The environment is great. The people are extremely welcoming. The cupcakes and cakes are from heaven.

I love the show and Jo's style, what a refreshing down to earth couple

This was our final stop on our Waco visit. We visited the market, the Seed & Feed and the bakery. It s all very cramped and very hot - but they do a great job of trying to make it a great experience. They gave out free water when we arrived (they did this as Magnolia Table too). Jo s mom was there and directed traffic to keep visitors under a tent and out of the sun while waiting to get inside the bakery. Overall, it s a great experience and is very family friendly. Just be prepared to be there for a while (if you go during peek times) and know that it s hot and cramped in the stores.

Love! Love! Love! Beautiful! Loved the open spaces with picnic spots and food trucks. Open area with toys for kids and families. Silos amazing sparkling with Christmas lights. Prices in the store a little too high for my budget, but did walk out extremely happy with a shirt. Staff everywhere was amazing. Coming from Wisconsin this was my favorite stop as we traveled acrosse Texas doing our touristy thing!! Was exciting to see in person, what i watched being built on the show!

Busy, and if you are into overpriced fake flowers and stuff that looks old, you would be in heaven.

If you enjoy large crowds and waiting in lines, this is the place for you. Enjoyed the food trucks there.

Beautiful items for sale and family friendly. Much smaller than expected and very pricey.

Kind of overhyped. I like the show, but you are buying the Chip and Joanna name so everything is way overpriced. Food at the food trucks was amazing though!!

We came a little before 730 so we could avoid a long line at the bakery. Totally worth it! Easy in and out and got some really great pics

Bravo Chip and Joanna! Our family came all the way from Ohio to see your empire. We could not believe how busy it was at 11AM on a Tuesday, but we had a great time visiting the Market. Your staff was gracious and helpful! The field across Jackson Ave was very convenient for parking. The grassy area out back with kids' activities is a really nice addition. We look forward to coming back to see your progress. Keep up the great work!

Food: Food truck options are good, but a little pricey. Cupcakes are totally worth the higher price.
Overall Suggestion: This place is less crowded during weekdays.

A fun outing with unique things and lots of food trucks

Great welcoming place! Had an unexpected run in with Chip, who gave us a golf cart ride from the parking lot to the store; just as nice in person! The new cupcakes were delicious!!

It's everything I thought it would be. It a real life Pinterest. My wife loved it, but as a man, there isn't much for us. It's incredibly clean and inviting though. 10/10 men would be forced to go back.

Be prepared to wait, Lines for everything. Cool to look around. But don't be in a hurry and don't go on the weekend.

We came from central Illinois! We have Family in Sherman , Tx.... We enjoyed our visit , food & the market ! Coffee was good too ... My Granddaughter loved playing soccer! Well worth the trip ! Watch fixer upper every Tuesday !

Weekend get away, Market was a great visit for our Easter weekend.

I love everything they do and they personality is awesome thank you so much HGTV for having them on your show and the reason that I move to Waco tx is because of everything they do and I do not get tired of watching there show over and over again and I hope to meet them one day.. After visiting the market I can die happy. Greatest place to go if your in the Waco area. It's beautiful and they have so much cool stuff!

Great place lots of fun staff was tremwndous, worth the trip

Way too crowded! Also, I was hoping for more decor and less self promoting products. Herded like cattle through the place and couldn't really take time to look at anything. Thirty-five minute wait for the bathroom was kind of ridiculous too. Didn't even make it into the bakery because it had a two hours wait in line. Not a pleasant adventure.

Thus is the most shop spot. Don't forget to grab a bit from one of the food trucks.

Very well set up and organized. Gorgeous grounds, delicious baked goods and we loved the food trucks! Photo ops every where you turn around - had a great time!
The merchandise in the store is a bit pricey, but it's nice stuff.
I appreciated the easy access to clean restrooms!

We very much enjoyed our trip and will come back in the future!

They have an Alabama Sweet Tea company food truck...nice touch of home.

Could NOT leave TX without a visit to Magnolia Market! Gathered some souveniers for the family and friends in Oregon...and maybe for myself! Fun place. Thought I'd find more original and unique items rather than mass produced. A little on the pricey side but a MUST visit nonetheless.

We like going here because it's a great place for kids to play and they have a lot of food vendors.

Wow, what an experience to be in Waco where it all started for Chip and Jo! The store is lovely and there are lots of helpers to find you what you need. They are also friendly and polite. Chip and Jo how many fans!

Just moved here a month ago and this is adorable. Family friendly with good food. Shops are pricey, defiantly tourist driven. But a great place to just hang out for a while.

Wish we could have seen Chip and Jo. But we did buy one of their books.

I'm sure the actual store is great and I know my wife would love to visit but don't expect the online experience to be as enjoyable. When I placed my order I was sent an email that it would take 7-10 days to simply SHIP the order not receive it. I am now on day 9 and they haven't even put the items in the box (yeah, I know 7-10 days, sorry, I'm impatient). I contacted customer service to try and upgrade to a faster shipping but would have to cancel and re-order. My advice is if you're going to be an online retailer, 7-10 days to put something in a box is kind of ridiculous.

Oh my gosh. This was both an amazing and frustrating experience. I loved the place but there was more wanted to see but did not want to stand in line for an hour for the bakery. There was a line for the bakery and the bakery cart so I never got to try the amazing food. We loved the set up and getting to see the products. We especially loved the garden area. The lines for the womens bathroom were over 30 mins as well. We had a good time and enjoyed the music and the festival. We hope to come back when it is not so busy. It is truly a beautiful place. We cannot wait to get back.

Drove my wife down to Waco from Iowa just to go shopping here for her birthday. She loved it! Very clean once an item is taken someone quickly replaced it on the shelf so it was always fully stocked. Beautiful landscape. Bakery was delicious as was the food truck we ate at. Only downside was there was only 3 food trucks out of 8 or so(didn't count) that were actually open and one was just coffee. Other than that it was a wonderful experience!

Chip and Joanna did a great job! Plenty of shopping, nice area in the back for the kids, food trucks, and a bakery with some tasty cupcakes. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the Waco area. Tip - find street parking rather pay $10.00 to park in one of the parking lots.

Love this couple, love their work, love the show. As a decorator, I haven't been so inspired in years.

Everything I expected it to be. It has a great vibe especially the play area. The bakery was terrific. Wish there had been more local options on the store or at least some larger sized items. Everyone was so nice.

We own a trucking company so we travel all over the country, we're from Frankfort Kentucky. What a wonderful place to stop and relax and shop. We love Chip and Joanna Gaines, you guys rock!

Wow! So much bigger than I imagined. Like a little town. Lots of picture opportunities. Prices were as expected for a tourist location. Great vibe! Glad we made this part of our Texas trip
