Staff very helpful good location good facilities bar and restaurant
Good location with respect to the center, clean, functional and spacious rooms. Great service.
Very comfortable beds, large bathroom with great shower. Great room service. Great breakfast with a wide range of options to choose from
Very nice and cosy place. The room was very clean and well prepared for guests, the bathroom could be more clean, though. Staff is perfect!
Nice and comfortable rooms, great breakfast selection
A good hotel that can be accessible if you want to stay in the city centre
Good, serious and clean hotel. Good location (close to O'connel Street) and airport buses.
Silent night and very decent room size.
I recommend.
Good place in and out of town centre one minutes walk from the Holiday Inn
Great hotel, great and really helpful staff.. and the ladies from housekeeping are phenomenal :) the only thing that I didn't like is poor choice of main courses in the restaurant for Christmas day, but that's okay I guess, it is my own fault that I didn't ask before what kind of food would they serve.
Very nice and above all very clean 4-star hotel compared to the Irish standards. Location quite convenient, good restaurant.
Stayed for 1 night, simple check in, modern hotel in central Dublin, clean hotel, spacious room n large queen bed
Friendly service, lovely staff.
We did not try the food during our stay, but complimentary chocolates were delightful. The only con was the heating system, we could not change it; don't know if it was broken or unplugged but sometimes it was very hot in the room. The bed was extremely soft but ok.
Only criticism is the traffic noise if you are facing Dorset Street!
Very satisfied beautiful breakfast selection staff so helpful
It's a very nice hotel, the staff and manager Luke are great. The only negative is that at this time there is construction going on from 8am to 5pm. It's loud. The garage is off premise parking. Check on all of this before you book.
Nice hotel for a short stay. Close to downtown but more quiet then in the streets with bars.
Well connected and a price contained in how expensive everything is in August in Dublin. Good service. Very clean. Breakfast contribution 11 / person in August 2019
Great place for those traveling to Dublin, Ireland.Suitable location.15 minutes walk from the city center and all the pub and restaurant.
Very good price-performance ratio for Dublin. Solid 3 star hotel.
Great customer service, wonderful hotel. Recommended!
Excellent hotel, very well located near the center (north) of the city of Dublin, good food, clean rooms and excellent size of its areas, just two blocks from the busy O'Connell Street.
Conveniently located near public transportation this is a friendly hotel. I am liking the Maldron brand.
Bright, clean and free breakfast. Mattress was really comfortable. Late night bar. Definitely go back.
Lovely stay perfect location, excellent staff, especially Dino bar man
Very good hotel Excellent location. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast with a lot of variety. Very good staff attention. The only point that would improve is the noise of the bathroom exhaust fan. It is a bit strong and it does not stop.
Rooms were comfortable, clean and well presented. Beds comfortable.
Public areas were limited and bar service slow.
Breakfast was good with ample and wide selection.
Not easy walking distance to the city centre and taxi are expensive
Really good hotel with a cannon breakfast and friendly staff. Can easily come back more times
Great service, good cleaning and front desk staff. For the expense I did expect a bit larger room and the bathroom was sub par. Annoying to have to log into the wifi as often as required.
Parking is a 5 min easy walk.. and very reasonable @10 euros - you must ask for discount ticket at reception but easy to use in automated payment machine. Rooms spacious, clean and staff were very helpful. Would certainly stay here again despite the current refurbishments occurring at the moment...
We enjoyed our stay at the Maldron very much. Lovely room, everywhere was very clean. Staff polite, friendly And helpful. Breakfast was excellent and a great variety. Meals at the restaurant were lovely. The only suggestion I would make is that we would have appreciated a lite bite selection on the menu. Being older people we could not eat all the meal but hated to leave any.
Very expensive for what it is. Noisy lift - had to change rooms
Came in to enquire about a room but changed my mind after speaking with staff. Very rude . Short answers and very little eye contact. Asked for a menu which firstly I was told they didn't have one. Then after I was given one was told they are no longer serving food. Waited over a half hour for a latte now also. Wouldn't recommend based on staff care and lack of kindness. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable inside hotel though.
I decided to take a spur of the moment break to Dublin and this was my first visit. The hotel is a few minutes walk from o connell street which was easy to find. All the staff are very pleasent and helpful i didnt arrive till the early hours due to my flight. The room was clean and modern and the bed was extremely comfortable, in fact i had the best two nights sleep in a long time. The day of my departure my flight was not due till the evening and the staff kindly looked after my bags so i could spend the day taking in more of Dublins attractions. I cant wait to come back to visit this lovely city and this is where i will definately stay again.
Great location. Great customer service. Very clean and tidy hotel. Good location about 20 minute walk from Temple bar. Fantastic choice for breakfast with something for everyone. I would highly recommend. Our room was part of the new development which had only been finished that day, we were advised of building work being completed but heard no noise all weekend. Staff at the hotel were great, stored suitcases and ordered taxi's which arrived straight away. Only 1 slight down fall was the guiness run out on the very last morning but no complaints at all. Fantasic and would highly recommend.
Lovely rooms to stay in.
Very handy for shopping at lilac or Jervis shopping.
Staff are very friendly, and welcoming.
Will definitely stay again.
Great hotel. Clean room. Just missed a mini fridge in the room.
Superb hotel , very nice staff and we'll managed building.very impressed.
A bit expensive but friendly hotel near the center with excellent breakfasts
A great hotel to stay till tuesday when ryanair has cancelled your flight on friday! Great breakfast at reasonable times. All the staff is very friendly and will help you with everything you need help with. Good rooms with a nice bed- and bathroom! The only things I missed were an openable window and a fridge in the room.
Very nice hotel, located very goon near O'connell street, most of places by a short walk distance.
very friendly and professional team in lobby.
The hotel is located within walking of The Spire, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Christ Church and Temple Bar. Guineas Storehouse at St. James's Gate is about a 30 minute walk.
The hotel DOES NOT have parking on the premises but the Park Rite Parking Garage is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
The pizza parlor directly across has VERY GOOD pizza. We also ate at The Fish Shack. It was delicious.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Big bathroom too. The breakfast bar was worth the 11. The sausage was my favorite. For dinner I ordered the baked salmon with feta and spinach wrapped in a pastry. Mmmmmmm It was actually too much for me and I eat a lot .
I would definitely go back to thus hotel.
First impressions was the car park , so small and cramped but to be expected in city centre!check in was OK til we got to our room and to our complete disbelief there were people in it!!!back to reception and they just apologised and gave us a different room.we turned on the telly but the picture was not watchable so we complained and the man at the desk said it was probably the weather!! We complained again so they sent maintenance man and he replaced cable and fixed it!! Volume in telly didn't go very high couldn't hear it!!overall not so great!!1
Central location only 10 mins wall to 0 Connell Street.
Very good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. In addition, it is very good soundproofing.
Great hotel good beds good food for a good price. the location is good a few minutes walk to the main street O'Connell street and the mall. within a 15 minute walk to the entertainment area the Templebar with beautiful and cozy bars. Really recommended.
Very nice and helpful staff. Clean hotel with every comfort. The breakfast is very rich and delicious.
Terrible hotel on every level. Check in experience was so bad. The guy was really unfriendly and took 30 mins to check 4 of us in. The hotel is currently under construction and is a complete mess, it's not possible to relax there with all, the noise both during the day and night. There are so many nicer hotels in Dublin for the price.
I spent 3 nights in this hotel. good and extensive breakfast. rooms were fine. very helpful reception!
Clean, quiet and friendly hotel. Bar staff was very helpful with extra requests.
It's a bit far but you can easily walk or take the bus to the center. Clean and organized. Good breakfast.
Comfortable room and polite and obliging staff. That's the positive side but the hotel is let down by the breakfasts. Choice was vast but the melon was rock hard and the hot food was not 4 star standard.
Good service, friendly staff, nice food in the restaurant. The place certainly lives up to the expectations. (That's not their fault, that some of the guests are inconsiderate, selfish @holes and having a party in the rooms and they're noisy on the corridor in the middle of the night )
Nice, clean, spacious rooms.
Fair prices.
Enjoy your meal.
Chic bar.
Friendly staff.
You feel good here.
Clean and efficient. Had a good meal in the restaurant
Near City Centre, convenient and it's 3 star hotel. Needs updating and maintenance. Overall, it'll do the job.
Nice Hotel good location well appointed rooms quite new premises
Very good services.
:)
Really nice hotel! Super central and very easy to walk or get the local transport to all the must see places. Great breakfast, nice staff and thank you for the free upgrade!
Very friendly staff, lovely coffee and felt safe re-covid (spotless)
Room lovely very clean ...Had a problem with noise during the night buzzing sound with appliances I think.on and off did not sleep accommodation with my daughter . however on checking out voiced it to receptionist and she only asked me room number again Also after work had a drink in reception and was like a creshe very noisy
I love this hotel and everything about it. Think the price is a bit high but that's only complaint.
I worked here for two months and enjoyed it, it was a great experience.
I'd stay there again. Had a lovely cocktail made by an efficient Mexican member of staff. Got precise directions from a courteous Irish member of staff. Plus chatted with nice Brazilians who also work there. Not to mention Ryan at the reception who brought my mother to our room when she arrived later in the evening.
The hotel is in a great location with regards to distance to the city centre. The area on the way to hotel from town looks a bit cagey, especially if you are not familiar with that part of town, but it's a busy area with lots of activity. The hotel itself is very modern. There is a small bar that you see as you walk in. It appeared to be very quiet while we were there though. Breakfast is also served there. I didn't avail of the breakfast so I can't comment on the food. The staff we met on arrival were very friendly however no details were given to us about breakfast times etc. but we didn't ask either but the room we had all the information we needed. Our room wasn't ready so we had to wait in the bar which was next to the reception. We were given a complimentary upgrade so that was great. The room was nice, spacious and had a large balcony outside that overlooked the city but apart from 2 small bottles of wine and chocs (which we were very grateful for) the room was very basic. The rooms were clean however.
Brilliant room spotless clean staff very friendly would recommend it anyone
The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were friendly and efficient.
The only thing we felt that let the hotel that there was significant construction work going on whilst there, which we weren't advised of.
This was particularly noticeable at breakfast when hammering and drilling started at 10am. I feel that this should have been highlighted to visitors of this hotel prior to their visit.
I would go back and stay there but just felt this prevented me from giving it 5 stars
I was extremely pleased with my stay at your hotel. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us! The room (109) was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner here and each time the food was lovely. This was our second time staying here and we will most certainly stay again! :)
The hotel is very good, clean, modern and safe. It is easy to get to the center by bus.
Very nice hotel, service nickel, breakfast impeccable and varied ... But work that disturbs very unpleasantly quiet! Very damaging
Good hotel but expensive like all accommodation in Dublin. I think the Irish go hand in hand with the prices! It's not London or Paris, it's Ireland!
Great hotel. Pleasant rooms with comfortable beds. Need to put lights above the mirror or you have to use bathroom mirror.
Breakfast was excellent. So much choice it was incredible.
