This is a good dealership to buy the car but the Service is extremely poor.
I gave my car for service which was returned to me with a scratch and dent. Andre the service manager just likes to argue and does not listen to the customer. I found Sabastian (Andre's Manager) to be more reasonable, but Andre just argues even though its their fault.
They examined the car when I gave it to them for service, and on their paper there is no scratch and still Andre just argued with me that the dealership was not responsible for the scratch.

I was there for 65000 maintenance service. OIl change, brake fluid change, air filter and I did swap the winter tires. The staff was friendly and they did the job within the time limit and for less money than initially quoted. Appreciated.
Needed to service my vehicle, called into Maranello because it was closest to my home. I called to set up a service appointment and Tessa? (unclear) picked up and her tone was pretty rude off the bat. She asked for my name to build a profile for me and when I said my name and paused for her to enter it in, she responded, "I am aware of the spelling, continue". I immediately hung up, called the next closest location, which was Autohaus and the phone call went smooth as butter.
Awesome experience right from the start!! Maurizio Nonis came in early on a Saturday morning before dealership was open to accomodate my schedule. I sent in a request list and he met every need... No pressure, no up selling. Just provided an extensive list of vehicles that met my needs. As this was a "surprise" for my wife, the dealership went above and beyond making the delivery experience special for her. Even a big red bow!! Would definitely recommend Maranellow BMW and I am already thinking about a purchase for myself!!

Everything was signed and finalized I even got approved from bmw fs (yes they did my credit chq) after wanted me to pay for some documentation charges I denied to pay as this was not disclosed prior to the deal. So they refused to proceed with the deal and declined !

I concur with others re: the service here. Front line service staff are very suspicious of customers and don't keep customers happy. Doesn't know that some customers know more about their cars than they do. Had to fix the issue myself at home.
This review is SPECIFICALLY FOR INEXPERIENCED CARELESS TECHS. New to the BMW brand and purchased a used vehicle with warranty. The techs are slow and the advisors and managers do what they can but over a year of coming to the dealer 2 of my advisors left cause the techs breaks the cars more then they fix them. To scan the car which should take 15 min takes an hour. Each time I would come to fix something the car would drive a few days before my engine light would come on again. With my own eyes I seen them give the car back to another customer unfinished. I even tried to come in at 9 am (as agreed ) and was told car will be done in 3 hours only to see the car enter the shop in 3 hours ! Allot of times they are short on loaners cause of careless techs. when my warranty run out they installed parts without my authorization then tried to charge me for it. then broke a whole bunch of parts under the hood when i refused to pay for the work and parts trying to reinstall my old parts which they threw out. Again manager cleaned up their mess. recently i found that I'm missing some minor parts under the hood. I wont go back to demand replacement cause I'm sick of this !!!!!
They change parts they don t fix the cars. The techs from top to bottom don t care. You are paying 160$ hr but in reality a 3rd party shop who works on Bmw will do it better for 80 to 100$. I won t speak for sales and parts but if you got warranty with your Bmw or need service of any kind, STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Purchased new 528i xDrive last year. Would not recommend this dealership.
1. Missing Option:
Connected Drive was missing and I contacted the dealership 5 times (by call) to get it installed. Every time I called them, they said they will get back to me tomorrow. I had to wait for 2 Weeks to get the Missing Option Installed which should have been completed at the time of delivery. I had to send an email to the general manager to finally get this done.
2. Incorrect Warranty Expiry Dates:
On mybmw website, warranty expiration dates were incorrect. I contacted the general manager to update the warranty expiry dates to where it should be. They updated the new car limited warranty and no charge service plan.
However, roadside assistant warranty was not updated. I requested for an update for Roadside assistance 2 months ago on November 25. I sent two emails afterwards to follow up. No response till now and still waiting. Hopefully, they will finally get back to me after reading this.
I spent so much time and effort communicating with this dealership to get these issues addressed. I never expected such experience as a customer. I wouldn't consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in the future.
I thought I know a lot about BMW cars (3rd BMW and hopefully counting) but that belief was shattered to pieces when my wife and I met the BMW Walking Encyclopedia at Maranello BMW. The name of this encyclopedia is John Pavunkovic (JP for short) who had answers for any questions we threw at him. Impressive ! Besides that...you know the rule, get 3 quotes from 3 different vendors , compare, discuss, decide, etc. JP quote came on top and we managed to close the deal very quickly for the car with the colour and options we wanted. JP was very helpful along the way and everything went smooth (Ok, I know it sounds like a standard phrase but I cannot find anything better)

John Kim provided excellent service and this goes hand in hand of who he is as I have used him in the past as my Service Advisor. He does not miss a single detail when providing service maintenance options or estimate in timing of when I would receive my BMW back. He was careful to understand my needs and did not make me miss a beat from my every day busy life. He was courteous and polite and ensured I was fully satisfied. He also works well with the other Service Advisor's in client commitment.

Went in for a scheduled free oil change and came out with a damaged oil pan where the dealership wanted approximately $3800 to replace. The dealership did not own up to it but instead hinted it must have been the mechanic who performed my last oil change. This obviously could not be the case as my last oil change was in Oct/19 and based on the damage, I would have lost all my oil on day 1. I sent an email to the manager to further discuss the experience and I was happy he called me back but thats all we did was play telephone tag. I requested a time when he was available so I can accommodate his schedule but instead attempts to call me at 9am instead. Returned his call 2 weeks ago and still no returned call. With all that is going in our society and economy due to the pandemic, I would not believe a dealership would stoop to ripping people off. I would rather pay my mechanic to do the my oil changes instead of getting the free service from BMW Maranello. Worst experience ever!!!

I had an amazing customer experience at Maranello BMW. I brought my car for service and Robert Obront, my service advisor, very relaxed, professional and not pushy like the other advisor. He needed the warranty information and I did have problems similar where they couldn t find my warranty in the file at other dealerships. Robert said to give them a call and get the number so they can start on the work right away, but Robert he went above and beyond he called and he got all the information. I have been to different dealerships BMW Toronto, Policoro, Parkview and out of all this is the best. My service advisor he recommended what I had to do I just didn t have the time to get it fixed I needed the car for my trips, but I do know that will come to Maranello and to have my car looked over by Robert. Thank you for the great service and Robert is the guy to go to! He is a great asset to your company !

Pleasant but expensive and they didn't listen to me.
I had problems self-replacing a headlamp bulb. Lost the clip in the bumper. Took it in, they said they could take care of it. They did. Fished the clip out and installed it and secured the bulb. $165 plus taxes. I get overhead and shop rates but seriously?
Also, asked if I wanted the car washed. I was in a hurry and said no. Again halfway through the hour they offered to wash it. I said no thanks.
They took the time to wash it anyway and didn't do a great job.
I'd have given them one star but my headlights work.
I stand by my review. On Monday March 9 2020 I was charged $194.30 for the work. The transaction went through my credit card and there certainly has been no refund.

Not my normal thing to do but thought I should share how great dealing with this group of professionals was. Had a service appointment for my BMW328 for 9am today and was in and out in 10 minutes WITH A CAR TO DRIVE! And it was a BMW! - which sounds like a no brainer but I've had other 'luxury brands' that give me some used 'no name' car off their lot as a loaner. The tech that helped me was great - thorough with his questions so they could understand my layman's terms in tech talk - he called me with updates on how they were doing and what was going on...told me when it would be ready for pick up and went over what was done with me when I got there to make sure I understood everything. I drove away happy and my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off - inside and out!! Thanks Maranello - amazing cars followed by amazing service :) 5 stars +
I brought my car for oil change and fixing for the seat belt restraint system on July 31. After two days they text me come to pick my car, and I found a scratched and a dent on my hood. I call Lisa the customer service come and see the dent and scratches. Lisa send the service man who check my car when I bring in my car for service, he said found the dent in the morning after they done the the jobs. Then I said yes and wait for him to tell me what he want to do with that problem. But he call Lisa and she also saw it with the inspection sheet that was two colors pen one on the first day and the second one after the marking where the dent is. Now they both denied and just lie then I ask to see the customer service manager and she apologized and promised me to fix the dent problems and someone from the repair will call me next day to bring my car in to fix, but no one call after two days then I call Lisa she said someone will call me on August 5 due to holiday but up until now August 25 Nobody call me. All of them are the big liar. I will never bring my car back to this location. 55 Auto Park Cir. In Vaughan. All I need them to admitted and fix it. What can I do now ?

Finally, I personally went to BMW Maranello location, the receptionist lady after explanation the issue again, she directed me to a salesman who is off work today .

I bought a pre owned car from them on 12th January, 2020. On 22nd of January I sent them an email requesting them to look into some maintenance issues just out of courtesy. The salesman refused all but one (fog lights) subject to his manager approval. Finally, in reply to an email, he said that he has spoken with his manager and the fog lights would be fixed. Strangely enough, even after this I wasn't given a go ahead. The matter dragged on till March and the closures due to the pandemic. Just to keep things going on, I contacted them again on 19th of March and then again on April 7th. On September 1st, I called again and spoke with the concerned manager. The first thing he told was that the person I was dealing with was fired. In my interaction with him, I found him a very unfriendly and crass person who didn't had the time to listen to their customers! He kept on asking me why didn't I contacted them before the pandemic? Such people and incidents tell us a lot about the company but the takeaway is to stay away

Good communication, but dealer need to change engine oil before selling car
If I could give lower than 1 star to Maranello BMW, I would.
I purchased an X4, had an engine light popped up even before i had 9,000 km on a brand new car. (mind that this is not the only problem I had, which i will also share at the end).
I called the dealership and they told me it is risky to drive and I should come in right away, so I did. They had my car for 2 days (April 30) and called me to tell me we couldn t fix the car at this time because we don t have the parts , which I completely understand. So I came into the dealership expecting, a brief explanation what exactly is wrong.
Instead, the advisor handed me the key and paperwork and said you are good to go No explanation of the issue, how long it will take, status of my car, NOTHING.
I literally said is anyone going to explain what was wrong with the car? And can you guarantee the car is safe to drive?
And then she finally explained the part is on back order Germany, it will take 2-3 weeks. The flaps controlling air flow to the engine is malfunctioning. By this time the light was off but I said I m still not comfortable driving the car. But the advisor kept insisting that it is safe to drive and I m no expert of vehicle, so I decided to risk my worst $65k purchase ever and walked away.
Because i was complaining, I was so honored to have the advisor personally stapled her business card on the paperwork and said, I will personally take care of this and will personally call you as soon as the part arrives
Fast forward to June 13th, Thursday, roughly about a month and half passed. No one from the dealership called me. I actually called first the extension# on the business card, and left a voicemail. I waited Thursday, Friday and Saturday (today) still no call back.
So I called the dealership AGAIN. After the service department put me on an endless limbo of automated message that says we are here to provide an ultimate service experience for a couple of times, I was finally able to speak to a part department.
And guess what? Part was already arrived. She just didn t bother to call me.
And the funny thing is the part department guy says sir, the part was arrived but we cannot find the part. It looks like it was used for someone else. I have no idea and I have to call you back
I expect this level of service at a used car dealership in a movie. I ve had Mercedes for past many years and I regret switching to bmw and especially Maranello BMW for this abysmal service.
Additionally, the breaks started making high pitch squeaking sound since day 1. The very same service advisor told me it is normal for my vehicle. I have M sports break. She says it needs to warm up and it will go away. Well, it doesn t!! And it is embarrassing to have people on my car.
*this problem still exists.
Also my X4 had a trunk gate issue about 8 weeks in. The gate could not stay open and it gave me a big bump on the back of my head.
The response of the service advisor (a different one) was meh it happens. What can you do *this problem is fixed now.

I've serviced my Ducati 899 at Maranello (on Steeles just west of the 400) since it opened. I can't imagine a better, more knowledgable, more professional and caring mechanic than Chris McDermott. Chris is simply the best. Just traded my Ducati 899 in on a Ducati Monster 1200 R. Delivery set-up on the Monster 1200 R was superb--brakes, clutch, angle of controls on the bar, tire pressure... from the most basic to the most critical. Chris attends to all the details. Oliver Lea sold me the Monster. Oliver is an incredibly knowledgable, Ducati enthusiast but also knows Maranello's BMW product line. He is a pleasure to talk with, learn from & buy from. He listened to my needs and fit me to the bike that worked for me. He knows what he's selling and why. He's a straight shooter. He made the Monster possible for me, going out of his way to get me the bike I wanted in the colour I wanted at a price I could manage. He oversaw all the details from the trade-in (of my 899), to the parts I wanted for the bike, to the delivery of the bike and the transfer of the bike to me. He's patient & dedicated. And he's not a pushy, hard sell guy, which I really appreciate. He's the opposite: he listens to what you want, when you can go for it and then makes it happen: fast!

Service required for engine light. Called and got an appointment next day (Autohaus earliest was a week or drop off without appointment and hope for the best). Hung around and everything diagnosed and repaired within 3 hours including regular maintenance check list.
A day later hit a monster pothole and had car towed and dropped off after hours after speaking with service agent. Work order had been prepared by the time I got there - nice. Friday was diagnostics and quote for repair. Several days for parts. Great service agent Lisa arranged for loaner (2019 440i series). Repair was finished and ready for pick up the following day - several days early - nice surprise.
Overall experience was very positive and much better than what I ve experienced elsewhere ( ie. not enough agents for the amount of people, lousy waiting area and long wait times to be seen).
Definitely will come back for future service needs even though it s out of my way relative to the closest dealership.
Realy nice BMW as soon as you enter the main doors.
Literally the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I ordered things from them and was not told when they arrived. I had to call multiple times to finally get to a person who was able to help.
When I went to pick up the stuff they told he I was undercharged/didn't pay for my order even though I had the proof of payment with me.
After 45 minutes of back and forth we're the reps insisted that I never paid they finally got someone who knew what they were doing. That person told me that I was actually over charged the first time.
Never dealt with such terrible service in my life.
