Very unprofessional no communication between employees. Have a Mazda cx9 made a appointment to get a key made they ok come Friday at 3 it'll be $189. Friday comes the chick out front says we're getting ready to close and the car has a recall. So we reschedule drop the car off and they give us a complementary rental which by the time we get home for some reason it shuts down and the steering system locks half way in the driveway. Roadside assistance took 2 hours to come check the car out. After I get out of work go to the dealer and they give me the keys after they did the recall. Then I ask where's my new key the reply was sorry there was some miscommunication and cost for key is about $300 now. It was a total waist of time and money never going to this ever again.
