Very clean facilities like sauna, steambath and jacuzzi at optimal conditions, the staff is very helpful Abdul Qader is knowledgeable. I like the steambath with a romantic scents! And all my Fairmont club sports attire is ready according to my size

Although the temperature of the air conditioning was not easily changed and the elevators complex was kinda time consuming but the level is still superior

Room service was great so as the variety of the food at the breakfast

The best thing about this hotel is that you get free parking and it is parked in the same tower not in a different location were others do.

Hotel is super comfortable super clean , it s just a bit getting old which would require a modernization for room furniture but they have one big issue is the under ground valet parking which is always full and I had to park outside paying huge lumbsum just because they simply told me we were out of parking slot and can t serve you even with valet service , was disappointing since I was only there for one night doing Umrah

front desk very pleasant and helpful..house keepers were polite and supportive..and the best part over all all your chefs ..what a great Egyptian genuis chefs..also mr.ashraf the meter who has done a great job of serving us every time..i will back for omra in February 2020 inshaallah .

just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service at the restaurant on floor M2 and in particular the service I received from the manager Sami Hussain. We were upgraded to the restaurant on floor 29 but having tried that restaurant I did not feel I received the same quality of service, although it was good it did not match the excellence of the restaurant on M2. The restaurant manager Sami Hussain was very accommodating for which we were very grateful and felt it required a mention. It s great to see such a well organised team led by an excellent manager.

It was pleasant experience. The hotel & restaurant both are marvellous.

In room services were not good. You have to keep calling and reminding the staff. Very dirty room carpets which actually led me and family get sick. Breakfast was very good though.

The Hotel was super clean, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff.

The begining of our stay was ruined by my bad experience with room service....
The next day the Room Service manager tried his best to rectify the errors of his staff.
On the other hand we had excelent service rendered by the team of servers in the Restaurant on the 29 th floor under the supervision of Kasi was attentif to our needs and professional.

Aldira restaurant staff and place is really good. The food is perfect, the service was really good. you can see city of mecca from top.

Elegant !!! Super clean rooms. Ambiance and lightings are too good.

Though it looks very much near to the Haram Masjid, you need to walk a lot to reach the lift and use another lift to the rooms.

Breakfast buffet is complimentary but just average when compared to same class hotels.

Love it so much I hope I will visit in January insha Allah. If Allah want I will go again in the mount.

Sameer Al Dira Restaurant: Very excellent breakfast. Delicious foods and good variety. The tartar sauce, omelette and the coffee are among the best.

They need reception staff or staff who understand english.. its look like this hotel is only for arabic speaking people.. and they listen very late

ALDIRA Restaurant setup is one of the best have visited, the array of cuisine is superb

Perfect location and amazing view. We booked two suites one 2 bedroom suite and other 1 bedroom suite as Fairmount Gold.
Arrival was kind of chaotic because they bell boys at the entrance were confused and unwilling to cater new guests. We required wheel chairs for the elderly and it took them forever to get us those. Then the check-in for Gold class was at 28th floor so that was very confusing as well.
Once we got to to room it was smooth. Gold members have 24 hours butler service which is good. Room service could use some more training to be 5-Star rated. The breakfast and snacks at the lounge at 28th floor are very good.
Elevators could have better signage.
Overall great stay. Very beautiful hotel, staff is warm and welcoming and location and view from the suites is amazing.

This hotel is well located in proximity to the Grand mosque (Haram) of Makka and the views from the breakfast locations are excellent.Very convenient for families because it's very close although the change of lifts from lobby to the rooms bother you at times. I was also checked in earlier than the given time

We had our breakfast in the Saudi and Lebanese restaurant. We felt as VIP guests. The staff was excellent under the professional management of Kazi. Really a wonderful experience. Best cup of coffee with a spectacular view.

Very busy lifts good location good service but compared too other hotels that we have looked at when we got hear over all its good compared to Mecca don't expect it to be like uae fairmount
