I think the place is probably a different experience if you're rich. The people that work there seemed a little snooty when I showed up in shorts and flip flops. I felt unwelcomed, but when they found out I had a reservation they were nicer. Seemed two faced. Pool is fantastic, rooms are nice, the restaurant is awesome. It was a good place to be, just got off on the wrong foot, I guess.

Great hotel ( what Mandarin Oriental isn't ? ) Full of luxurious decor ,sky high windows that let you appreciate what is hardly a shabby view of Brickell and it's skyscrapers...that somehow become nothing short of magical as dusk beckons-- food in the bar passable but expect to pay $$$

Loving my stay here. Always on the look out for pet friendly hotels that combine luxurious amenities for people and pets. Wonderful service and great very friendly staff. Will definitely be back..

Poor service with attitude
I had a red eye flight from Las Vegas and arrived hotel at 8am and it is 1:40 pm and the room is still not ready. They told me the guest left at 11: am and at 1:40 the room is still not ready.

They told my daughter the room would not be ready before 3 pm maybe.

Being a 5 star hotel and pricey, I expected better service with human touch.

Beautiful hotel in brickell. La Mar restaurant is at the hotel ground floor and it was amazing.

This is a beautiful property. Sitting right on the bay with a wonderful view of the ocean and downtown Miami.

The atmosphere was perfect. The attention and the food were also excellent.

For the cost of the hotel I find it interesting that the 13th floor is missing. Grand rooms with great views. The spa is wonderful but the gym is small and filled with cardio equipment, if you're into strength training they don't have barbells.

Attentive staff, pristine room, and great conference space.

Attended a 50th Gala. Beautiful location, great food, polite event staff.

We stayed here to celebrate my graduation and this is one of the best hotels ive ever been to, in my opinion. The moment we walked in, everyone was super helpful and hospitable. The rooms were lavishing in terms of comfort, cleanliness and it had pretty much anything we needed! Not too far from there is the beach, shops, and some of the best restaurants I've tried! Overall amazing experience, one I will never forget!

Nothing short of amazing. The service was top notch as expected. The breakfast from La Mar was good. Ideal location for shopping at the Brick City Centre, only a 15-20 min walk.

Stayed here several times. The pool and small private beach at the point of they key is so peaceful and private. Staff is always extremely helpful and courteous.

The spa is amazing. The staff is incredible. The whole experience was relaxing and restorative. Highly recommended.

Great and quick service. The bellboys were very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and accommodating. The location is beautiful, staying on Brickell Key, which is a 15 minute walk away from Brickell. Great peaceful location with wonderful views and a nice pool.

Absulut to recommend for a vacation in Miami. Nice rooms, great breakfast, very nice fitness and nice pool area. Even a small private border is present, which is really nice empty

Food and drinks were very good! Service was not. Was given the wrong drink menu 3 times and the server disappeared for long periods of time. The busser was more attentive than our actual server.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here!!!!! I was on a business trip and everything was wonderful!!!! All the arrangements made over the phone were set up according to plan, the staff was excellent, friendly and helpful!!!! Aside from that, the hotel is beautiful inside and out and in a great location!!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Love this hotel. My sis had her wedding reception here and we had an awesome time. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Service was on point. Great view. Lovely grounds for pictures. They have happy hour and live music until 10 pm.

What a beautiful and upscale hotel! About 20 minutes from Miami International Airport. On a little island that is great to walk around. It has its own little beach although you can't swim from the beach. Pool area is excellent with bar and food. Although both are fairly expensive. Rooms and views are awesome! Turn down service in your room at night is a great addition. Can't say enough about this place! Very beautiful and staff was all Fantastic!!!!

I made reservation by expedia. At the time to arrive Hotel they did not except room that i booked from expedia. And my reservation was written including Breakfast and they charged double for Breakfast again to my credit card. They said their Breakfast price more expensive then what expedia charged to me . They were very rude and also they said room i booked from expedia they did not understand why expedia gave me that room and they gave me lower class room , they recomend complai about expedia.

If you want a Brickell experience stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Resort is excellent and staff is top notch. Book a package with spa and breakfast. Plenty to do in the area.

The most amazing lounge and 2 great guitarists playing great upbeat Latin music.

Good food. Adequate service. Excessive prices, with respect to the product / service offered.
