We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was excellent and it was great value for money. All of the staff wore masks and social distancing was adhered to. There was no buffet breakfast for safety reasons so instead we ordered at our table, and the food was delicious. The car park was a short walk from the hotel which is understandable in Dublin city centre.

Our stay was horrible, the first night did not stop sounding the fire alarm so none of the people staying at the hotel could sleep or rest, and we did not receive any explanation or apology from the responsible parties, the following Nights were better, but at 8 in the morning they started with noises for some renovations.
It is a terrible hotel and we would have left it the first night if the rest of the hotels in the city had not been reserved.
The only good thing is the situation and that in the room there is a teapot service, otherwise sheets with stains, dirty carpet, deteriorated in general. I do not recommend it at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the air quality wasn't as good as we would have liked. I'm specifically focused on the air in the room. There was not enough air flow and it seemed at times to be below average. The staff was very helpful on several occasions. We didn't dine at the hotel, but thought the food and service looked good.

Friendly room, nice staff, extra breakfast. Hotel well located. Small flat for the ventilation grid of the room wind ++ and external noises, presence of papers and tissues of the former occupant of the room to "try to plug" this grid.

Since my english isn't too good just a short review in german language:

Very uncomplicated process - clean rooms - good service and very nice staff.
The rooms were very clean and bigger and nicer than in the photos, the only drawback was the carpet, but I'm generally not a fan of that.
The breakfast was really great, a very large selection!
I can't say anything about lunch and dinner, we always ate out.
The hotel is in a good location, you can walk to Temple Bar within 15 minutes and you can get anywhere else easily. We simply didn't need the Dublin Freedom Ticket, which we had planned to buy.
O'Connell Street is right around the corner, which made orientation a lot easier.

Quite simply a very good hotel, I will probably stay there again on my next trip to Dublin if it can be arranged :)

Hotel is pretty central. There was some building work going on when we arrived but over the next two days all was quiet! Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is very good value for 9 euros, book the night before or it goes up on the morning! It is a buffet and there is plenty. Staff very friendly. We wanted a safe but were told it was a 50 euro deposit, which would be returned. We only had limited euros so decided not to bother. Bar seating area lacks character.

Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Free wi-fi is convenient. Breakfast is delicious. We had to switch rooms because the thermostat in our first room did not work. Staff was very accommodating during our room transition. We were fortunate there was another room of equal size available for us. The only downside to the new room was the awful mildewy smell in the bathroom. Thankfully it didn't seep into the room. The location of the hotel is convenient. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted or needed to go. The front desk staff was able to reserve a taxi for us for the morning of our departure, which was a big help! They even called our room when the taxi arrived. I was very impressed! It's a lovely hotel. Rooms are very modern with plenty of electrical outlets and USB ports. Beds were comfy. Loved the high ceilings and big windows! Very clean (except for the smell in the bathroom).

Beautifull rooms just had a refurb we were in room 11 in the basement the only complaint is it was very cold draught from external door is shocking had to stuff it with toilet roll had an oil filled radiator in front of door and an eletric heater at the other end of room the actual heating for the room dident work that was fine but on the second day we went out the maid pulled the card out wich we had left in to keep the electricity on forvthe heaters so as not to come back to a fridge of a room it took hours to build the heat up again wich was not ideal ...the batrooms were lovley nice big walkin shower wich was powerfull also have an ironing board and iron and a hairdryer wich is very handy the hotel staff were lovley very helpfull and the management were good aswell they gave us free finger food while awating on our rooms getting ready as we had arrived a few hour before book in times the breakfast was good great selection of hot and contiental food apart from the cold room everything was good there was 17 of us in our party and everyone enjoyed staying no compaints we were all very happy in the newly refurb rooms it was a very nice hotel would stay again
