Wide range of goods, but warm inside. Bit uncomfortable to shop in.

Generally I've had a good experience, until today. Time of opening is advertised as 08:00 however when I arrived that wasn't the case. Had to leave or wait an hour

Not very helpful at all. I wanted to buy an iron combo, which one of the combo items was out of stock. I spoke to about 3 employees, I wanted to know if I can have a rain check on the items but they weren't sure. I'm not sure if they have a clue about what's happening in their store. They were super unprofessional. a suggestion would be to let employees rotate in different departments so they'll know how to help a customer as well. Words I heard a lot today was 'i don't know' and 'I'm not sure'.

Has basically everything in one store, from food to electronics to stationery to tools and much more. It's also the best place to buy things in bulk for a better price

Absolute shocking service from floor staff to Managment.

Received a birthday voucher which expired 30/6 and had to buy some hardware on the 03/07, so I'm 3 says late for the voucher, asked customer service of I could still use it, I mean it's only 3 says expired; and they wouldn't give it to me,

In comparison with the other Makro's it is a bit disappointing

Favourite bulk buying stock. Great prices and good range. Early morning shopping is good. Weekends a bit crazy. Good range of groceries, veggies and all rounder good shopping.

It's a great place to shop everything under one roof but they a bit pricey but it is nice to shop thre.

I always shop at Marko because it has everything I need. There's always specials in their shop. I save a lot when buying in bulk.

Huge store which sells just about everything.They usually have really good bargains on a regular basis. Ample parking with carguards present

The shop is a bit confusing and the staff aren't all well versed on the stock or Pricing. I was able to find one item there that I wanted. The queue went rather fast until I needed a supervisor. They seemed to be busy even though they on the floor

Super friendly and helpful staff. Wesley in the refrigerator department went out of his way to help us. It is greatly appreciated!

Ques are rediculous and poor laptop selection ...no new models

Hi found Angelo Roman extremely helpful & willing to assist. Explained that TV special offers only start tomorrow Wednesday at the store . I thought it was today. Even though I went all the way from Sea Point for nothing, he was very polite and amenable.

They have good things for food prices... just the ques are way 2 long

Not too good didnt have a variety of microwaves. But had good help from a Hisense rep who assured me that they would be receiving more later in the month.

Fairly good experience, good deals and fairly clean for how busy it is. Pity about their "printing errors" on their pamphlets giving you the wrong "deals" so when you get there you paying up to double what you expected to

What a megastore! Never been to another makro but this place sells everything. You can even find bathers here lol. Good prices, make sure to get a makro card before you proceed to checkout as you need this to make purchases. You can buy in bulk here too which is great. Would really recommend this place chaps.

I bought a phone for my landline here. Gentleman working that section was so good patient and willing to assist me. I really appreciate it. Great Service

It's rediculous to stand in line to pay and then stand in a line again to have the security check again, cashier's and security are very unfriendly and extremely slow, would rather have conversations with the other cashier's than help the customers.

Cashier must check adhere too 5 items rule at pay point's
