Nothing but great things to say about Ken. He is a true professional and kept the entire car buying and trading experience very low key with no pressure. The car that we bought was exactly as described and pictured. The price for the car was very competitive, and we felt that they provided a fair trade in value for our car. From test drive to signing the paperwork, and out the door was less than 1.5 hours. If we are in the almost new, used car market again in the future, we will definitely be back to Manheim Imports.
