Such good truffles from this place! They even have dairy free options. They have coffee drinks and you get a free truffle with any drink. It is a great little chocolate shop and is a great option for an after meal dessert being that is it located near a bunch of Italian restaurants.

What an absolute gem! The warmest most helpful team, the most beautiful space and the most decadent hot choc. You can tell that the team cares deeply about what they do and the service they deliver. Kudos to you. I wish you many many more years in beautiful SoHo.

I had the opportunity to go with my wife Two weeks ago, we went for some chocolates and ended up at the cacao bar, first we want to thank the level of attention, both from the people at the chocolate shop and from Jhony, since they were very kind and cordial , a 10 for all

Great little romantic spot for chocolate lovers. Reasonable prices for quality chocolate items. Sandwiches are also served here. Milk banana and dark tropical orange are my favorite hot chocolates.

For chocolate lovers. Refined and elegant place with an exhibition of delicious confections of chocolates to envy Tiffany. Excellent quality chocolate from Honduras. In the back there is a bar area where you can sit quietly to enjoy their fantastic Hot Chocolate. Recommended for those in the Soho area

Cute little quaint candy shop that resembles something in Willy Wonka. There are candies there that I haven't seen since I was a kid, and others that I've never tried before. Great service, as well as a sample anything you want before you buy it, policy. Only downfall is that some candies that are pretty common are a little pricey.

amazing place!

amazing place!
The Treble Maker Shades are very indulgent!
I got to take a milkshake, he pampered cookies and chocolates at the expense of the house.
Very funny and very tasty!

Fine selection of artisanal chocolates. All kinds of assortments like chocolate with fruits, nuts, coffee and more. The hot chocolate was irresistible, I recommend this one with cinnamon and spices to give it a kick. Space is small though, no space to push your arms out, and the dining room in the back is awfully tight. Also no bathroom which is terrifying.

Lovely place. The desserts looked really pretty. Limited options for vegans. Their only vegan hot chocolate is very strong and bitter. Ordered the larger sized one and had to throw it because I couldn't finish it. Only wish they improved service to cater to vegans also.

So beautiful inside. I had a scoop of the rose petal gelato and one of the lemon sorbet, it was refreshing and delicious. The staff is so friendly and warm. There are Honduran cacao beans and chocolate. Overall it looks made with love.

The BEST chocolates Ever!!! Highly recommend. 5 stars for quality, 5 stars for 5 star customer service & 5 stars for beautifully decorated. The Best fine chocolate store in NY for sure. Not only that but be sure to visit The Cacao Bar. You'll be glad you did

I enjoyed the atmosphere at this venue. It has a sort of french bourgeois/victorian style decor with porcelain tea cups. Since the cafe' is in the back of the store, anyone passing by to buy chocolate generally stays in the front of the store, leaving the cafe' relatively isolated and perfect for a conversation.

The hot chocolate is authentic; and if you're not sure whether you like dark chocolate, stick with the 30%, since the dark chocolate can be a bit bitter if you're used to sweet chocolate. Overall, very good.

Mariebelle is a wonderful little store with a variety of chocolate and dessert options which are really good! They also have a small cafe in the back and their hot chocolate here is absolutely delicious and decadent. A must try!

It's not just a chocolate shop, but a secretive getaway for those who miss parisienne delights. Come for the hot chocolate, stay for cafe au lait. On your way out, pick up something to make your home fragrant with French thoughts: a tin of Earl Grey au Lavande, perhaps?

It's hidden, but worth it.

I m sure they have great chocolate but I went in for a latte and it was a disappointment. A latte should never be too hot, it has to be the perfect temperature, so thumb down for the coffee. Great customer service though!

Stopped by here on a self-guided tour of some chocolate shops. Some places are better. Some places are worse. The staff here was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Walk through the shop to the back to find a small cafe with a dozen or so tables and lots of choices for hot chocolate and coffee. They also have food. We had a hot chocolate (we had the Maya and it was fantastic) and a decent double espresso. Stop in, rest your feet and give it a go.

Randomly happened across this store while walking around with a friend visiting the city and I ended up spending more than said friend (who needed to visit a chocolate shop). Everything was displayed tastefully and there were many chocolates for tasting displayed. I was able to try a little bit of the chocolates I gave as gifts and all were fantastic.

I did get charged for a "large" product when I'd only bought a smaller version, so I'm glad I did my mental math while paying and saved myself from being overcharged by almost $25. It WAS Christmas Eve and the store was quite busy, and the employee apologized (and actually looked apologetic), so all was well.

The spicy chocolate drink was delicious. Rich. The clerk is also kind and can speak Japanese. A place where you can spend a relaxing time. However, the initial setting of the chip is a high 18% to 22%. However, I think that the service is good and I am satisfied. The interior is gorgeous. You can also sample chocolate in the sales space. Can you enjoy it with your eyes?

Amazingly good hot chocolate! Have some at the cafe and buy some to take home. The Aztec blend is my favorite, European-style. You can ask the staff for tips on the proper way to make it at home.

It's a very fashionable chocolate shop. There is a cafe where you can sit down and have a coffee and you can also eat dessert. Cocoa and chocolate here are really sweet, so I recommend it for sweet tooth. You can also buy chocolates for scattering in the store, so please take this as a souvenir.

I found a Pulsd deal with High Tea for Two here and came in with a group of four on a Saturday late afternoon. The seating area is super small and a little tight but I had made a reservation a few days before so we were seated right at our time. The manager, who was also our server, was super funny and made sure that everyone had a good time. They were accommodating to the one vegetarian person in our party but providing options. You definitely get a lot for the voucher, we got the regular High Tea but also with wine! I definitely recommend this for an intimate time out with some friends to catch up in a quiet space.

I placed an order online at 8am to be delivered to an address in NYC the same day. I called the store at 3pm to inquire about the order as my card had never been charged. The salesperson only saw my order because I called and informed me that my order could not be delivered that day, but would go out in the morning. I called the following morning because my card was still not charged and was told the item I ordered was sold out, they only had the large of that item. I agreed to purchase that item. At 2pm, my card was still not charged and I had not heard from anyone at the store. I attempted to call multiple times but did not receive a response. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. I decided to cancel my order via email, as they do not answer the phone, and took my business elsewhere.
