Staff is extra hospitable. The bathrooms are large and spacious with a large soaking tub, separate shower, and separate toilet area. I loved my balcony that includes patio furniture. My room had a lovely view of the water as well. Housekeeping went above and beyond when cleaning the room - they even folded a pair of shorts I left out! lots of USB outlets and WiFi was included with my stay. The TV has lots of options for connecting your own devices or steaming if you have an android device. The bed is supportive but it feels like a memory foam mattress, so it s not bouncy. Pillows were supportive as well and large.

You have to request a refrigerator that you can use (the in-room one is stocked with items to buy).

The bar was comfortable and beautiful with excellent drinks. The pool and private beach are nice.

A lovely hotel, ideally positioned on Brickell Key. The rooms are excellent (we were upgraded too a mini suite, as our room wasn't available) - great views of the city skyline from the balconies

In my opinion, this is a lovely hotel with magnificent view of the bay from the rooms. The spa is probably the best I have ever been to and so is the pool. But what I appreciated most was the friendly, helpful and attentive staff. I have never experienced such a great service in a hotel. Truly wonderful.

Extraordinarily attentive to their guest. The hotel feng shui is a flow of nothing less but positive and relaxation . Its breathtaking rooms are one thing but the views are a lost for words. La Mar cuisine is a-maz-ing. Bursting with flavor and the service, my goodness, I dont have enough stars to truly give for that. Great touch with the man made beach. I love this hotel. Dont take my word for it!!!

It has spectacular views of the bay.
Quality price 9/10.
To put a but, the food portions are a little smaller !!!

Fantastic surroundings, excellent waiters service and acceptable food that is not spectacular ... Of course ... Two hours to serve you, meager rations, disproportionate prices and one of the places with the worst value for money I have visited in the world . If you want to eat little, late and pay a fortune this is your place.

The Mandarin Miami is simply the best! Starting with the courteous valet and bell staff to the complementary tea at check-in, the excellence starts immediately. The rooms, beds, views are top notch. This hotel exemplifies the Mandarin Oriental brand.

I love this place. The people are so kind and they will do anything for you. I wasn't really there long enough to book a massage but after checking out I went to the spa to shower and change before my flight and it's very nice and comfortable.

This place wants to be top-flight. It's pretty. The location is great. The facilities, particularly the spa, are truly top-notch. But although the intent is clearly to provide a 5-star experience, this Mandarin Oriental struggles to feel like a 4-star. The staff, 'helpful' enough, feel indifferent, nonetheless.

OTOH: it's Miami. This is probably the right place to stay, anyway.

I LOVE this hotel. Right on the water. Close to everything but still quiet. Top notch service. Massages at the Spa are simply magical. Alejandro at the pool was a dream, amazing service. Erica, Corey and Shameice at the front desk made my day in so many ways. Thank you Mandarin, for living up to and beyond my expectations! Will be back soon xoxo

The best luxury hotel in Brickell. I enjoyed the "Brickell Beach" very much. The views from the pool are spectacular. The restaurant "La Mar" is a delight for any meal. The room is second to none.

We have had excellent experiences at four seasons Jackson hole, Wy. So, we were expecting a similar experience here. Very disappointed. The higher priced biscayne view room my wife and I stayed in was absent any amenities. Examples: a simple as a coffee maker in the room... like is customary in every hotel.

Beautiful hotel lobby.
Amazing views of the city and the ocean.
Great food and service. First place I go to that the waiter learns your last name and uses it throughout your time there.

nice accomodations, however I was expecting much more in terms of customer service. Valet is $25 no complementary. Counter only speaks English.. In Miami? Not worth it for the price. Any Hilton is by far a better choice.

Wonderful

Disappointing!

Disappointing!
We wanted to get to know each other and maybe have a drink later in the restaurant.
We were at the pool bar. The request for freshly squeezed orange juice could not be fulfilled as it would take at least 15 minutes ??
My smoothie was good but straight from the bottle.
A hefty tip was automatically included in the invoice amount (to make things easier for the guest, the receipt said, haha).
We had to pay dearly for valet parking free of charge for 3 hours (for 1 hour more than for 2 whole days in south beach) because the bar visit does not count!
We should have been in the restaurant that wasn't part of the bar.
Rip off!!!
The view may be so beautiful (1 star), no hotel option as far as we are concerned.

Magnificent 5-star hotel, when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome, valet parking, doorman etc ...
The hotel is huge and the decor really appreciable. To our surprise, we were immediately upgraded to a slightly larger suite with a view of the bay on the sea.
At the hotel restaurant '' la Mar '' always top notch with very welcoming hostesses, the buffets are varied and fresh the restaurant (outside) with a view of the sea is very relaxing. It is very pleasant to have breakfast in peace. There is nothing to say about the service at the table, everyone is very attentive and attentive to the slightest of our requests.
We also took advantage of the SPA and it was great. My biggest surprise in this stay was how the housekeepers took care of us. The bed / the toilet / soap / toothbrush / they even go so far as to put away screws of beauty product, to remake knots on the cables of cellphones which drag on the ground so that you do not get tripped up in them, you wonder if the pillows with which you sleep suits you (in which case change them for softer ones), all full of little touches that I can't help but write this review for them. Many thanks to the Mandarin Oriental, we will be back for sure.

Gorgeous hotel. We went here to have dessert at the bar area (not La Mar), unfortunately the online menu did not match with the current menu. When we asked the waitress about this she made us feel silly for even asking. Very poor customer service.

This is a very nice hotel. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The property is really clean and well taken care of. It has a decent pool, a nice little private beach area with little cabanas. For folks that want to stay in South Beach, the hotel is not in South Beach. It is in Brickell which is about 15 to 20 mins drive to South Beach. Another thing here is that the hotel is somewhat quiet. So if you want a party and rowdy hotel, this is not it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Great Hotel to stay in Miami

Great Hotel to stay in Miami
Near downtown, near to Miami beach, rooms are spacious, the personal work hard for you to enjoy your stay.

The facilities are good if you are on vacations, you have the bar, the pool a nice area around the island for jogging and a nice gim, if you are for work there is good Internet speeds, a nice place to work in the rooms and a business center with four computers and a fast internet connection and office installed

Fabulous hotel in a great area, you have whole foods, edible arrangements across the street. Plenty of store to visit while walking down the street. Good room, late check out. The service from the staff was excellent. I'll make sure to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

After reading reviews & doing research on Mandarin Oriental, I had VERY high expectations for them & they met each standard remarkably. Everything was beautiful, from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. We did have a mini hiccup with in-room dining but staff & service are so sincere, apologetic and genuine, you can t even get upset. The room, designs, detail, cleanliness- everything was lovely. We had a skyline view and the view was spectacular. The spa is amazing and the workers are so sweet. The food, the pool, I LOVE! Every. single. person on their staff, no matter what service they did, was personable, polite and friendly. That s what I loved to see. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want to treat yourself to a relaxing and luxurious vacation.

A lovely hotel which unfortunately does not have access to a beach but is on the water and has an adequate swimming pool. But the lobby and rooms are lovely and the service is good. At night they have jazz in an open indoor cafe - and this is a real treat. As for the food, the breakfast buffet is sadly mediocre. That said I look back fondly on my week at this hotel.

Best hotel among those I have previously visited in Miami. Customer services were beyond my expectations. Loved the poolside surrounded by whole beds, couches, lounge chairs and amazing atmosphere. Had the best stay yet.
