I found a 2017 Range Rover Sport dynamic on the Manheim website. I wasnt familiar with Manheim Imports so I did some research. I found an overwhelming amount of highly complimentary reviews so I reached out through their website asking the availability of the vehicle. This was at 900pm. I immediately received a response back from Wesley. He shared some videos of the vehicle and sent alot of information through email to help me make my decision somewhat remotely. I travelled from NJ to PA to purchase the vehicle. Upon my arrival both Wesley and Amanda Quinn had the vehicle and paperwork ready for my review. The vehicle was exactly as they explained. The family over at manheim imports was monumental in every aspect of the process of purchasing our vehicles. They were very helpful in the selection process and were always willing and able to answer any question myself or my girlfriend could come up with. The sales team was able to put both of us into the vehicles we wanted and worked with us financially to make it happen. I did however, experince a tail light burning out and was able to make a phone call and have it taken care of at no charge, in a very timely fashion. Recently purchased a BMW 328d from Manheim Imports and could not be happier with the vehicle and the professional service from these guys. Their inventory was high-end quality, no junk. The salesman, David, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. This is my first Beemer and David was super helpful in showing me the ins and outs of the vehicle. The car had no floormats and he was able to grab some brand new ones for me. Paperwork and financing were a snap and very quick. I did run into a minor unforeseen maintenance issue after the car was home with me and the guys at Manheim Imports agreed to help pay for the issue in a very fair manner. Overall experience was 1000 times better than most typical dealers who try all the tricks in the book to upsell you and pressure you to buy. This place was no-stress and I will definitely keep them at the top of my list for my next car purchase.

I saw a car I was very interested in. I am about 230 miles away from the dealership so it would be a long drive to look at the car. I was the absolute first person to inquire about the car and I had full intentions on buying it. I worked the weekend so I couldn t come up until Monday. I told them that and they said they would hold it for me. Well next thing I know I go to check car gurus to look at the car some more and what do you know they sold the car. I had the loan and everything all ready to go and they sold it right from under me. Very unhappy with the whole situation.

I found an Audi Q7 on Cargurus and accidentally clicked "Call the dealership". It was a Sunday and the business was closed, so I quickly hung up. I received a phone call on the next business day with a voicemail that they saw I called, the car I was looking at was under agreement, and that they would let me know if it didn't sell. I was impressed with this response!
I found that they had another Q7 and called to inquire about test driving it. We ultimately purchased the vehicle. My dealings with Greg Martin have been great. He's very responsive to my calls and emails. We discovered that the vehicle manual was missing and he immediately ordered one for me. I've had questions about dash lights and he's been very responsive.

I've admired all the beautiful cars at this dealer for the last 10-15 years as they always have an awesome selection of late model higher end vehicles, largely imports. Shortly after stopping in to replace my well-worn MK4 GTI GLX (~300K miles but I LOVE it!) I was greeted by Wes while I looked over the lot. Many dealers won't even approach a customer like me b/c of my well-loved (worn) car. It was a pleasant relief that this wasn't an issue and from the start Wes was friendly, personable and knowledgeable as we talked cars while he showed me their inventory.
I found a car I had been interested in for some time, an Audi automatic TDI (Diesel for those who don't know), and I wanted to see how it compared to my current cars performance. I was always jealous of the EU car market b/c they had nicer selection of diesels so finding one here was great!. The short test drive showed enough to know I had further interest but I needed to see how it performed in more real world (traffic) situations. I came back the next day for another drive while while traffic was heavy. This was an invaluable experience b/c I learned strengths and weaknesses of the TDI/automatic and how it differs from my manual gasser and I realized it wasn't the right car for me for my type of driving.
I explained the issues to Wes and he listened and we looked into different options (performance upgrades) which might fix the issue(s) I noticed. HE showed me a few other options on the lot but I had an appt to keep. He was very understanding of my concerns after drive and accommodating. Many dealerships will blow off concerns mine and tell customers you ll get use to it, you ll not even notice it in a week... Fortunately this is not such a dealership.
As a person who dealt with the Lancaster VW/Audi dealership for 14+ years (3 diff cars) and also working in sales at a small dealership, Wes was probably the friendliest/personable salesman I've encountered and one of the most knowledgeable considering the large variety of inventory. The rest of the staff was just as helpful while waiting for Wes to finish with another client.
Buying from a used car lot can be hit or miss, I've seen many go under after 3-6years but I'd feel confident in buying from Manheim Imports as ~15 years (??) later, they are expanding and I've heard many positive stories from happy customers. They were also willing to look for the "right" car for me, (if there was something specific), so if you want something rare, I'd ask them to keep their eyes open you might just get lucky!

I submitted a request for an eprice on Sunday(their day off) and actually got an email back from the manager letting me know that he will have someone reach out to me Monday morning. Sure enough Greg reached out to me in the morning. Great communication with Greg as I had requested some more information about the car since I was over an hour away. He happily obliged and sent close up pictures of all the wheels to show no curb rashes, and confirmed the tire specs for me. We worked out a deal on the car, financing and trade in through email and schedule time for me to come after work Wednesday evening. The car and paperwork was all ready to go waiting for me and it was a seamless experience. And then I happily drove away in my new car!

I began searching for a replacement for my 2005 Honda Element about a year ago. I wasn't incredibly active about finding a car until the past week, when I was starting to feel nervous about using a high mileage vehicle for my business.
I saw several Elements in my area, but none of them fit the exact specifications that I was looking for. I found the listing from Manheim Imports for a 2009 Honda Element in the color I wanted with the specs I wanted, and the car looked to be in very good condition. I called a day later, after another disappointing viewing of a local Element, and talked to Ben about me making the five hour drive to Manheim to see the Honda Element.
My first concern was that they would sell the car before I arrived, thus having me make a five hour trip for nothing. Ben was happy to hold the car for me, and even though I opted to put the hold in with a credit card number, he didn't actually directly ask me to do so. First sign that I was dealing with actual human beings instead of car dealers!!!
Ben then began correspondence with me about the condition of the car, stating that he didn't want me to drive all the way to Pennsylvania only to be disappointed. He sent me an email with details of the vehicle, including a link to the Carfax on Mannheim's website, and followed up with detailed photos of any scratches he could find on the car. I received pictures of every single scratch or scuff mark on the vehicle- and there were barely any at all. The car was immaculate and I was definitely interested.
Ben took the appropriate steps to make sure we had everything set up before I arrived, including helping me apply for financing through their company in case the pre-approval I had from my bank fell through (which it did, because I had to leave to see the car before I could get a check from my bank).
My father and I took the five hour drive the next morning and arrived to find the Element sitting out front, beautiful and waiting for us to inspect it. Ben greeted us right away and walked us around the vehicle, going over the various features of the car and making note of any differences between the older model I had and the newer model we were looking at. We took it for a test drive (it ran like a dream!). Ben even had us take it down a road where we could test it at a faster speed to make sure everything sounded good.
Negotiations were fair, quick, and very clear. I paid what I felt the car was worth and we both seemed happy with the deal. The service technicians were concerned about a tire pressure sensor light on the dash and they made sure to get it to turn off before we signed anything.
Overall this was a very positive experience. I'm thrilled with my new car and I found buying from Manheim Imports to be the least stressful car shopping experience I've ever had! Highly highly recommended- even if you have to drive ten hours roundtrip!
