During dinner, reserve a table at the top corner .. The atmosphere is private and very good.

For this trip, I went to a dinner cruise with my kids. I can't remember the name of the boat, I will find it again. Right now, passing right through this building with Icon Siam.

It is too crowded, so the atmosphere like the market floor is unfortunate, but the afternoon tea set is good, and various Marijujupure tea is prepared.

I ve visited this hotel for 3-4 weeks every year in January/February for 15 years. Life doesn t get any better than being at the MO in Bangkok, which is the original Oriental Hotel, over 150 years old. The personnel are priceless and the restaurants are excellent. What s for dinner Thai? Italian? French? Barbecue? Want the best Martinis is Asia? World class massage in a dream setting? There s just nothing like it. It s all here.

Like the atmosphere to go inside, quiet like not in the heart of Bangkok The garden and the atmosphere are perfectly designed.

Phenomenal service and quality, great facilities, all food was perfect and delicious, super friendly staff, clean rooms, great location, cannot recommend enough.

Overall this hotel and excellent, the rooms, the food (I love the Chinese restaurant in this house all in wood), the restaurant on the terrace with the view of the river.
If I have to put a little flat, it would be for the French gourmet restaurant, where it hovers a little air of arrogance on the part of the staff (I said little, which can be explained by the fact they are the best and that for a long time)

Stayed in Bangkok for month. Not here but just had to have "high tea" it was awesome. It is a must see for Bangkok

Outstanding hotel, and a real special venue with the river crossing the compound! Wonderful riverside dining, boat shuttles to/from the restaurant across the river. And of course the 'usual' superb service you get from Mandarin Oriental everywhere.

If you like that over the top, subservient service then you will love this place. Food is fine. View is nice.

The best Pad Thai in Bangkok @The Verandha. Get the one with the big shrimp. So tasty . And don t forget to get your table with a Chao Praya River view.

Would have been 5 star but they couldn't connect me to the wifi.
Food was fantastic.

It is just as fabulous & decadent as in the photos. I could not wait to try their famous brunch and I was not disappointed. We payed around 130 for 2 with the juice package.
It's an experience one must try when in BKK.

Ordered food on the veranda, lovely presentation. Then plastic water bottle plonked on table, fail aesthetics, fail eco-credentials. Asked for wifi details.. was told to go see the concierge by the waitress... #fail

Looks ok, but if looking at the hall, I think it's not spectacular. May be made from the collars and put on the food details. Today is a cocktail that is not yet priced. Boiled fish that come in the morning do not pass. Before coming to expect a lot Come and be disappointed. Or no Thai chef But the service is ok The table below is a bit less.

It s my favorite Hotel chain and also in Bangkok it won t disappoint You it worth to visit for any occasion for the spa for a drink or dinner it s amazing.

Only went there for afternoon tea which was excellent, one of the best tea I have drunk and the cakes and sandwiches were generous and excellent.

Service was exceptionally good too.

I am planning to stay there for my next Bangkok visit.
