If your going to go to somewhere like Niagra falls then you need to go all out and do the full tour and experience. The boat ride was amazing. There was no que we literally walked straight on. Plenty of room. We stood up on deck so got absolutely soaked but you can stand below deck which may be a little dryer. Definitely worth the $$ You also get access to the observation deck which has unreal views. There staff all along the way were so pleasant.

Must to go in Niagara Falls. Another activity is Cave of Winds. For the Maid of the Mist, you can enjoy all falls on boat without bringing your passport or Canada visa. The whole trip takes 20 minutes.

Good, but too short. It should be at least 3 hours.

Worth the wait, worth the wait... Don't miss it. Try to get near the edge of the boat and hold on to the rails. Gopro or IP68 smartphone recommended. Don't forget to just feel and listen to the water. Don't forget to smile when you are completely in the mist

Jus the best way to experience the power of Niagara.. period

Be prepared to get wet. The majesty of the falls are best experienced up close.

Going down is a pain coming back is nightmare I mean why cant we have rules for kids and elderly, compared to Canada still not impressed by the administration.... Niagara is beautiful as ever

We did the Hornblower tour in the middle of a storm and it was still amazing. You could see both the Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls and it really does put you in a sense of awe. A stunningly beautiful area and well worth the visit!

When you come to the Great Falls to play, you must make this cruise. It must be worthwhile.

One of my favourites at Niagara Falls to experience it. This time took my parents here and they enjoyed it thoroughly... This was my 3rd visit and I always do maid of mist when i come here

The falls. The lines are long, they need to run two ferries instead of one but worth the wait

Haven't been on the Maid of the Mist in a long time. The Observation Deck was closed at the time. Even with running at lower capacity, waits were not bad.

One thing I can say is photos does not do it justice. In person is the way to see things.

The views are fantastic but the park management needs a better way to manage the huge crowds. Expect shoulder-to-shoulder waiting for at least a couple hours.

Life time must visit the world famous water falls and the ferry ride is called Maid of the mist

An experience of a life time. If you are in Niagara falls don't miss this boat tour and if you can make sure you are on the upper deck of the boat for maximum experience. The cool breeze and droplets of water that will make the experience even better. Try to visit the little place next to the tour so you can climb the rocks and stand next to the falls. There will be an artificial rainbow due to the sun rays hitting down the water falls.

Always a fun. Even my 7.5 month young one enjoyed the mist sprayed on him by the falls.

If you are at all concerned about social distancing, AVOID THIS ATTRACTION. It is a fantastic ride into the falls, but you will be surrounded by people at all times. They'll pack ten people into each elevator down to the loading platform then from there everybody seems to run up to the top deck of the boat. To avoid crowds, try the front of the boat on the bottom deck. Again, the ride is great and you will get soaked. Hopefully wet socks are all you'll come away with given the complete disregard for crowd control.

Beatifull experience, living in the usa is something that you dont want to miss is a trip to remember you entire life.

This was an absolute blast. Get there early or the lines get really long.

Watching the power of the Falls brought great inner joy to me! It reminded me of how the Ohio State Buckeyes are going to do the same thing to Penn State this year (2019) crashing down on top of them!! Haha O-H!!!

They are very efficient at getting people through the lines. Always a great experience.

Great view of the falls! Must see. Get in line early in the am so you won't have to wait long. The line gets really long. You don't see the line by the river either so plan accordingly.

Absolutely worth the trips and cost - and that is from a local LOL The view from the bottom of the falls looking up is unforgettable. A great cool place to be if it's hot out!

There was a long wait but the tour was very nice once you got on the boat.

Nice! Short trip, 20min, to see the falls up close. They give you a poncho so I didn't get too wet, my feet did though, wear sandals

The staff was friendly. The whole tour was only about 20min but was definitely worth it.

A must in Niagara Falls. Amazing experience especially for the kids. There could be long lines though, so you will meed some patience but it is worth it.

Although the instructions about social distancing and mask wearing are very clear, but some visitors did not really stick to the instructions. So, you may need to keep this in consideration.

You will get wet! Not as much as the Cave, but be prepared.

Experience the falls up close. This was my 3rd times I have rode this boat over the years. Good experience for the kids, which reminds me when I first rode the boat years ago. Now I get to experience as a dad, and enjoying it with my own kids.

Great attraction to do while in niagra! The falls were so beautiful and the sound just amazing! Had a great time viewing the falls from maid of the mist!

A must do activity at Niagara falls. Only on this boat do we get a complete sense of the force of this great falls

Activity very pleasant, providing a nice "waxed" for us it was pink. Very calm end of October around 9am

Fun * Exciting * Wet. Shoes*Socks*Hair and Face will get very wet even with the included poncho. A hat helps.

Definitely a must do in Niagara Falls. Very reasonable in prices.

Prepair to get wet! The experience is amazing! The staff is very nice and diverse. A very pleasent place to experience a pleasent national treasure! Oh, and you will for a short time be in Canadian waters

Waited in line for about an hour and half, which was to be expected considering it is Saturday. They give you a poncho which is great, totally oversized and covers you basically from head to toe, or at least it did me. Definitely worth the wait and the price.

Wet and wild. You will get soaked. Lots of fun. Good hot day event.

Takes you to the horseshoe falls. Wish they could go little more further. But it was amazing. To see the falls and feel the mist. It creates a lots of plastic waste. Something needs to be done about that.

Everything was went well till we completed the ride. All of sudden the queue was piled up because of the mechanical failure in the lift. It was too hot the management doesn't even provide water to drink and not stopped operating the ferry, kids and elders were suffered a lot. The management is money minded doesn't care about the people it keeps operating the ferry.

Opened to public from today, 27th April for this summer. Had a wonderful ride / view. Memorable experience.

I could have given 10 stars provided they could stay there for 6 hour. Its one of kind exp to go almost underneath the falls and for few moments everything is water and nothing else. You cant complete your visit without this tour. Need to ask canadian theh get same exp as they shout too much from side.

Loads of fun. This is a great addition to the many over looks and views of the falls. You can appreciate the mass scale of the falls when you are at the bottom and looking up.
