Absolutely an amazing Company. I live in Dallas and purchased the car online and from the moment we started talking Greg kept in communication with me, helping me and working with me thru the process. He helped me get the deposit in and was patient with me while I completed the paperwork. Once everything was done he coordinated the transportation of the car. I was already happy with his professionalism and the companies customer service but what set them apart was what came next. The car had a couple of things wrong that I found when driving it home that was understandingly overlooked. Bought a used 2009 Buick Enclave today and drove it home nearly 100 miles from the Manheim Import site. The car was listed online with nearly 30 pictures and believe it or not the real thing actually looked better than the pictures depicted. It was incredibly clean and they checked it over and put on new front brakes and rotors before we took possession. Greg Martin, our sales rep worked real hard to get us a very strong competitive interest rate on the loan and explained each item throughout the process. We were very satisfied with the entire experience.

Greg was very helpful and handled the sales process in a very professional manner. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and he was quick to respond to questions that we had during the process . Delivery went smoothly and we were thrilled that our Audi was detailed and the tank was fill . Those are the little touches that are a big deal to me. We spent 5 months looking for a pre-owned Cayenne. The experience was more of the same across countless car dealerships across the country. To say the least, we got to appreciate why there is a "used car salesman" stereotype out there. It was awful. Manheim was very different, a gem in the rough, the experience at this dealership was stellar. They were honest and transparent about everything. They had great deals on their cars, and they stood up to their service excellence even after they sold the car to us. We had a few issues and they took care of it. We had an amazing car buying experience. They also have great extended warranty programs for peace of mind. If I were to buy another pre-owned car, I would directly go to Manheim Imports. Wouldn't even bother with anyone else. Great job guys!

UPDATE: I originally I gave 4 stars and a pretty good review of this dealership and sales associate (original review below). I've changed my mind. When negotiations were attempted "management" only dropped the price $700. Well after my first "good" review was submitted my emails and texts to get the remote and headphones that were missing from the car were immediately ignored. The second key was missing when purchased and I didn't think too much of it. So the $700 Manheim Imports conveniently knocked off I had to spend to get a key fob worth $300 a remote for the dvd player $105 (on ebay because the dealership wanted $250 just for the remote) and another $70 for earphones. And again the worst part was after many emails and texts I still haven't heard back from the sales associate who assured me he could get the remote and headphones. All he had to do was respond back with at least what he tried to do. But i guess once a sale is final AND after your review is submitted, at this dealership, all communication is cut off. It's ashame because my husband will be looking for his next truck. I won't be urging him to us Manhein Imports.

My Original review with the 4 stars: Wes was great to work with. He was honest from the first point of contact. I drove an hour and a half to purchase the car because Wes was never arrogant or pushy. He even went above and beyond by trying to help me with getting headphones and remote controk that was missing from the car. I rated this a 4, not because of Wes, but because there is very little room for negotiations. I could have driven a little further (into another state) and gotten the same car 1 year newer with 4k fewer miles for just $800 more. But It was still a win-win because I do love the car, Wes was probably the nicest salesman I've ever come in contact with and there was at least a small negotiation. I would definitely return to this dealership to work with Wes again in the future for my next purchase.

In all my years of experience, I have never experienced such unpleasant and unprofessional people. Very overbearing and cars are overpriced and dirty. No thank you. I would rather buy else where. STAY AWAY!

Found my F-Pace online on a Wednesday. Spoke with Wes and confirmed it was there and financing options. I live out of town so I had to fly in to pickup the vehicle. I flew in Thursday morning and they had a driver waiting for me at the airport. Once at the office everyone was professional and courteous. The entire transaction went smooth and they waisted no time getting everything ready for me to review and sign so I could get in the road and back to Virginia. I was in and out in about an hour which is normally unheard of at a car dealership normally. Got a great price and a great rate! The extended Allstate warranty is top notch! I wish this place was closer because i would recommend everyone I know to them. But I will definitely look to them and make the trip again for my next car purchase, how they treated me was and will be worth the trip. Great company and great team!!! Highly recommend them!!!!!

I could not be more satisfied nor could I provide a stronger endorsement than I am providing for Manheim Imports. As a long distance purchaser there was the usual uncertainty around vehicle description and condition along with what the experience would be like once I flew in to pick up the car. From first contact through delivery Wesley and the team at Manheim made the experience seamless and pleasant. In fact, I want to particularly mention that the manager noticed a small dent out of line of sight the day I was flying in and expedited painless dent removal so that the Touareg exceeded my expectations when I arrived. I ve never experienced professionalism and service like this even at high end franchises dealerships. I will be back and highly recommend anyone in the market for an import strongly consider Manheim.

Recently had the best used vehicle shopping experience ever with Manheim Imports and Greg Martin. I searched everywhere locally for me, for the Tahoe I wanted but could not find it. I expanded my search quite far and found it at Manheim Imports. I reached out to them and Greg contacted me back. The pictures online were very good but there was still questions I had but that is normal, it is a used vehicle. I live 9 hours away from Manheim Imports so it is not so easy to just stop by and check out the Tahoe. I asked Greg if he could Facetime with me and show me Tahoe which he did and went over the entire truck with me. I was instantly sold. We completed the transaction via overnight deliveries of paperwork and I made travel arrangements to pick up the Tahoe. I flew into Philadelphia Airport and took a train to Lancaster where Greg met me with the Tahoe and drove me back to their lot. I have never taken such a daring step and purchased a vehicle so far away before, but Greg helped me with all the steps and made many assurances I would not be displeased. I'll admit that I was still worried about doing this type of transaction but as soon as I walked out of the train station I was so glad I did! This Tahoe was perfect and exactly what Greg had been telling me it was. I write this long review to hopefully encourage any other person who has doubts about making a long distant transaction like this to go ahead and take that chance, you won't be disappointed. My wife and I had a great experience at Manheim Imports. We worked with Greg Martin and his approach was fantastic. Ben Burch Was a top Notch salesman. I began contacting him about a week before I was able to come in & see the car. Ben answered all of my questions on the phone & email and even sent me extra pictures of the car. Ben helped me secure financing so that way when we came in it would be a breeze. IT WAS! From the second we got there I was given a test drive & then told a little bit more about the car. We worked out the details and came to an agreement on the price. Ben even threw in some extras. Just purchased at one-year-old Audi Q7 turbo diesel from them Dave is a fantastic salesman was very patient and explained everything, sales process was smooth, staff was accommodating, and although I have not received the truck yet until they do some maintenance and upgrades for me, I can definitely tell you that the sales process and people they're not to mention the car selection is outstanding and I would definitely recommend visiting these people and seeing what they have to offer prior to going out and buying a brand-new one.Will update this review once vehicle has been delivered to my home and after I've had some history with it but I certainly feel comfortable with my purchase and again their sales staff is extremely knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. Recently purchased a lightly-used & rare vehicle from Manheim Imports expecting the usual car dealer experience. Boy was i wrong. I took a chance by purchasing online and out-of-state and I am pretty happy with the results. Ben provided all the info that I needed to get financed as well as trusted shippers should i want to deliver the vehicle to my home (I opted to drive the car home myself). The speed of the final transaction was almost as legendary as Ben's beard... I arrived at the dealership at 1pm on Saturday and was driving my car home by 2:30pm. Great experience and highly recommended if you are on the market for a clean import without the hassle.

My experience with Manheim Imports was average compared to other dealerships (salesperson: Greg). I purchased a Porsche Macan S in mid-November which has been nothing short of a disappointing experience. As soon as we left the dealership after completing the sale the driver side assist fault came on. Greg instructed me to bring it in, in the coming weeks and they'd take a look at it. Their mechanics were not able to resolve the issue so I was sent to the dealership. The vehicle was under the manufacture warranty so it was taken care of at no cost. Since then this vehicle has been at the Porsche dealership 2.5 months out of the 6.5 months I've owned it for numerous issues. The vehicle has been driven less than 3,500 miles since it was purchased. I did purchase the extended warranty, which I never do, based on Ken's recommendation. To date I've used over $10,000 of the $40,000 extended warranty coverage. I called the dealership four weeks ago to discuss the terms of the extended warranty since the dealership charges were accumulating quickly. While on the phone with Ken we discussed the possibility of trading it in on another vehicle and he'd ask the owner for an estimated trade-in value. After a week I hadn't heard back so I followed up, Ken was off but my salesperson Greg answered and said he'd look into it. It's been three weeks with no response from Ken, Greg or the owner on what my trade-in options are. Buyer beware when dealing with Manheim Imports. Pros: Good selection of cars Cons: Unresponsive after the sale, does not stand behind their luxury used car experience

THE GREATEST car buying experience I ever had (and I bought quite a bit of cars from various dealers in the past). Read below for details.
I saw a vehicle that I was interested in. I emailed them and received a response within min from Wes. We emailed back and forth a few times and Wes always responded within min to my various questions. I called him and went to see the vehicle in person. I was not sold because of the color of the vehicle. I am so used to salespersons trying to close the deal the same day but to my surprise Wes did not try to push the sale at all. He actually told me to go home and think about it and let him know. I did and we talked a bit more the next day and he offered a fair price on my trade and a fair price on the vehicle I was interested in. We arranged financing and the next business day I went to pick the vehicle up. All the paperwork was ready and it took me only 15min vs usually hours and hours!

I drove 3 hours each way for my 2nd car from these guys, and again a win

Recently bought an Audi A5 from Manheim imports. While I initially thought I had received a quality car that was in excellent condition, I soon realized that the car had several mechanical issues that were not disclosed upon purchase. Based on a diagnosis performed by an Audi dealership, the car required a new water pump, rear shock and strut supports, and new door lock sensors. In addition, the rear brake rotors and pads were soon to need replaced. Manheim imports assured me that they perform a comprehensive check on all of the vehicles they receive. Clearly, they never looked at this car before listing it for sale. If a mechanic truly did inspect the car, then the mechanic that performed the check has very little knowledge of cars. One of the managers at Manheim Imports attempted to convince me that a leaking water pump is considered a discretionary issue and is not even required to be repaired. After several attempts to contact Manheim Imports to find out if they would contribute to the repair cost for the car, the continually tried to ignore me. They took the entire day to make a decision that should have taken minutes. They acted as if they were doing me a service by adhering to their warranty. In the end, they only did the absolute minimum for the car to continue to be driven. I was never even offered an apology for the inconvenience. Beware of this dealership! They are deceitful and conniving. While I enjoy the car, I am very disappointed with the overall buying experience.

Within the first three weeks of ownership of the vehicle, the car was at the Audi dealer for 11 days total. The car required a new water pump, door lock sensors, timing chain, timing chain tensioner, and pistons. This vehicle should have never been listed for sale until these issues were rectified. In addition, I was promised I would receive an owner s manual with the vehicle. Once again, a misleading tactic used to generate a sale! Shameful!

The most pleasant car buying experience of my life. Wes was literally standing outside with the keys of the car I was interested in when I pulled up. He let me take my time to look things over in great detail with no pressure. Even though they were busy that morning Wes juggled multiple customers working to meet each of our needs. Dealt with Wes while purchasing a vehicle. No pressure at all and even came in on his day off to finalize all the paperwork (which was really fast and simple by the way).

I don't review a lot, but I have to mention the service I received from Jeff Ludwig. When I bought my 2013 Audi S4 APR Stage II, back in 2015, Jeff helped me and even sent me videos of the car since I was buying from Illinois. He also held the car with a modest downpayment for me.
Unfortunately my mechanic stole some of the upgrades off of my car when it was in for my last service. Since Manheim did the upgrade I had no paperwork. I searched my email, called Manheim, Jeff still worked there, and had me all the paperwork I needed to support my claim in 2 hours. If that isn't after sales support I don't know what is. Being able to count on a guy several states away, years after the fact, is the type of person I would want to work with if I were you.
To management: Please give Jeff a raise.

Great experience. Live in South Carolina ,everything was done over the phone. Ben was extremely helpful and got the deal done quickly and fairly. Ben called me a few days before we were to get the car and said he found a small blemish in the plastic wrap while getting the car ready. Unbelievable!!! Sent pictures and a video to describe the blemish. Of course they fixed it and when I picked up the car it was immaculate.The wife and I were very pleased and would highly recommend the dealership. TERRIBLE experience! After 3 days on the phone I drive for 3 hours from Brooklyn to pick up My new car and I saw a dirty in and out vehicle ready for

We got a great car at a great price. We drove over 2 hours to see the car we were interested and it was worth the drive. Since we called ahead of time, they held the car so we had a chance to look at it so it would not sell while we were on the way. Greg and team made the whole process from my first call to driving off the lot with the car very smooth. If you know the car you are interested in and know the prices, you will know that Manheim has very good starting prices for what they are selling. In a few years when we are looking to replace our other car, we will keep them in mind.

I ve been looking for cars for a while and had to deal with a lot of dealership that made process difficult, confusing, and would add all the extra fees. However, Wes made our car buying experience very pleasant and exciting as it should be, with a very fair price and no surprising fees. Plus I got what I wanted for my trade in. Great buying experience. Very smooth transaction, emailed to set up a test drive, vehicle was ready to go when I got there and took the car out myself. Excellent experience. Wesley & Tanya made the financing, trade, and purchase process seamless and efficient, which I much appreciated considering I was driving 4 hours to Mannheim and back. It was an all-around enjoyable, no-pressure experience.

Easy to work with. Salesman was very professional and friendly. Able to work with us on pricing to fit our budget. We bought this car just from seeing it on their website. The pics and details of vehicle left nothing unseen. Vehicle was just as pictured in person. They even put new tires on it as the old ones were worn. When we went to pick up vehicle, everything was explained and we were given a once over with our car to make sure we understood the bells and whistles. I was struggling with finding a car that inspired me to take action. After of months going back and forth on what car to purchase I settled on finding the perfect used Audi A7.

Having struggled with dealing with car sales people and pushy tactics before I was resolved with the fact that buying a car and dealing with negotiating was going to be painful yet again.

I was wrong. After driving over an hour to Manheim Imports I wasn t sure what to expect. From start to finish, they made me feel like my goals were important to them. They made the process easy when purchasing in another state (the car breezes through my state inspections). They gave me a fair deal on my trade in and were more than helpful explaining my options on warranties. They know their cars and made me feel confident that the purchase I was making was a sure bet. The car is beautiful and my experience was great. There was a bit of a mix up when it came to the details on what we agreed on as far as purchasing price. I didn t realize this until a week or so after purchasing the car when I reviewed the finance agreement. I chalked it up as mistake for not catching it during the sale. I wasn t expecting any retribution. Again I was wrong, after speaking with Greg and mentioning it, he quickly called that same day with an oh by the way, we are sending a check for the mistake we made.
