Anthony Hynek is the reason people pick a particular Dealership. The way he goes above and beyond for customers - me included - are what keeps me loyal to Maranello. He is an asset that I depend on.

Jonathan Tam is a car enthusiast - and as a car enthusiast myself, this makes all the difference when picking a Dealership. He knows the cars and the details - which helps ensure I get exactly the car I want. Most importantly he is proactive - and reaches out consistently to ensure the entire process is top notch.

Rounding out the three tiers of service - Rohan Reid Managing the Service Department ensures I keep bringing my car to Maranello and stay as a customer. In fact, knowing Rohan was at Maranello was why I came to this BMW Dealership in the first place.

And I m very glad I did.

All of this is successfully led by Newel DeSouza who knows what it takes to create lasting relationships for his Dealership.

Not happy with the car buying experience. Went all the way from Scarborough to see a car. Made arrangements for to test drive a red x6 pre owned vehicle. We drove from Scarborough and before we went for test drive found out the breaks of the car is gone. Sales man told us they fix all this after the deal is made. Not sure what sort of sales pitch that is. Not happy at all.

I have been a BMW fan since my parents got their first car in the 90's :) When I was looking for an upgrade I was first considering a used BMW but it turned out that a one year old one is not much cheaper as a new one... also not equipped with what I wanted etc... Therefore I bought a brand new one. I honestly don't care about customer service once the deal is done but it would have been nice to get an email / call every 4 weeks to update you with the status of your factory order. Other then that, price was the best within GTA. After sales is OK could be a bit friendlier over the phone especially when one calls in for an appointment. By that I mean the receptionist who directs the calls. All service advisors are overall very nice professional and friendly. Team is very good overall and hopefully I can change 4 stars to a 5 soon. ;)

Recently purchased a vehicle from Maranello and my experience from initial contact to picking up the car was absolutely fantastic. We originally wanted a specific car but it was sold before we could look at it. Elizabeth Cozza was very helpful in assisting with finding another vehicle and setting up a meeting with sales. Everybody we dealt with at sales and reception was very friendly and very helpful, Thanks to Ian the manager and Yusuf our sales guy for a great and painless experience. Rose in finance was very helpful and friendly and was a pleasure to interact with. Upon pickup we worked with Wilson who is great. He dealt with the final sign offs and gave a thorough course on many of the technology features of the car (this was much appreciated as the car has so much tech it can be overwhelming). My experience with Maranello was excellent and the people we encountered there were the primary reason.

Purchased and service my vehicle with Maranello since day one. This is my second vehicle from them. Every time visiting the dealership was a treat. Something new and a learning experience each time. Service department was easy to work with and took care their customer like their own. I recently purchased a pre owned X3 through Maranello BMW and could not be more happy with the entire process. COVID-19 car shopping made for a unique experience but everyone at the Dealership was beyond professional and courteous from initial appointment, through the purchase and delivery. Kudos to David the Sales Associate, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I m thrilled my new ride!!!!!! Very pleasant experience with the oil change on my X3. Did not leave the car, just waited and got it. Appointment was also very quick, got the next day appointment after calling. Service advisor Lisa was great.

I went for an oil change and the service man recommended me to do a coolant change for $199 since my car just over four years, while after I back to my home, I found the OWNERS MANUAL of my car says the engine coolant has a long-term rating and does not need to be changed except for system repairs. Fortunately, I didn t do the coolant change and only bought a bottle coolant for $30. Probably they think they are more professional than the BMW official

Historically a bit leery of both the car buying process, and interactions with car dealerships - my experience at Maranello BMW and specifically with John Pavunkovic was impressive. John was knowledgeable, and invested in creating a positive car buying experience. He is customer and service focused, without traditional sales tactics. BMW is lucky to have him...we will be back.

Went in for some routine warranty work. Don was really accommodating and did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. He arranged a loaner car for me as soon as he knew my wait might be extended.

New car sales experience was great, Oscar was easy and nice to deal with. But Since then service takes hours to get done for an oil change, which is ridiculous. I've had different types of cars and any time something was faulty or damaged do to daily use they dealership would replace it via warranty. This dealership once they get your money no one is there to help if something goes wrong with your car, EVERYTHING is out of pocket. Try to help your customer while the car is under warranty you can send the part back as defective and replace it but no, they'll always have an excuse as to why something is not defective and the owners responsibility. Will never buy a BMW again just for the headaches you get after the initial purchase.

I just bought X3 from them and couldn't expect any better experience. I was impressed by John Pavunkovi level of knowledge, client centric approach and ability to close the deal without dragging force and back many time as it usually happens. We left a dealership happy and not tired for the first time. The pickup process was well organised and John took the time to explain the features of the X3 and go fine details of some that we were interested the most. I would highly recommend John and Maranello for anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.
