Have been a regular pre covid even had xmas dinner here. Have been back just recently. Great food and staff.

Clean and tidy hotel. Nice personel. The adjoining restaurant is very good. And the breakfast also recommended.
The city center is within walking distance, but also many buses are nearby.

I began my honeymoon, still ongoing, (they are in Iceland) from Dublin and I choose a hotel that I think deserves at least 4 stars. Close to the center, friendly reception, wonderful room, complimentary with the delicious chocolates, good cleaning ... no negative comments! everything beautiful

We stayed 4 nights and had a very good experience at Maldron Hotel Parnell Square. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was good with a large choice. But the best was the staff that was very helpful, they helped us with all our inquiries and were so nice.
I recommend this hotel to discover Dublin!

The staff were fantastically friendly and helpful. The only downside was the noise from other rooms lack of insulation.

Great place to stay. Dinner menu very tasty and filling. A huge selection and choice for breakfast. Closer than i thought to centre. I will be back.

Nice and clean room. It had everything we needed except for a fridge. Apart from that we had no complaints, smart and modern room and bathroom

Stayed here one night for a concert. Service was very professional. I thought i may have had to cancel last minute and my request was handled very well. I also left my headphones behind me and was able to collect them thanks to the receptionist contacting housekeeping. My only downside was the hotel room was a bit grubby. Marks on the all and hole in carpet.

Parking was non existent. Unable to even pull in and offload luggage. Self service breakfast was not up to standard.

Best Dublin hotel by far. Very modern and clean. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Walking distance from City Centre. And mosthe importantly it is reasonably priced. We stayed over after a gig at 3 Arena and it was handy for the tram. They also ordered us in pizza which was great. Highly recommended.

Hotel looks very outdated. I would've liked to know that there will be works for refurbishment done during our stay but we were only informed at check in. The works started at 8 AM which is not ideal for guests who are there for leisure as we were. We had workers drilling and hammering outside our window every morning. From my point of view this is a lack of consideration for your guests from the hotel management, the rooms affected should have been out of order for the duration of our stay or alternatively not allocated to anyone unless the hotel is completely full. Furthermore, the hotel is not the cleanest I've been it. Also, the pole of the shower curtain was all rusty. TV has only 10 channels and the quality of the image was very poor. We didn't spent a lot of time in the hotel as we were visiting Dublin but this hotel does not deserve 4 stars.

The only positive thing about our stay was the lady who checked us in who was very nice.

Very comfortable bed. Room was extremely clean. Staff could not have been more helpful and polite. Food in the restaurant was delicious and extremely good value with the early bird menu and 15% discount voucher. Breakfast was terrific with such a variety. Altogether a most enjoyable experience and one to be repeated.

As it was only for one night , i found it very pleasant and staff very professional.

Quiet pretty place) prices comparable. Good facilities. Confident stuff. But what I doesn't understand - they trying to charge fee If you cancel your booking. In addition - credit cards not required, cash or card payment. Charge deposit 50 euros and give you 15% discount card for bar. It is expensive in comparison with England but better than in Europe. Location is convenient. 5 min to main streets and all others.

3-star hotel with restaurant. Simple structure in a good location for visiting the city. It is also within walking distance of some shopping centers and about 800 meters from the temple bar. From here you can walk to all the tourist spots and it is about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport (40 by bus). The rooms are simple with private bathrooms and have the possibility of making tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast must be paid separately and costs 9. The structure needs a renovation. In the period in which we were two floors they were not fit for use and during the day it was quite noisy just for jobs.

Rooms I thought weren't to small not to big just nice , very clean and tidy , we were on the top floor so had some nice city views and was quiet enough up there, beds are very comfy as well and good big TV, bathrooms are very nice clean tidy modern etc. Staff felt new or some felt unnatural hard to explain but they done just fine . Was told there was a cocktail menu and there wasn't also maybe add drinks to room service ? . And price of food is very expensive with the 5 euro tray charge but here that's Dublin . Don't go to Dublin for a cheap weekend as it won't be . Very pleased with maldron, good location , parking just ok .

Having stayed in this hotel on a weekly basis for work for the last year. Check was nice and simple. Location was perfect to city center.

I will say the hotel staff are excellent and friendly couldn t do enough to make your stay more pleasant and never found one staff member with an attitude I ve found in pervious hotels.

Room was alway clean and bed comfortable enough

I would eat in the restaurant 2 nights a week and food was always good (limited menu perfect if your only staying 2-3 nights)

Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that wants city centre hotel

bar area is awful set up in the evening, this is a bout the design of the space rather than anything else. Preferred to go out for that reason as it was not comfortable

Front desk staff was polite. Room rate was way too high for this hotel - prices were over $400 USD per night. I d rate it at 2 stars on a good day. With the reviews and room rate, I had expected much better. We waited a while for a room, jackhammers were awful, had to switch rooms - still heard jackhammers and then had people walking just outside and sirens all night. The food was cold and staff in the restaurant were inattentive.

This hotel has just had a refurb and is very nice. Staff are helpful and they let us check in early

The hotel was clean, comfortable and within walking distance of Connell street. We found the house staff extremely helpful in every way and would like to thank them especially.The breakfasts were sumptuous, the beds very comfortable and everything worked!

This is a fabulous hotel I recently stayed as mother had hospital appointment, the staff were so friendly and breakfast was delicious.
The only downfall to this hotel is parking, no set down area to drop people off or pick up. Also area around the hotel dose not seem safe. Which is a really pity because it really is a fabulous hotel....

The stay was very smoth, housekeepping was spot on, the staff in general were very nice and took good care of us.

The hotel makes a very well-kept impression. The premises are modern and clean. The staff is extremely competent and helpful. We had a defective air conditioning in our room and after a short phone call we got a new room in a higher category without hesitation. The breakfast buffet is very rich. The bathrooms are mostly equipped with bathtub. The beds have a good sleeping comfort. Furthermore, the great location near the city center is worth mentioning. Walk for about 5 minutes to O'Connell Street, which is right in the center. Currently (as of 03.04.2019) the hotel is being renovated. The construction noise is limited only to the time of about 8-17 clock.

Not exactly the place you had in mind to spend a night, but hence the price 2 stars is ok.

Had two triple rooms which were very nice one being very spacious. Even though my room faced onto the main road it was very quiet. Reception staff were always ready to help ordering pizzas and a taxi for us. Breakfast is good value pre book the day before for 10. Plenty of choice to suit most people. Stayed for 4 nights the only draw back is your room may get cleaned late upto 9pm my parents were told when they came to clean their room at 8pm. Would stay again. Free wifi is very good.

-Room equipment for 6 persons, 2x 160cm bed. The sofa bed is only suitable for one person, but is offered for 2.
In spite of room service, beds were not made.

- On 3-fold demand for a second blanket I was brought the blanket and the separate bed linen, which I was then able to cover myself at 21:00 clock.

Booked this as it was close to the shops and bars only a 5 min walk , very comfortable room & a great nights sleep .

Although I came for business travel I enjoyed the central location of the hotel that is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The receptionists have been very friendly, the rooms pretty large and clean and the hotel internet wi-fi connection has been the fastest I ever had in a hotel. It was going up to 82 Mbps!

Great hotel. Fantastic location. Just a few minute walk to main areas within the city. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and made me feel at home.

Deficiency reported sloppy loose worn toilet seat not addressed!?!

Hotel room doors All slam shut hard, constant banging when guests enter/leave their rooms.

Aside from doors issues, peaceful sleep-in and rest not possible with noisy construction starting outside our window before daybreak and not ending till late evening hours.

Not what we expected for 3 night vacation layover!

Will not recommend until slamming doors addressed and construction completed.

Stayed recently for 3 nights. Took advantage of their very good offers when booking direct. Very comfortable room. Breakfast was varied and well presented.
Staff very helpful particularly Ryan the duty manager who sorted out a particular non hotel issue that arose. Hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to O'Connell street.
Would stay again without a doubt.

The location is pretty good. Found the room a bit hit and miss though. Good sized bathroom and great to have an iron available but it was very stuffy (even after adjusting the air conditioning to the lowest) and the beds definitely needed more pillows. A coat of paint wouldn't go amiss. And it would have been lovely to have had water available for drinking in the rooms.
Appreciated the check out time of 12pm. Staff we encountered were helpful.

Really helpful staff. Expensive but amazing breakfast available! Rooms clean, spacious, with everything you'd need. Close to the bus stops for the airport and a simple walk into the main area. Loved our stay here.

The room was well kept and cleaned daily. The hotel was in an optimal location. The daily construction going on in the hotel was a major disappointment and made it difficult to have a relaxing morning any day I was there. I don t think it s fair to fill rooms and then tell people that something like this is going on the night they arrive. Also, the TV didn t work.

Wonderful hotell, with nice bathrooms with tubs! The breakfast is also pretty good.

Most friendly and helpful staff ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel.
We were there for my friends 50th and Ryan brought complimentary wine and chocolates to our room.
I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Excellent, very clean, very friendly staff and also in Italian. Breakfast over 10 there is everything and good with staff that runs between the tables for other drinks and table preparation. Comfortable rooms ok

Service was not as expected from a reputable Hotel, staff was so unprofessional and lack of hospitality skills.

The shower did not work, but the excellent Piotr intervened twice with his tool box that he didn't even open, simply opening and closing the water several times to see that it didn't work at the end. Operational protocol for excellent troubleshooting.

STAFF HELPFUL ROOMS NICE BUT WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYONE, DUE TO A FIGHT NEXT DOOR, I HAD MY TEN YEAR OLD GRANDSON WITH ME AND I LAY AWAKE UNTIL 3AM LISTENING TO SCREAMING SHOUTING BAD LANGUAGE BANGING DOORS LIFE THREATS, I WAS NOT HAPPY, WHEN I MENTIONED IT TO THE STAFF NEXT MORNING THEY SAID THERE WAS NO REPORTS FROM THE NIGHT PORTER,THEY LOOKED AT ME AS IF I WAS MAKING THE WHOLE THING UP.

Stayed for 6 days/7nights, the room was clean and comfortable. Food was very good, wide choice at breakfast from full Irish to slimmer or gluten free available. Staff were welcoming and friendly, we had a problem first night and this was sorted out quickly and efficiently. This was our second stay and this stay was overall 10/10, next time in Dublin will certainly book a room again. Only downside was the bed was a little hard but that is personal choice, didn't affect our stay and we had several good nights sleep. Hotel is convenient for all the main Dublin attractions, 10 minutes walk to O'Connell Street and the public transport system. On site parking was not so good, limited spaces and a tight entrance for larger cars, but plenty of on street parking available.

Paid 300 euros for one night in what is a very mediocre hotel. Went for an after noon nap but impossible due to workmen in the floor above and was awoke next morning at 0830 to the same din. When management was confronted they basicallly said hard luck check out it you don t like it. Never will I stay there again.

So far so good. The breakfast is fabulous. A wide variety. Very friendly staff.

Easy to find, short walk from the temple bar area and pleasant rooms

Stayed three nights at Maldron Hotel Parnell Square and found that the facilities and the staff meet all my expectations. Well situated near the centre, nice breakfast and well assorted bar. Cleaning was excellent and the staff friendly and competent. Absolutely recommendable

Very pleasant - from being able to check in early on the day of arrival, to the hotel looking after our luggage on the day of departure. Reception staff were helpful and polite, the rooms are clean, modern, comfortable and have all you need from a hotel room. Breakfast was excellent too. And so close to the centre of Dublin. Very enjoyable

Good hotel but weird to see many people smoking with pyjamas outside the hotel.
