Spa rep was not polite and did not make appropriate accommodations for me and my guest

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at MO Miami. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and the balcony had the most gorgeous view of Miami skyline. We found the hotel staff very friendly, courteous but not stuffy and accommodating.
The pool was quite small though and I can imagine it gets quite crowded during warmer months. However, the hotel has a separate beach area overlooking the bay, where you can relax on lounge chairs as well. And if it s too cold for a pool, you can relax at the spa which has dry sauna and a steam room.
Breakfast buffet is good but not exceptional, a la cart breakfast is available as well and maybe a better option for some people. Having a breakfast on the outside patio with a beautiful view is such a treat though!
If you are looking for a relaxing stay within the walking distance to restaurants and bars, don t look any further!

Went to dinner at La Mar and dinner was amazing. The food was excellent and the views were amazing.

5 star service, beautiful guest rooms, convenient meeting space, relaxing pool area, even the faux beach area is lovely. You can't go in the water but it is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view.

We enjoy our suite at Mandarin Oriental Miami. The breakfast was really good. The view was awesome.

Robbed at this hotel by housekeeping. Too many other choices in South Beach. Will never ever stay at a Morgan s property and I m a Platinum Elite Member! Take this review serious.

Service was exceptional. Our room had a phenomenal ocean view. The lounge bar downstairs has cocktails to die for honestly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone that admires less chaos and more class.

Great food and great service. The service was excellent, the decor is beautiful. You cane dine inside or outside. We ate here for a romantic birthday dinner. The view was beautiful, you can see all of downtown Miami's skyline and the water. Great dishes if you like trying something new and great portions

I have stayed here five times, and every time I love returning. The hotel looks and smells great. The bar is a place to see and be seen. La Mar is amazing and has the best views, and the guest rooms are quintessentially MO.

Super quiet place. Great views. The Restaurant La Mar located downstairs is a big plus :). The stuff is super nice

There is no complents on this place every groups of staff from house keeping ,front desk ,room service is like a dream also this hotel meets covid rules and regulations i for cleanliness rooms are clean clean

Fantastic stay cation at The Mandarin
Oriental in Brickell . The service was outstanding from the minute I got there
until I left. Erick at the Front Desk and
Mayling at the pool were excellent!
Only suggestion is rooms need a bit
of updating.

Everything was just great! Of course it's a expensive hotel but it worth it. I think this hotels is better for business trips rather than leisure. All staff was kind and attended my request efficiently.

This may be the best hotel in Miami. The service was outstanding. The restaurants fantastic. Location was super. Pool is nice. Easy to get to South Beach. We stayed two nights and felt so comfortable.

Can t say enough good things about this hotel . Staff was excellent , room was gorgeous . They went above and beyond. Highly recommend !

The view leaves you speechless. Rooms are outstanding. Bad thing: there s never rooms for early check in and packages are charged.

The best place in Miami to see the skyline is here. We have been several times here and it's never disappointing. Everything is clean and taken care of. By arriving we got an upgrade to a suite with big terrace and several sitting areas, beautiful. The bar is very trendy. Outside the bar you sit on the water overlooking the skyline while you get a perfect service. Just a great place: for very high demanding guests.

I didn't like it, really bad service, we got a reservation and they made us wait one hour in the entrance for the table, so we started really bad the night, reservation was at 8 pm and the gave us the table at 9:20, so it screw up all the birthday dinner we had plan, I wouldnt come back, also de food is normal. Nothis amazing, , the dessert horrible, bad experience I don't recommend this place.

This hotel was amazing! We will definitely be back. The staff was extremely nice.

Bar staff amazing hola,Carmen , however do not go for a spa treatment with your spouse, male , female separation upon spa entry. this spoiled my weekend, oh and after a a whole day shopping my room was yet to be cleaned at 5: 30 pm .... just an observation, but there was a staff inside claiming to be collecting laundry that was not requested by my husband or I. Dodgy Dodgy dodgy!!!!

Second time staying here and WOW! It s absolutely gorgeous- the view is to die for- and the customer service is over the top amazing.

If I could give less than 0 stars I would. For being in the second most expensive room in the entire hotel (Mandarin Suite) ( on my birthday no less), the experience was beyond awful. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE, none of my friends of family will further be visiting. The valet ate food in our car staining the interior of the seat, the ceiling was falling apart, there was black mould where the ceiling had fallen , and the hotels " engineer" claimed the black spots on the ceiling were nothing to be concerned about and just "water marks", the air conditioning in every room was leaking water onto the floor and the room has a odd musk that the room wasn't cleaned or checked on before our arrival as there was also a broken glass bottle and its little pieces all over the floor of the freezer and a dirty plate with ash on it on the balcony; for a no smoking floor why is there someone smoking?? The management has been extremely difficult and took me sending an email to the C.O.O. in Hong Kong, for the problem to be addressed and rectified! I will never spend another dollar here and encourage everyone to do the same to save yourself the headache! I guarantee it will come

We went for dinner for Miami Spice and the food was not as impressive as we would have hoped. The hotel is beautiful and the decor is great!

I stayed in the hotel for my first anniversary, the experience was fantastic! We stayed in room 2007 which has an incredible view of the bay, hospitality of employees was great!

I went to La Mar restaurant and the amount of food is good but it has a lot of seasoning.

Truly an incredible stay from the moment we checked in. We extended our stay by a day just to enjoy the hotel's amenities (and the Miami weather helped!). We are a family of four - with a five and three year old. Everyone was super friendly. My husband and I felt like we were at an "adult hotel" and yet our children were always greeted and treated like they belonged. A special thanks to the concierge team - Italo, Andrew and Carlos. These guys know what they are doing! Rom the best family beaches to Zoo Miami to Wynwood! And when we extended our stay - it was seamless. no change of rooms - business as usual.
