I've been to a few events here recently. The food has always been good, so it's the coffee, and organisation is top notch.

The service was friendly but the room and building was very porly maintained

Left my speaker there and they retrieved it for me, great service, good room, everything provided, location location ;) could see the water from the balcony

I stayed with my girl friend as we were looking for something in the area last minute and also being late at night and they managed to get us in after check in time which was much appreciated... and for the price of 200-400 it was a very reasonable suite everything was clean and in order the service was great it also featured great amenities including a 24hr gym featuring all the equipment you would need the rooms were beautiful and extremely comfortable and the location is absolutely exceptional... one of my favorite parts of our stay was the continental breakfast that was inclusive which had literally everything you could think of from a full hot buffet selection fruit and salad bars juices and even a kitchen with catering to your needs I ordered eggs on toast and they made it exactly how I like it it was an unbelievable experience considering the price I'm very impressed with there standards... I would also recommend going to the German bakery 1minute around the corner which makes the most beautiful pastries bread and coffees manly is such a beautiful place and the Novotel really made our experience that much better of your looking for a nice place to stay in manly for a few nights I would highly recommend, enjoy your stay guys!

It needs renovations. Elevators are noisy carpets are worn. Door frames are rotten
Water leaks from shower area to living under the carpet
Beds are so bad we have woken up with backache.

Great venue. The weather was super windy but our family created some top memories. Fabulous views. Chilled atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ah a beautiful location but would have loved an ocean view

When you tried to support new businesses local business and you go why. Specially when is a bistro run inside a hotel. Couple of Monday s ago I when and gave them a go. Specially when the name of a great chef is in front of it.
The products they are serving are first class but the execution was poor and tasteless and mention to the waiter and she apologised FH have not idea of the food they re serving and that s is disappointing. Maybe good enough for tourist but not for locals when we have so many other choices.

Great place for a weekend escape at the beach! Even though we booked a discounted room, the staff treated us like full fare guests.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and in great condition. You can't hear your neighbours, which is a massive plus.

Definitely staying here again.

Fabulous location with great views from the pool. Fantastic breakfast . Loved Manly with its great beach and laid-back atmosphere. Would go back again.

Had a wonderful two night stay!
Great shower pressure, amazing comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff and plenty of chose for breakfast.
Negatives
Not enough lifts, could do with some more art in rooms and both days noticed glass was not cleaned up the foyer stairs, made it look a bit shabby.

Spa, pool, gym, restaurant, great rooms with an amazing view. Right on Manly beach in the heart of Manly. Minutes walk along The Corso to Manly Wharf and ferries.

Has to be the best value and location in Manly. Skip across the road to one of Sydney's most amazing beaches. It's like Bondi but for families.

I attended a dinner for almost 200 guests. It ran impeccably.
Service, efficient and seamless, food superb. How the chef's get such beautifully prepared and presented food out to so many astounds me.
Right across the street from the iconic Manly Beach, this is a spectacular location.

We found our room at the rear of the hotel extremely dark and gloomy---the lighting is very poor and there was no window, just a standard size glazed door leading to the small balcony, which did not let in much light.We have stayed before and had a lovely room.The hotel in general is very nice---the staff very pleasant and the breakfast excellent. We will stay again but hopefully in a room at the front of the hotel.

Good location and staff but needs a renovation. Twice the price of a city hotel but not the quality you would expect for the price.
Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
None of there customer complaints emails work.
They give no cares about your satisfaction.

Great location, friendly staff, could not have had a better stay

Worst experience!! Been there for our anniversary. We were put in a room with 2 beds when we complained we were put in a disability room over the court yard. We were told that they have full capacity and they can t change it.. really bad experience with Novotel I will never come back and if I could put zero stars I would.. horrible experience

It's a pleasant beachfront hotel but if your have any type of disability and want to use their pool, forget about it. You take an elevator to an upper floor and then have to climb a set of steps the swimming pool. Totally inaccessible. The food was average, lobby needs update, restaurant very average

Fantastic location just across from a lovely beach. Staff are excellent. The breakfast buffet is quality. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a staycation, with friendly staff and a wonderful night life - your choice of quality restaurants and bars within a stone's throw. Stunning in winter, I can only imagine what it's like in summer.

Location is great, you can get amazing view of the beach right from your room. Great amenities and heaps of dining options around.

Great location rooms need some work bitt small and you can here all the road noise..
Breakfast can be a bitt better .
Great at night for a drink and dinner.

Poor service....poor ambience...EXPENSiVE for product

The pictures have so much nothing to do with the actual rooms. Old, sterile bathroom with stain. And good luck finding an outlet to recharge laptop an phone. Have seen much better places.

The staff were fabulous and very helpful.
Great facilities and location. Traveling with 2 small children the little extras made a huge difference.

In need of make makeover...not enough on site parking. Uninspiring. Lucky it has the beach across the street.

Nice clean hotel and staff are friendly. The welcome drink for Platinum members is very poor compared to any other Accor hotel, not sure what the go is there. Other than that, the place is close to everything you need in Manly!

Breakfast is really nice.
Beds and pillows are super comfy.

The courtyard room were dusty and mouldy as they don't get fresh air or sunlight.

Needs a little refurbishment.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, free upgrade as well. Unfortunately the power points in my room didn't work and wasn't fixable.

Excellent facilities and accommodation in an ideal location. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff throughout the hotel. Great breakfast and all round dining. Great bars next door and nearby. High standard of cleanliness through the hotel, and a genuine uplifitng atmosphere, even on a cold, bad weather day. As a regular visitor it is always a pleasure to stay here.

The location and the staff are excellent. But like some of the other review its a good hotel not great, so very over priced. We had to upgrade because the room we originally got was soooo small and dirty. We paid a lot of money to upgrade and we didn't even get breakfast included which is ridiculous. There was also someone next door that partied till 4am and even after calling reception they carried on. I wouldn't stay there again but we had an ok time.

Very friendly staff, comfortable facilities, just across the road from the beach.

The only great thing about this hotel is the location. Never stayed in a 4/5 star hotel that locks the front doors aroun 10pm. Pathetic on every level. Couldnt even get a drink towards the end of the evening when I had a visitor saying goodnight. Need to get their act together. Relying on locatio to get god stars short sighted.

I m a regular Accor hotel patron. This hotel is tired. No concierge. Toilets has no soap. And the restaurant had no options for light meals or deserts before 6 pm. Fortunately they employ a guy called Jeremy who was very accommodating and helpful. Without Jeremy I would have given mane one or two stars. The coffee was good and thanks to Jeremy we did get to have some fries too. Onya Jezza.

I went to a wedding reception here on the second floor which had a beautiful view. Catering staff were good and professional and food served was too my liking. Only issue I had, and as well as others that went to the wedding, was retrieving their car from valet in the underground car park. Overall, quite enjoyable.

Restaurant food is good, but it is understaff, basically one person serving the whole area, who walk people to table, take orders and deliver food.

Highly recommended! Staff are friendly, courteous and really went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. First time ever Ive slept in a Hotel bed and been really comfortable. Buffet breakfast was amazing & the Gluten free bread is the best Ive found. Keep up the great work

Good view while listening to music. Not from the hotel but from the car park facing the hotel. The place looks nice

We were greeted by a lovely ,happy staff member at reception I think her name was Kristy. Our room was spacious and modern .we decided to have dinner at Zalis and we were so glad we did ,the food was delicious and the manager Vino was so friendly and very accommodating .We really enjoyed our night at the Novotel

Seemed nice, visiting friends that were staying there. They enjoyed it :-)

Calm and modern mood.
Great friendly and even pretty, handsome staffs with manners.
Very high quality breakfast.
Clean room, new toilet, big tv with apple tv.
Close to beach,cafes,coles and all stores.
Plus++++ stay free for all children under 16 include breakfast!!
Highly recommend!!
