I brought my perspective new (used) 2013 BMW x3 to this location for a checkup prior to purchasing (great service at a good price - would definitely recommend). Was a pleasure dealing with Peter who was my go to for my experience there. He was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and what is super important to me - he was great at following up! Would have given 5 stars if there wasn't confusion with when my car was actually competed (but all worked out!) and minor dirtiness inside vehicle from garage (recall repair). Do not service your vehicle with this dealership. The absolute most unprofessional and unethical dealership when it comes to servicing your vehicle. The service advisors mislead you into purchasing items you don t need and they over charge on everything. So if you do go make sure whatever quote you receive, call any other dealership and they will quote you far less to do the same repair.
John Kim was my service advisor this week. I have dealt with him before and he is friendly, efficient and very helpful. Definitely 5 star service here. Would recommend to anyone.

He took the time to walk me through my mania of wants and presented the features of each model in a clear and concise way. He took me on back to back test drives of the X3 and X3 M40i and gave me time to get the feel for each car. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. I eventually landed on the M40i and he patiently ran me through a variety of lease scenarios to land me on the payment / down payment I was looking for. If you re a BMW driver do and it s time for a new car do yourself the favour and see John. If you re driving and Audi or and MB see John as well - you might be surprised by the Cars and Service he offers!
John Kim is one of the best representatives I've felt with. I purchased a pre owned BMW and had to bring it in a couple times to have minor services done to it under warranty. He no only helped me out with my service at Matabele, but went above and beyond to check all other thinks and make sure everything was taken care of within that one trip. I bought a Mini at that dealership. The sales manager and the rep cared and were super friendly. I had previously visited the Mini dealership downtown close by the Lakeshore. Our rep was a total idiot, unfriendly uninterested and absolutely not willing to make any effort to make sure we had a car. I am very pleased and happy with this dealership and would recommend it to first time buyers or seasoned car buyers. Very responsive via email and phone. Great Team!
When I went in to pick up a part that I had already paid for they didn't have any history of my order. They called me a couple hours later to tell me it was under the name of my workplace and they had ordered the wrong color. I talked to the parts manager Mark Griffin and he treated me very poorly. He wouldn't let me finish what I was trying to tell him. And to top it off the advisor told me that Mark was having a bad day. That is no excuse to bring out that kind of attitude to a customer. Being my second time there am turned off by this customer service. And i will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went in for an engine overheat. Was helped in a timely fashion and got a shuttle service as well. I can tell it's a busy dealer but the service was not rushed.
I had a problem with the back LED lights on my X6 which is under warranty and decided to take it to Maranello to have it repaired. I ended up with Lisa as my service rep and Hythem as the mechanic who worked on the car. Lisa proved to be polite, helpful, courteous, responsive and accommodating and made the whole process seamless. Hythem was quick and efficient and I was out of there within an hour. I have dealt with many other BMW dealers but I can safely say that my overall experience with Maranello. surpassed any of my experiences with the other dealers.
I really love to visit Maranello BMW, which brings me a fabulous experience. Max Zhao gives me a thourough introduction to all different models in all aspects, such as engine, features, etc. And I decided to purchase BMW X1as my first car. He gave me more advice about maintance, after sales service. This is more than other sales would do. I will recommend him and he would continue to be my sales when I needed.
Every time I bring my car in for service, they make a temporary fix and ALWAYS break something else in the process. The staff is very unhelpful and unfriendly, except for when they are trying to sell something.

After having purchased numerous new vehicles I ve never had such a great experience as I did this last time at Maranello BMW. Sales associate Andrea Gulisano was very knowledgeable, polite, patient and went above and beyond to ensure a positive buying experience.
He took the time to explain all my finance options, vehicle features, costs and I did not feel pressured at all when in the show room. He made me feel he was working hard for me and was refreshingly honest.
He was able to put me in the vehicle of my choice and went above and beyond to make sure that all my demands were met and that I left extremely happy.
He even followed up with me and offered to assist me in the future if I had any questions or needed any help down the road. This is what car buying should be about. Not just a sale today but a customer for life.
I really enjoyed doing business with John Pavunkovic, Sales Consultant. Since the beginning I felt he was genuinely interested in finding the right vehicle for me. He is really knowledgeable on what he is selling (you can't say the same thing about most of sales persons in general). He is also very professional yet very friendly. He really made an extra effort to gain my business. I initially went to Maranello BMW to lease a M240 and I ended up to lease a 340 M Performance Edition, which I love. I was also very happy when it came down to talk about numbers.
Went to the parts department to pick up a part and I had to wait about 40 mins!!!! I happen to ask Edie which was just sitting there and he just turned around and got the part that the other two staff was looking for and handed it to me! I wasted my TIME waiting there for a bunch of staff that don t know how to communicate !!!!! Communication is the KEY! Wish this dealership the best in the future.

A simple hello would have been nice. I went to this location with my husband to purchase a vehicle. We were not even acknowledged. Sales staff seemed busy ; but no customers were to be seen. I wonder what was so important that they couldn t afford the time or effort to notice our presence. We left. I would never return to this establishment again.

I am writing to express my frustration with the complete lack of assistance from Maranello BMW Maranello with respect to a recent insurance claim relating to my Vehicle. Indeed, Maranello s strange and uncooperative conduct leads me to believe that the fire may have resulted from faulty work done by Maranello with respect to three Recalls that were necessary as it would otherwise cause a fire 5 weeks prior to the actual fire on the vehicle. I paid for a diagnosis to be performed, which did not state where the fire began or the additional damage the fire caused. Over the phone, they verbally informed me that they could not provide me with a quote for a further diagnosis as they are unable to determine the amount of hours it would take, and that even after a complete diagnosis they may not be able to determine where the fire began. When I asked them to put it in writing, they informed me that they were unable to do so. I wrote a letter to BMW Canada and am now waiting to hear back from them.

Had a problem with O2 sensor for the second time in 4 months. The BMW technician did a very thorough investigation involving BMW technical support available only to BMW dealerships. Found out the root cause to be faulty DPF which was replaced.

The service received at Maranello did not meet expectations. The management staff (Bart luniewski)was not able to rectify issues and or behave professionally. The experience was horrible and not acceptable.

Probably the WORST dealership to ever interact with. I ve had 2 purchases from them, in the first purchase the salesman lied to us about the launch date of the car i was looking for in order to sell me something else and he was mysteriously fired a month after my purchase . In my second purchase, they gave me the wrong package on the car and i ended up with a car without the features i wanted on it. This was just their sales department. Their service department is a whole other mess. At the time of my buying the car the salesman told me ALL my rental needs will be fully covered, now that I m using a rental they re saying that i should pay for it and that they don t see any coverage for my rental needs and if i keep the car for more than a day i will have to pay for each day i have the car. I took my car for service because the stereo has been making a noise ever since i bought the car (DO NOT BUY A CAR WITH THE BASIC BMW SPEAKERS) in addition the auto start stopped working when i took it for a recall that THEY requested and even though they caused the problem now that they are fixing it they are saying that if it needs a simple adjustment then they will charge me 165$ but if it needs a part changed or if it s a major problem it will be free of charge. So basically if it s easy to fix they will charge me 165$, I don t know if it makes sense to you. Now they re keeping the car overnight because of 3 incredibly simple tests so now i should pay for rental as well.
I recently bought a BMW X3 from there, and I find the customer service to be top notch and prices to be very fair here. I bought my car from David Sy, who even though didn t negotiate on the prices, but I found him to be very honest, fair and helpful guy. He answered all my inquiries very politely and made an extra effort to explain the details of the car over and over again. Also, he was true to words as a small glitch came in after I bought the car home and he didn t even take a second to offer complimentary to fix the issue without any questions. Also, the delivery specialist guy, Wilson, who delivered the car to us is hilarious and super helpful guy. He went through all the features of the car with me voluntarily which was very nice, and suggested us to take family picture at the store with our car.
John Pavunkovic knowledge ,honesty and dedication to his clients struck me .He walked me smoothly through the whole process .I am getting few of my friends to deal with . I went back to the dealer for some papers not related to him . He came right away helped me with my papers and had a ride with me to explain few features and answer my question .I am very glad I switch brand to BMW , but more I am very happy I know that John will always be there on text , phone or in person to help . Your move. Still waiting on a reply. I drove my car to maranello bmw. My brake pedal failed on the car. Fell to the ground when i was driving it on the 400. Dropped in. Monica the service advisor took in my car Friday. No call till today. Spoke with the mechanic very knowledgeable and advised me my brake fluid was low they are going to bleed the system dsc system etc. I said ok. 2 hours later i get a call. Oh sir do you track your car or drive it aggressively. I said yes i have been to the bmw track days. Monica right away sais oh we cant cover the repair under warranty. Tells me my front calipers over heated caused the brake bleeder screws to seize up so they cant bleed the brakes. They need to change the 4 brake bleeder screws and flush system. 900.00 labour.... Hahahahahaha. Then she said and one brake bleeder screw broke right of... I said ok.... How did that happen. She said it was seized mechanic tried to open it and broke it. ...so....why am i paying for your mechanic breaking my bleeder screw???? The service manager at maranello is probably one of the biggest arrogant prick i have ever dealt with. Tells me no we didn't break it. Im voiding your warranty and you owe me 149 get the vehicle out of my shop. Ok no problem i will drive the car with failed brakes thats. Factory defect and put my family my life and other motorists in danger because your company has failed to fix a factory defect not to mention the car now needs a new caliper as your mechanic broke my bleeder screw. Hey no problem. Im sure a nice lawsuit will be nice when some injuries happen

I brought my car to the dealer as the service light is on for the brake fluid and expect to only make an appointment. The service advisor John Kim I met helped me to get a spot to have it done today, saved me another trip and he recommended the service option based on how I use my car and helped me decide whether I need some extra non-mandatory things done at the same time.
Very impressed with the service I received from Mike Nicastro at Maranello BMW. It was one of the main reasons why I decided to deal with this particular dealership. Mike demonstrated exceptional professionalism and excellent customer skills. I had seen a lot of sales consultants before, however, with Mike, it felt like he genuinely cared about me and my needs. Throughout the deal making process, Mike worked extremely hard to give me an offer that suited me best. Service was excellent. Lisa is juggling a million jobs always with the biggest smile. Her customer services skills are impeccable. The reason for the 4 star...the rental I received was full of dog hair and wasn t cleaned. I m seriously allergic to dogs and, not to mention, with covid, the car should have been cleaned thoroughly.
