Can't go wrong with m&s
Great customer service.

After 3 hrs searching for girls school trousers. This is the place to go. Expensive but tailored to school standards.

Always a pleasure to visit here. Clothes are 5 star as is the cafe and staff. Good size store with good facilities and a nice atmosphere.

Looking for a dress. Spent ages trailing round. Where as trousers. Skirts. And tops are all in separate areas. Finally found dress within swimwear

It Was ok but the que was so long and this was because the cashiers took too long with each customer. There's customer service and then there's taking too long.

Bought food . One used by date up and 3nd Item was moldy

Nice stoor on two floors, so remember to check upstairs

What is going on! I've not seen anything in M&S worth buying for quite some time!!!

Items nicely presented but lacks the ranges of clothing found in Marks and Spencer larger stores. Has a good food hall on the first floor.

Ok but trying to cram everything into a small space.

Short dated food, seems always to be 2-3 days on fresh ready meals, unlike most other stores that are 5 days

I especially love the rainbow cake. That is a Cake!!!

Perfectly organized as you would expect. Plus they clean each trolley after use.
Pity they can't show the other shops how to do it.

Good no one on fitting rooms but apart from that good

Inside white rose centre, Leeds. But can be accessed from outside car park direct into top floor. Food, men's wear on top floor, lady's clothes mainly on ground floor. Open all day from 10am. Nice friendly store not too big.

It was Christmas so I have to give a bit of leniency but stock was low on items I went to look at but good quality of what ended up buying

Helpful but didn't have what I was shopping for in three areas.

Quick friendly service, found a couple of jumpers in xxxl - not found in last 4 or 5 years. Like most stores no waist size above low 40's, collars over 18, most ranges max XL.
About first time for years not had to shop online. Suits from high and mighty but now shop closed down. Opportunity for m and s to capture market share of larger size shoppers who prefer to physically shop, like they used to do decades ago.

Lovely food selection. The staff are always really friendly and helpful

Getting better. Not as old fashioned. Even older ladies like fashion. Great for undergarments and shoes.

Not the biggest of M & S outlets but has a little bit of everything the bigger stores have. Nice food/drink hall too !

Not their biggest shop but what you would expect from them so OK

Store Layout / carpark a bit disjointed. Baskets / trollys not that visible. Not the best idea to park in their parking area 5 if u intend to use other retail outlets. Parking bays tight, u will get dented / marked side panels. Suppose its ok for regular users who know the layout etc.

Great store got what I needed easily parked outside as I have disabilities.

Enjoy their food but don't particularly like their clothing ranges

Love the food selection here. The clothes are pitifully poor in terms of fit and fashion. The quality continues to be excellent. Nowt much more to add really.

I have always loved this store from being a little girl going into Town with my Mum and Gran, growing up I always got my new school uniform each year from here, holiday clothes when we went on holiday, and still it's my first choice, so this is quite a special shop. I don't get chance to go into town very much but when I do, I go straight to M&S and particularly love their food, and recently tried their new pre-mixed cocktails at Christmas, so I really cannot recommend this enough.

Not as good as it used to be needs new stylist like George used to fill M&S

Able to park and charge my EV, entrance via marks & Spencer at the rear. Toilets and fast food outside M & S, fish & Chips beautiful best value of all the fast food outlets. Lots of clothes choice just
brilliant.

Smaller version of the Owlcotes store but decent ranges of clothing and good food court.

We love shopping at M&S, the food is very tasty, my one complaint in the past was that they didn't have much choice for vegetarians. But now they have brought a lot of vegetarian and vegan food in to the stores, which is excellent. This shop is quite small compared to some others but still with plenty of choice in clothes, shoes and food. Well worth a visit!

Nice place, new stock appealing to different walks of life. Lovely Xmas section. Shame you have to book a bra fitting. No staff on shop floor.

The prices aren't the lowest, but the quality is way better than most high street names. I guess you get what you pay for so can't fault them.

Small food department but pleasant and helpful staff. Plagued by the scroungers who fight over reductions at the end of the day! (and that's just the staff!)

Good as always, but they did not have all thst I wanted.

Disappointing small store. On the plus side it does have a food hall.

Well stocked food store (for it's Size). Plenty of own lable and branded goods for sale with freindly staff who will help you find everything. Prices are fairly standard for upper end supermarkets.

Very nice though not as big as the one in Leeds city centre which I really adore

A smaller branch of M&S conveniently place in the centre of the shopping centre. The smaller size does mean that they do not have everything on display but the popular lines are there!

If you plan ahead you can get any M&S delivered for collecting here.

Very small store, overpriced for quality and style on clothes. Foodhall excellent with lots of variety and special deals.
