TOAST.net had AT&T fiber installed in our home in less than an hour. Our experience has been excellent thus far. Highly recommend!
Haven t had service for a full week yet and it is absolutely HORRIBLE. I m constantly disconnected and can t even watch a full movie or tv show via streaming. Today alone I was down for several hours. I hate that I m locked in for 11 more months. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

TOAST.net does not take ownership of problems with service. I have had intermittent outages for longer than 2 weeks. Every time I call in, customer service says "We can call AT&T to look at the problem, if that's what you want". They do not accept responsibility for internet issues and ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner. If you need consistent, reliable internet, go directly with a service provider and do not go through TOAST.net!
1st of all Excellent Customer Service, on phone and in person!! The technician worked with me to make the newly ran fiber discreet and tucked behind my vinyl siding. He asked me to remove a few panels of siding before he started drilling holes in them. The technician neatly and professionally ran fiber outside and inside my house. The technician did not touch any of my current router, home phone system(cheapest VOIP) or Ethernet switches. He thoroughly tested connections and speed to my new router as I watched. After installing and before the technician left, a rep on the phone asked me if my current home phone was still working and if everything was working up to my expectations. The rep on the phone waited as I tested my current phone system.
As far as the fiber quality, let me tell you it is Fast. I'm getting 60mbps down and 50mbps up between 3pm-8pm on a Tuesday night. My previous service I was getting 50mbps down and 7mbps up. The new service is Great for a family with gamers and streamers, because there is absolutely NO data cap or throttling, period! Some games can go up to 60-80gb and tap on updates and dlc's...you'll be close to your data cap with most ISP's. Now 4 or more people streaming hd, 4k and playing high graphic games.....
Best of all NO more begging each year to receive a promotional rates and no more harassing me to get some kind of home phone/internet/tv bundle. This price is the price, a flat fee for internet only.

From Start to finish I've never ordered something online so easy. Great communications, installers were courteous efficienct about an hour after I was called to make sure everything went well asked if I had any concerns. I tested my Home 60mbps line vigorously before installer left running simultaneously 7 devices with video streams not one hiccup. Happy and currently very satisfied if anything changes I may update my review.

Wow, they just lowered the price of my internet plan by $10. How often has your internet provider ever lowered their price? I've had the service for several years, and have never had an issue with it.
Their fiber internet is just resold AT&T in my area. It goes out daily (the light blinks on the modem/router they send you) but they claim it's not their problem and I'd have to pay $100 for AT&T to come out and look at it. For business internet their support is terrible.
Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Decided to go with a better package when the package I was in could not even stream Hulu. The agent said that the upgrade would go into effect within 2 hours. One day, while I was at work I got a text from an AT&T tech saying that they were at my place to instal service. Apparently Toastnet thought that I needed a tech to come and upgrade my service. Yes I was getting calls while I was working, that I did not answer as I am not allowed to be on my personal phone at work, nor did I know who they were from. I get a lot of spam calls trying to sell me stuff so I don't answer. Apparently they think that setting up a tech to come out and informing me on my voicemail was great communication. Seriously, with all the companies that try to call to sell you something, blowing up your phone and voicemail all day long, who honestly checks their voicemail anymore? I disabled voicemail notifications on my phone cause I got sick of the spam messages. Besides., no one leaves voicemail anymore, that is what text messages are for. But they thought that leaving a voicemail ,not asking me about a tech coming out to my house,but telling me even though they had no idea if I was working at the time they made the appointment for me. Yeah that is superb communication. And then they had the nerve to tell me that the piss poor communication is MY fault that because I didn't check my voicemail or answer my phone. Usually you verbally agree to a time and date for someone to show up at your home.It is not ordered without you agreeing to it.I guess Toastnet thinks that everyone just sits at home all day long. Now my internet is completely down. It took calling 4 times to actually get someone on the phone and the problem isn't fixed. I can't wait til my contract is up so I can cancel this horrible service.
Service is great! No buffering and no issues with speeds. Friendly customer service and no hassle support. Can't recommend Toast enough!
I am officially a Toast Net member as of today!! My experience started about 3 weeks ago when I started emailing Toast Net customer support with questions about how their service works. Every email and or phone question was answered quickly and efficiently. About an hour after install, I received a phine call from Toast Net making sure everything was okay and if I had any questions. Unlimited DSL Data for me as a cord cutter is very important. Thanks Toast Net.
Beware of this company there not toast net they use at&t service not there own and dont relocate u have to wait 2weeks for service they still charge u a month full of service even though u have no internet also 200.00 cancellation fee n they have an attitude if u cancel
I cannot play any online games, watch YouTube, or watch tv on a Roku due to constant lag or buffering (even with an Ethernet cord), we ve tried soft resetting it, hard resetting it, and calling in, and still nothing. Just letting you know what you could be getting in to.

I had toast for about 2 years in Toledo. The people were kind and responsive and I paid about 20 less per month than what I was paying with previous internet provider. Thank you toast for putting people and service first.
Best internet service I've ever had. I get consistent 900+ Mbps up/down reliably. The price is fair and they never spam me with bundles to try to get me to add phone or cable. Fast connection at a fair price is all I could ask for and would recommend.
Great support staff with a quick response when I was having issues with my service.

Toast.net was very helpful throughout the entire process. I initially signed up for installation, but my apartment didn't have to proper cabling to install fiber. They updated me every step of the way and let me know whenever progress was made towards getting me new service. No other ISPs (other than DSL) offered any service to my building except them, and I'm very happy! Great service, great communication. Definitely recommend!
When my service was down (due to another company's mishandeling), they came out the next day and got me up and running including my voice over landline. Professional and efficient.

It's really sad that the internet product that they offer is halfway decent, but the customer service is horrible. In the beginning, they told me that they bill in advance. This was a plus for me because you shouldn't have a balance, just kind of a "pay as you go" service. However, this was not the case. I skipped a month's payment, which I informed them I was going to do. I was told by one of their representatives that I would have to just pay a reinstallation fee of $50.00, plus my 1 month advance fee of $54.00. I agreed, but when I called to do so they said I had a "past due balance" of 1 month service. I question it because services are billed in advance, so how could I have a past due balance. The rep couldn't really explain as to why I had this past due balance. I even requested to have them listen in on my previous call, so they could hear what the rep told me. They totally ignored my request. The interaction turned unprofessional and rude once I was not willing to back down from what I was told in the beginning. I asked to speak with a supervisor, which I was transferred to "Karen", who stated she was the owner. She was even more rude than her employee. She told me to "find other services". I was totally appalled by her response. I just couldn't understand that a small local company could have the poorest customer service, when you are up against multiple successful competitors. Not to mention they have limited service areas. If "Karen" is the owner and operator of this company, herself and her employees need some serious customer service training.

I myself have had Toast Netfor a little under three years. I have never had any major issues with them and the minor ones are taken care of to the best of their ability. My brother has had his account with Toast Net for 10+ years similar experience to mine. The only negative I can say I see with Toast Net is that it's not available all over Toledo. 75 Mbps down for 68 bucks I'll take it.
I believe this is my first subscription that has shared new customer promos with their existing customer. Toast is doing an incredible business and I hope their creative customer focus remains for years to come.
Though it says they are open on the weekends, their tech support cannot help beyond telling you to unplug your modems. Customer care is quite rude, except for Natalie. I'm not sure who teaches them what customer care should be like, but lord help you if you have to call in for assistance. They are rude and short and will tell you what they won't do, even if it is their error. Total disbelief at how bad customer care is with Toast net. As far as their service, it's okay, but I don't think the speeds that they advertise are the speeds that they actually provide.
I ve used Toast for about 3 years now and recently moved. My new residence is within Toast s coverage map, but I had no lines running to the house. I was informed by the install technician that new lines would need to be bored into the ground and across my yard. This process took two weeks but likely would ve taken longer if it wasn t for Eric, Kyle and Natalie, who expedited the process. They were friendly and never rude. Good job Toast team.
Turn off on Friday paid bill the same day still no internet monday sat all weekend with no internet call parent company ATT got better rate and higher MBs for cheaper monthly bill no answered emails the run around about being put to the top of the list for restoration I'm over this half way company.......update they answer bad reviews before emails
This company does provide a service to ppl who can't get service from one of the big companies. They have poor customer service, they automatically bill your card whether you give permission or not, ppl don't always get paid on the same day a bill is due, so your account can go negative, i helped a friend pay her bill, a one time payment, i informed them of this, they put my card as primary payment method, i had to threaten legal action before they refunded me. This company has poor business practices. I would not recommend them unless there's absolutely no other option.

Toast has been a joy to work with, and has finally made my cord-cutting more affordable, dependable and enjoyable than any previous experience I've ever had with a cable or satellite provider. I just upgraded to fiber service after a year with Toast on copper and the experience was perfection.
No data caps, unlike the cable company, comes in handy when you have 3 kids that are constantly streaming YouTube. Dealing with local support is an added bonus.

Been using their high-speed DSL connection for years and have had zero problems with it. And no data caps means no overage fees like my local cable company. Super happy with these guys! Local service means I can talk to someone from my area-bonus!
