Service desk tries to tell you everything is wrong...

Service desk tries to tell you everything is wrong with your car. Went to change my winter tires and the service rep comes back telling me my transmission fluid is 'rusted', my battery is weak and my brakes need to change. A total cost of a 1000$ which I obviously declined. Oddly enough I got my transmission fluid changed earlier in the month by Roadsport Honda (who are more genuine) so clearly maple Honda is looking for money. To make matters worst, they found a nail in my winter tires that I stored there and had to pay and wait for the repairs. The last 3 times I've been there have resulted in services NOT offered in a timely matter and the British speaking service rep is a total snob. I am never going back here and warn others not to trust these people.
