Bought a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ...it was a no pressure, no nonsense car shopping experience, which I totally appreciated. Dave Ferrar the sales person worked a price up on my trade in and gave me a great bottom line price for the vehicle. I left to go look at other vehicles at other dealers, one of which gave me a comparable bottom line deal on a similar vehicle. I called Dave from the other dealership and explained the offer, he came back and countered that offer with a lower price. I returned 4 hours later and bought the Tahoe from MI....thanks again !!

Great experience from start to finish with Wes. It was nice to find a location that was knowledgeable about EVs and actively tries to stock them. Wes even stayed late one night and helped price out the difference between used and new EVs which can be tricky with the tax credits. Loving the new Bolt - thank you!

Went to manhiem imports one sat when they were just about to close and told Gregg I was coming in, he waited on me even though they were about to close . Spoke to him and he showed me the vehicle I wanted . After doing so I left and I didn't feel pressured like how some sales guy calls you 24/7. Got my vehicle now and Gregg worked with me pretty good. For future purposes make sure you ask for Gregg he's a great guy and will work with you.

Just purchased a 2014 328i from Manheim Imports and would do it again! Top notch service and they were excellent to deal with. They were very fair with both trade-in valuation and sales prices. My dad bought a car here he was looking for one that was very specific with low miles they had it at a good price and we're willing to barter I highly recommend them when you're looking for a high-end vehicle.

Purchased a second vehicle from Mannheim Imports and had nothing but problems with it! Had to be serviced within the first week of having the truck and we went nearly 2 weeks without a vehicle. A couple months later had another issue and went another week (right before Christmas) without a vehicle plus they put over 200 miles driving it and offered nothing for all of this hassle! The workers are friendly but I am NOT happy with my experience overall. Will no longer be purchasing any more vehicles from here moving forward.

I purchased a used BMW 335d fully loaded at an excellent price. Manheim Imports makes an honest attempt to provide quality used vehicles. Most dealerships offer you bottom or wholesale value for trade-ins. Manheim Imports impressed again by providing a reasonable trade value for my VW GTI. I try to work out car deals via email before i even arrive on the lot. Most dealerships avoid this at all costs and just reply with "Come and test drive!". Sales Manager, Luke, spent weeks patiently workings with my needs and providing all information in a timely manner. I will definitely come back in the future for my used luxury car needs. Very impressed and service was top notch.

A very positive experience. Right car at best price. This is a pre-eminent seller of Audi used vehicles in northeast/mid-Atlantic region. Great sales people who were informative, responsive and respectful of my time. What few minor things weren t right are taken care of - no questions asked. Very happy I connected with Manheim Imports. I traveled 7 hours to buy a car from them....worth every second.

I am happy to report that, after the sale, Manheim Auto followed through on delivering two promised components that were missing from the car on date of purchase. One item was a second key fob (nearly $500 at local Audi dealer), and the second item was the wind deflector. Both items were acquired by Manheim Imports and delivered at no cost to me and virtually no inconvenience. Very impressive and made the experience even better.

I was out of the country when Manheim Imports posted a BMW for sale. I immediately contacted them by email. Ken got back to me and allowed me to put a deposit on the car to hold it until I got back to look at it. Ken's communications with me gave me assurance about the car.
I got back to the US, rented a car the next morning and drove up to Manheim Imports. Everyone I dealt with, Ken, Jeff and Karl, were super nice and professional. The Z4 was as described and within a little over an hour of arriving at Manheim Imports, met Ken, took a test drive with Jeff around the beautiful countryside, expressed my pleasure with the car, came back and filled out paperwork with Karl (I had texted Ken my driver's license and insurance card that morning), handed the keys to my one-way rental car to them after Ken & Jeff offered to take it back for me, and I was on my way back to Virginia.
I am absolutely blown away by the whole experience. Everyone at Manheim Imports knew their cars, walked me thru everything I needed to know and gave me the impression that they absolutely loved the job they do. True professionals.
I can not recommend the staff or Manheim Imports enough! I just wished I didn't live 3 hours away or I would have them handle all the servicing of my car.

I don t leave many reviews, but I felt compelled to do so since I had an extraordinary experience. I was looking for a macan turbo and was talking to a few dealers. Nobody was as easy to communicate with and give me details. Very professional and very courteous. Not going to lie but I m very picky when it comes to buying cars and I am hard to please. The macan turbo was better than advertised and in immaculate condition. Greg who helped me was very informative and always kept me updated. Financing was very easy and I was in and out of the dealership in less than 1 hour! That s pretty amazing and rare!

Lastly they have a great showroom and selection of cars and are located near the Manheim auctions and have great access to great of the crop cars. I never buy vehicles new, and I never really buy from a used car dealership twice. However that changes with these guys, I intend to make my next purchase with Manheim Imports. 5 stars all the way around!!

Great quality vehicals. We bought a 2010 Audi. Our salesman Greg Martin was awesome. He took the time to show us how everything worked (twice) since I'm a slow learner lol. Greg and the team at Manheim are top notch. I emailed him earlier in the week regarding a 2018 Volvo XC90 they had on the lot. The vehicle was waiting for me on Friday when I arrived from Philadelphia. Greg walked me through almost every part of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I got a fair deal for my trade in and an awesome deal for the Volvo!

I would love to give Manheim Imports 5 stars because I really liked my salesman. I did however ask if the car had been a smokers vehicle and was told that they could not tell that it kinda smelled of smoke on the leather but not with the heat and air running.I flew into pick the car up a 2015 BMW 535xdrive gran tourismo and it did have a smell of smoke it had been sprayed, the car was so I nice I decided to go with it, the car so far is excellent and the transaction was excellent very nice organized professional group. Now I ve done ozone treatment on the interior and detailed it next steam the headliner and carpet.

They were very friendly and helpful when I bought my jeep. The only "issue" they claimed my jeep had was a small hole in the frame that they claimed was from something hitting the side, didn't seem like a big deal at the time until I late found that they patched a ten inch long rusted out frame with body clay. Had a mechanic look at the frame, the entire frame is rusted out and rotten! I've only owned the jeep since 03/14 impossible for it to have been from me. They hid a major problem with out concern for my safety. Now I have to choose between selling the Jeep I love or replacing the frame entirely. But if they're willing to sell something with a rotten frame and patch it with clay, what else would they be willing to hide?

Great place to get a car. Nice selection of good quality cars. We delt with Ben initially and then with Jeff. Both were very helpful and made it a smooth experience.

I emailed Manheim Imports about a C-class Mercedes. They replied within 10 minutes. We set up a time to see the car. They they pulled it up to the building and the salesman was at the car when we pulled in. I could tell the salesman had knowledge of this particular model by the way he answered my questions. When it was time to talk money he didn't play the typical "gotta ask my manager" games. They were realistic with their pricing and trade in value of my vehicle. We agreed on a deal and I left with a full tank of gas and didn't feel like I just went to battle as I'd felt at a lot of other dealers.

Considering the current environment(covid-19)...I had a fantastic experience purchasing my vehicle from Manheim. Ken was very knowledgeable, and quite helpful in explaining everything to me. Very happy with the car....thanks again!!

This was my first time with Manheim Imports. I have purchased many cars, new and used, through the years. Salesman Greg Martin was prompt in getting back to me, and the car In question was exactly as advertised. When I visited the dealership, it was very clean and tidy. The staff was respectful and took appropriate precautions with Covid.
I was able to make a very fair deal for my new Rover, and Greg had all the paperwork etc. completed when I arrived to pay and pick up the car. It was fueled up and detailed. This was an excellent car buying experience!

My wife and I drove a couple hours to see in person, for the first time, a car we reserved based on everything we learned from the internet, emails, text messages and phone calls. If you see a car they are selling online, you can TRUST that it is as described and priced fairly. In fact, the online pictures of the car we bought did not do it justice. It was 5x better in person! Ken got us through the paperwork in no time and was happy to answer any and all questions we had - what a great experience!

I will say this, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle and you don't at least take a look to see what MANHEIM IMPORTS has for sale, you will be doing yourself a great disservice! All of the vehicles on the lot are great and prices are great too! My salesman, Wes, was the best salesman that I have ever dealt with while purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased a bunch of vehicles in my time. I would suggest that you ask for Wes when you and check out the huge selection on the Manheim lot. I m not one to leave reviews like this but please hear me out. I was super skeptical about buying a car across state lines. I live in Denver and the thought of going through the purchase process over the phone sounded like a bad idea based on past experiences. From the first time I spoke with Ken about the BMW X5, I was still a little hesitant about going through with this, but it started to seem a bit more comfortable. As the negotiations and buying effort became deeper, I was sold! Ken is an amazing person to work with and a very genuine individual. I kept waiting for something to come up, but nothing ever did. Great experience dealing with Greg on the purchase of my car. I live in MA so conducted much of the transaction remotely, although did visit in person to drive the car and complete paperwork. The car was very accurately represented, and Greg had even mentioned a couple of minor stone chips in our communications prior to my seeing the car that I had to have him point out to me when seeing it in person. Greg also coordinated transportation of the car to me and did an excellent job communicating status updates. I wouldn t hesitate to work with Greg and Manheim Imports again.
