Great Park. Get the Discovery pass and enjoy everything.

Well worth the full admission. A ticket gives you access to the observation tower with great views and then the boat ride was amazing. Yes, you will get wet but if you have a poncho, it will be a minimal amount. Mostly mist.

Tip: Wear sunglasses. It allows you to see the falls through the misty part that most people will close their eyes for since the boat gets close.

Very bad, you will not find any drinks on 90 degrees standing outside for 2 hours in line

A short sail to the falls and it's underbelly. But worth every penny.
Downside: Long line ups and you will get wet.
Upside: You will get wet- if it's a humid summer day you should be dry by the time you dock land again.

Just the experience of being up close and personal to the falls was amazing, we felt as if we were right in them and with the mist on a hot day it was incredible also the cave of the winds is a must do I stood under there for a good 20 minutes and just let the water fall all over me like a shower it was exhilarating to say the least

Super fun. Get by a railing even downstairs for the best view.

One of the best experience of my life.
I buy a tour with a 5 things to do arround the Niagara Falls this tour was awesome.
You get in the boat after a routine control, they gave you a raincoat ( which is nothing trust me, especially if you stay at the second level in the boat).
First you see the American fall and then you get almost under the fall, amazing feeling, you get all wet but it's just awesome to feel the power of the water and you can't see anything.
Get this tour trust me it will worth all the money

Long waits during long weekends. Only 4 elevators running, so long queues. Otherwise the tour itself is definitely worth taking in Niagara Falls.

First time going and it was a great experience that I will for sure be doing again. You get upclose to the falls and its an amazing view.

Short but sweet. Only 15 minutes on the boat with only having to wait on one boat before ours GREAT TIME!

Find an alternative way for transporting people down to the boat and up. Using 4 elevators for thousands of people simply doesn't work.

The boat ride was awesome.. unfortunately, it was a little cloudy so we didn't get to see the rainbows.. my little son was looking forward to it. We all got soaked.. it was fun although my children got a little scared. It reminds us how tiny we are in this world.. looks like you are surrounded by water.. great experience even though it was my third time...

Magnificent boat trip that will take you into the foothills of the Niagara Falls, and you will feel that you are bathing thanks to the rain of water that splashes when the waterfall breaks. With the entrance of the boat you are given the raincoat to protect yourself from the water.

Brought my daughter here for her birthday, We are from out of state and have never been. We drove 11 and a half hours. We got there as soon as the park opened and tried to ride the maid of the mist and the line was so long that instead of having an actual line they made people congregate on the grass is masses and the gate keepers just randomly picked who was allowed to get in line to ride the boat. We stood there for hours and never got picked. Needless to say my daughters birthday is ruined and we will never return. Worst experience ever.

Absolutely amazing tour, 15-20 minutes on the boat to the base of the falls! I loved it!

Definitely worth it even though this is a typical tourist activity. The boats take you very close to all 3 waterfalls that make up Niagara Falls and it's not possible to get a better view.

Its was a very great experience, it was 36 yrs ago I was here,this time I was with my 35yr old son on 1 of our motorcycle trips.

Our tour guide Brendan was very knowledgeable and very informative. He was easy going and seemed to enjoy his job. We had a wonderful time and saw every aspect of the falls that was possible for us. Thank you Brendan!

It was a wonderful experience, but the tour went so fast and the boat was so full that it seemed like you had to take another trip to enjoy, the boat is very close to the falls and it's a great sight to see.

Night tour was definitely worth it. An extra 10 bucks or something but twice the time on the boat and you get to see the falls all lit up at night and the fireworks from the bottom. Also less crowded at night, at least for us which made the experience more enjoyable.

Great price for a spectacular experience. DEFINITELY DO the Maid of the Mist if you're in the Niagara Falls area.

The best. They have 2 decks. Upper deck is always full. Go to the below one you get to see the same view but without the crowd !

Got a beautiful view and good pictures but won't ever do it again. Not advisable for the elderly. Waited in line 3 hours (2 hours to get down and an 1 hour to get back up) for a 20 minute ride. People with strollers and their whole family go up the wheelchair elevator, then they cut in front of you and then proceed to run over your feet in line with said stroller. 0 staff involvement. Not once did I see an actual person that was disabled actually use the elevator. People push you the entire way to the elevator you go down 15 stories to see the boat. then you wait in line again. People push you to get on the boat and staff say nothing even though you line up.

A must do if you visit Niagara Falls. Lines move quickly and affordable.

This was my first ever trip to Niagara Falls. The Maid of the Mist made me appreciate just how awesome this powerful natural feature truly is. I feel a trip aboard the Maid of the Mist is a must for first time visitors and an experience I will gladly repeat next time I return.

Let me start by saying what an amazing vista to be seen here. Getting on the maid of the mist though is a nightmare. Be sure to come very early or very late because you will regret doing it otherwise.

There was lots of shoving and touching once you get your ticket. This is because they put about 200 people in a cattle pen and every person for themselves pushing forward. After some grouping you finally form a semi-line thing, and then are put on a elevator down to the bottom.

After getting to the bottom it is about the same as the top, so be mentally prepared. Get on the boat and find a spot closet to the side of the boat quickly. There you will see the great wonders of the horseshoe. It is amazing but please note the boat does go around in a circle, so you will see all of the falls at any point on the boat. Lastly getting to the top was just as traumatizing as getting to the bottom. Best of luck!

Very move experience getting wet so close to the falls.

The maid of the mist tour is an amazing experience. I loved every single second of it. The whole atmosphere was almost magical and i was in awe of the magnitude of the falls themselves. Everything was reasonably priced and it was very easy to get to!

Awesome experience. I didn't think it would take us that close to the Horseshoe Falls due to COVID-19 restrictions, but it did and it was intense. You have to wear a mask the entire time. I didn't have a problem with the water, but my gf had trouble breathing thru her drenched facemask. Still we both found it to be great and something we won't forget. Best to try and get to the bow of the boat.

It was amazing. Had a lot fun. My 1st trip to the falls.

It's a really nice place I suggest that you bring lots of water if you are coming in the summer because, we did see a lot of people faint today due to dehydration, and also be prepared to stand in lines from 1 - 3 hours at a time but over all nice places to see

Excellent concept and great close up views. Disappointed with the crowd numbers as views and photos are difficult. They should reduce the intake by about 25% to give more room for viewing.

Go once for sure. It was nice, make sure you do cave of the winds first because they give you water sandals. The sandals came in handy for the adventure.
