Still classy. I love their food . Can get some bargains.

Was really shocked and please to discover that marks n spencers own branded toiletries n perfumes are cruelty free! I will go in here more often for these products!

I love M&S food! I seem to spend most of my money in here! The staff are really lovely and helpful here.

Only a small place. The menswear section is miniscule and the food hall is tiny.

The centre itself is lovely. I mostly needed to go to Marks and Spencers what a disappointment that was, the ladies wear section was very small, the member of staff that I spoke to was very abrupt, nothing was purchased.
This is not what I expect from M&S at all.

Plenty to choose from today, I ended up with 2 pairs of shoes

I used to think this was for the older generation, but what a great selection for all ages

Needed a bra for the wife, felt a bit embarrassed the staff took straight to what I needed

Emergency lighting still not repaired after months of false promises......If you have Epilepsy..DO NOT GO HERE...

Small store. Good hall is reasonable but clothing had s smaller selection than some other stores.

2 floors, escalators and lift. Disabled look.

Bought food shopping then informed they had no bags ,had to go to another shop to buy a bag to put it in

I class this store as one of my local ones. Sadly for the size of the White Rose. I find it frustrating because it is so small and its stock is limited.

Clothing section quite small but good for groceries

Still love this place although it's changed so much

We visit this shop occasionally to buy food as a treat. Their wheat free range of savory items is particularly good, and they have some lovely rich desserts.

As with many M&S stores, it is a little cramped, and the range of basic items is a little limited. However, the quality of the products is always very good.

I like this place especially the food court very good selection of different food

Came in hear today with my friend and taxi and I bought a new short sleeve shirt and the place looks OK google maps team

I went during the week and it was pleasure to shop

Great staff anywhere you go which is why I love this place.

Absolutely boiling hot weather and quite warm in the shop (mgmt - take care of your amazing staff, invest in some better ac!) but the staff were still smiling and professional. Good products, would have liked more choice but it is a smaller store than Owlcotes so they do well with it.

Food dept well stocked with yummy stuff!!! Well set out and good range of gluten free stuff. Posh Dogs

Nice collection and food quality is better than others

The staff are so friendly. On the lingerie dept they were very busy but the staff were brilliant. The lady I had was Jean and the advice she gave me while looking for bras and then trying them on. She was with me for 30 mins and the number of times the poor lady went to get different styles in different sizes, she had measured me, and I finally found the one that fit me perfectly. Not once did Jean not smile and she even finished the sale at the till so all in all a wonderful sale.
Highly recommended and I will be back soon for more xxx

Happy to see they now stock frozen croissants which they didn't previously so now I don't need to go into town for my croissant fix!

Rated 4 for food, I cannot comment on Marks and Spencer's as a store in general.

Still a little bit old fashioned in the clothes department but the quality is good and for underwear the prices have been brought in line with major competition

Cafe was dissapointing. Their clothing range these days is very DULL.

Great place but only a small store. Good for ladies - bra measuring service. Can be busy at times so recommend booking an appt but can drop in too. Mens, ladies, childrens wear. Food market on top floor, cards, flowers too.

Great parking, easy to get to. Good selection of stuff, good quality of merchandise.

Love marks and spencer food hall, all the products are such good quality, it's very noticeable. The price is also noticeable so we don't always shop there, more of a treat shop.. Quite often there are reduced fresh products. We don't usually buy clothes from there. The staff are very helpful and friendly! There is a toilet nearby and disabled access. Usually not too busy either.

Great if you've got money - the staff can sense that I didn't and gave me the appropriate look deamed satisfactory for my class of people. Seriously.

I like M&S but not a very good selection of mens clothing. A bit of a small store overall.

Popped in for decent sandwiches and snacks for cricket. Good selectikn,all fresh and devent price. Very clean and tidy food hall and tne syaff were very helpful,even opening another till so I didn't have to queue!

Staff polite and covid precautions in place.

Service is well. Providexd and the shop is well thought out with plenty of space for manouverability by pram or wheelchair

Great shopping there , only hope they don't shut this one down !
