Poor service with attitude
Poor service with attitude
I had a red eye flight from Las Vegas and arrived hotel at 8am and it is 1:40 pm and the room is still not ready. They told me the guest left at 11: am and at 1:40 the room is still not ready.
They told my daughter the room would not be ready before 3 pm maybe.
Being a 5 star hotel and pricey, I expected better service with human touch.
