said the buyer would get back to me the next day as I was hoping for a quick turn around. I called back this Wednesday to check on the appraisal since I had yet to hear back and the gentleman apologized and said someone would be calling me later that day. I called back this afternoon because I still hadn't heard from anyone and honestly, it really wasn't that big of a deal and I wasn't upset. Boyd answered the phone and I told him the situation for which he promptly apologized and said he would call me right back with the appraisal. He called back and told me the offer which was the lowest I had received and while I was disappointed I was not upset. I started to let him know that the offer was low but I appreciate it and before I could finish he hung up on me. As I said I wasn't upset however, that was extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place that expects to be treated with respect.

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. The experience I had with Northpointe Motors was not even NEAR pleasant. First and foremost the salesman started smoking in front of me like I was one of his 'buddy's' and I was not in the least bit interested. He tried selling me a Jeep that was stuck in 4x4L, the passenger door wouldn't close and the radio wouldn't even turn on. I felt pressured while I was there, and it was all together and uncomfortable experience. Then, you cap everything off, 1.5 months later I get an email saying they can get still get me approved.... If you want an honest recommendation DO NOT even go into the lot. It's a waste of your time....

Went here looking for a car, I ended up not buying from here but not because I wasn't happy. Aaron was absolutely wonderful in helping me and going out of his way to get me in a car. I just happened to find a car at a different dealership, northpointe is great and I plan on looking here for cars again in the future!

I'm a return customer of Jared. I have in total purchased 6 cars from them most of them low end and expect work kinda cars... That being said I purchased another car here recently that should not need work and when I test drove it it made some noise. I thought it was just how the car was well after driving it another day or two I determined there's definitely something wrong called them to see if I could get some help and they told me absolutely not I figured since I'm a loyal return customer and I brag them up to people they might be willing but o well I guess its not there problem now... I took it to a shop where I live that my family has gone to for years and was told the steering gear aka steering rack needs to be replaced and I should not take my kids around in it.

Came in and got instantly approved. Awesome place and great customer service from aaron laws and aaron butrum :)

Did a one year lease vehicle with option to buy. Was told the car would be paid off in two years. Well it s been two years and get a call saying we owe a residual which was never mentioned to us when signing the paperwork. Have to pay another $1500 just to keep the car. Make sure you look over the paperwork before signing.

On my way to see Jared my trailblazer broke down and i called T.C and talked to Boyd. Boyd had the detailer from Kalaska come pick me up off the side of the road and take me to the lot. Jared was a amazing help, even though the poor man was busier then crap. Jared ended up turning my horrible day into a fantastic one. I have never been treated like this at a dealership, Jared made sure all my questions was answered and i was leaving happy. I am in love with my 2010 Malibu. I will be a repeat customer!!! Michelle R. for the online sales was amazing as well i sent everything she needed via email and made the process smooth, she is a complete sweetheart and for doing everything by email was a great help for me.

Northpointe Motors have went above and WAY beyond to guarantee their vehicles, work with financial hiccups, fix things that needed to be fixed etc etc

Id give them 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disappointed I m an 18 year old and bought my first car from them and I test drove 3 vehicles and they were abosolutely horrid 1st was a Pontiac g6 had a shake that would kill a small child and the 2nd was a 2002 Chevy Tahoe ls pretty nice but high miles and the 3rd was a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 6cyl truck was dead before I even got to test drive it then when I did it had a horrible knocking noise coming from the transmission needless to say I chose the Tahoe and he (Robert) never told me the price until the end of the paper work I was absolutely appalled $6800 for a truck with 250k and $408 a month and it compeletely shut down twice on the freeway while going 75mph it shut off the steering locked up and it was in a blizzard both times, they almost killed me twice to make a buck never going here again after I get done dealing with this never go here don t trust them Robert sold me the truck and he s a salesman he didn t know a damn thing about vehicles other than there name and price and how he could rip you off
