Beautiful hotel with all the amenities required to make it a 5 star stay!
Service work must be here.
As a princess
Smooth, good looking
Very nice if pricey afternoon tea - over all a bit of a disappointment considering it is or was supposedly the best hotel in South-East Asia. Lacks generousity
always sitting at the top of the world hospitality after 150 years of perpetual improvements
Exclusive view to watch fireworks and countdown here
The excellence refinement without equal Cher but it is worth the detour I made 500 km return to have lunch once a quarter currently restaurant under construction until next month.
I visited for the high tea. It takes a little exploring until I found the authors lounge in which we had high tea in old England style. One feels like set back in times and the hustling bustling Bangkok disappears. It is a slightly pricey experience however in my opinion it is very well worth. One set of high easily sufficed for the two of us.
The hotel is simply outstanding!
The breakfast was the best, the staff always very helpful and friendly, the butlers highly trained, restaurants have very good food and service, the pool is the most comfortable and beautiful with stunning views.
The location is great, since you can easily walk around or take a cab near the hotel.
I went to other good hotels in Bangkok, but there is none that can beat Mandarin!
The flower chandelier cannot be missed at the hotel entry.
The spa was very good!
If you like Thai cuisine, the Veranda Restaurant highly recommend!
Poor Signage communication for self-Driving , Can not find the parking building & Doorman give a unclear direction.
Like the heaven. The staff members of the hotel serve you like a princess. The environment is pretty amazing next to the river. I have been to the New Year's Party 2017 and what a party!! It was bloody AWESOME!!
I wonder if the time I went there was the Chinese New Year, but there were a lot of women in the front lounge who had dresses, and men also decided to be nice. Not only a luxury hotel, but also a hotel where women can enjoy fashion. It's okay even if it looks rough. There is one female Japanese concourse. I am strong even if I can not speak English. There is a butler service, but even if you press the butler button and call, you should be prepared for 30 minutes to come. I love Mandarin Oriental.
Lovely afternoon tea in the Authors' Lounge; great way to explore this famous hotel.
Incredible service! Like no other hotel... This is the flagship of the brand and it shows. Rooms don't blow you away but the public spaces, food, drinks and services are amazing.
One of the oldest hotel in Bangkok - still a unique place
Always a delight to visit. The restaurant which overlooks the river is a pretty amazing sight in the evening. Service and food, both highly commendable and appreciated
Proberly the best hotel in the world nothing to fault
Many parts and many restaurants, I like bamboo bar they play piano and jazz music
Love this hotel. I always adore their lobby decoration. Super good spa on the other side of river and beautiful tearoom.
A bit hard to find and the access may not be the best. But if you come here, you know what you re getting. A truly well recognized MO experience. The building has an old Thai style architecture but the room and amenities are modern. Have your Breakfast by the river and be ready to be stunned by its view.
To join the signing ceremony of cooperation between Phra Nakhon University with the hotel And eating Chinese food the food is very delicious Good atmosphere
This place is very good, suitable for banquet and relaxation, next to the Chao Phraya River.
Lovely hotel in the heart of the city of Bangkok. Good staff and excellent service.
Elegant and quiet spot but the dress code was quite a surprise considering the culture outside of the hotel.
Drinks on the terrace... jazz in Bamboo Bar... friendly ghost of Somerset Maugham ensuring high class service.
MO - the name itself tells us the quality of hospitality. Was lucky to spend a couple of days for a seminar. The hotel is great and since it next to the Choa Phraya taking river boat was an ease plus there great street foods next to the hotel despite it "prime" location
Who could complain about lunch at a super-famous, luxury 5-star? Attentive staff, great views, beautiful property. Selected the Khao Soi Gai, as thats not so easy to find in Bangkok. Perfect place for a date, although I was solo. Definitively recommend. Dress code after 6pm.
A very famous hotel at the river with very old rooms. They call it historic
Very nice hotel in the colonial style, very good kitchen, you have to see it.
What a gem of a hotel. The MO delivers every bit of charm you'd expect from this long established brand. The function rooms are oppulent and is more palatial than hotel.
Protip: take the ferry service across the river (its free) if you have the time.

The very grand hotel in Bangkok, I think it is the best hotel in Bangkok. Everything here is just really good. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
An ultra-elegant 5* hotel on the Chao Phya River. This renowned hotel is so classy-looking a guest may have to dress well to feel at home there.
Services and eateries, of course, are top-notch, and the staff pride themselves on knowing a staying guest by name and preferences.
Classic hotel
Impeccable service
You can take a boat ride at any time after the opening of Iconsiam on the other side.
Adding the charm of this century-old hotel
Always a pleaser if you can afford it and are dressed properly!
A high-end hotel with a great overall environment and service.
Great place to stay here with my family. Chain hotel group, the upper class is down.
Good cigar condition. Spa is also healed very much.
Tradition, elegant and more... all you need is here!!
Great service and the best breakfast buffet I have ever had.
Service with high standard service always both facilities and foods. I love high tea here!
When having a big party Parking is not enough. Small banquet room for big events
Disappointing start, waited 20 minutes to get served a drink in the lobby, however, the restaurant experience made up for that...
