The guides were nice and on time. Unfortunately it rained but they were there to explain us everything in english, but they also speak spanish and french from what I heard. Had a really great time at Disneyland Paris, I recommend

Booked "Skip the Line" tour of Versailles through Viator. The information we received about where to catch the bus was inconsistent (two different addresses were given for the Opera pick up on our tickets--11 Avenue Auber or 11 Avenue de l'Opera). We finally figured out which was correct (Avenue Auber). It was cold and raining and we were with two children, so we waited in a cafe with a view of the bus stop--and kept our eyes on the bus stop--until five minutes before the time for pick up. When we went to the bus stop, no bus came. As it turns out, the Magic Ways bus cannot come to the public bus stop. A tour guide had walked over to the bus stop and called for guests. She had no sign (we were watching for her) and she told me that she left at 10:17--which was 13 minutes early. So by the time we got to the stop, the bus was gone. We called but it was too late. They refused to refund our money. Day was COMPLETELY ruined, as we went to Versailles, paid again, and waited in a two-hour line in the rain!

Booked to be picked up at Chatelet for Disneyland at 8.45. The third bus finally arrived at 9.45 and we made Disneyland at 10.30 after going through checks finally made it inside the gates at 11.00 so we missed one hour. This didnt give us time to see everything as Disneyland shut at 7.30. The tickets we purchased showed that the bus would leave at 8.30 to come home. We were advised on the bus that we needed to be back by 7.45 to leave by 8pm. After getting slightly lost at night in the busy crowds we arrived to the bus at 8.08pm and the buses were gone. We then had to get a taxi at a cost of 80 euro. Apparently it is ok for the bus to be one hour late we we were 8 mins late. The tickets we purchased should have had correct time. Poor!!!!!

I conjure you not to use this company. We went to her Disneyland. There we were late more than an hour, tk. the wheel broke through. But it's kind of okay, anything can happen. But on the way back, these reptiles forced all 18 people to wait an hour without explaining the reasons. Total greatly spoiled the impression of a wonderful park. It's better to take the subway, seriously!

Awful experience went to pick up tickets, they gave us a voucher and told us to meet at Eiffel Tower the morning of event. Got to Eiffel Tower early and no bus anywhere in sight. Spent a 103 euro to uber to Disneyland get to the gates, and they dont have tickets for us. I call Magic ways and they said bus had the tickets. So I had to spend another 321 euros for new tickets which were already bought and paid for. And I'll have to spend another 100 Euros to uber back. Worse experience ever.. actually needs zero stars.

Half hour late with no response yet after a day with bus and big bus.

A month later and a lot of communication with euroDisney. They did not pick us up after all. we had to take a taxi back to our Disney Village. Yes we could get our money back for the taxi. But a reason why we were left there and why staff reacted lousy no explanation. You would suspect that from such an organization where customer delight is essential they would handle this differently. Tip: bring extra money for the taxi back to your place.

Terrible experience and wish we hadn t booked with them. The bus to Versailles was almost a half hour late and no explanation offered. Then spent over an hour on the bus with no air conditioning on a sunny day with 24C heat. This was despite repeated requests by multiple passengers to turn the air on. The tour guide was completely unresponsive and offered no explanations or apologies for anything that happened. I d give 0 stars if I could. Don t book this company unless you want your day ruined.

I was not aware that this service was a part of Disneyland Paris which makes my horrible experience even more shocking!! Especially since I ve heard Disney provides a state of the art Customer service training which has CS industry envy world wide.

Not enough room for me to explain my terrible experience with Magic Ways tour to Palace Versailles in Paris on Aug 11. Poor customer service, disorganized and rude tour guide. Must have been having a bad day because the level of unprovoked attitude I got was simply uncalled for. Their mistakes from start of my tour by giving away my paid seats on the bus to Versailles to giving away our paid entrance tickets and blaming me for not collecting them at the gate + publicly arguing with me about it causing a scene.

We booked a half-day trip with this company to Versailles with guaranteed skip-the-line tickets. The bus showed up to pick us up on time; however, they overbooked the tour so we had to ride in an overflow van. Once we arrived at Versailles we waited for nearly two hours outside with no explanation...in the pouring rain and cold weather...definitely do not recommend booking a tour through this group.

A bus where the employee who works for Disney gives the information only in English and Spanish, I thought I was in France?
It's not strong !!! In addition, for the return, the driver listens to a French radio with topics very inappropriate for children returning from Disneyland (it was sexual).

i would give them O stars if i could, tried to have a day in paris from Disneyland paris but the bus didnt turn up or if it did turn up it turned up in an unmarked bus away from the front of the hotel, emailed the company for a refund which they refused saying they did turn up when they clearly didnt look very hard for the customers on there list. 2 families waiting for there bus to arrive.
Dont use... the company is a con. They are happy to take your money and not provide the service.
I say again do not use.

On the way back, the driver left me and my family on the ground for 10 seconds. I got lost because at night I get disoriented and there is no miserable indication. In front of me it started and despite my instructions not to start. He told me no and left. A scoundrel. I recommend traveling in RER and not giving a euro to win these. They also leave at eight back with what you miss the light show. Fatal fatal fatal

I wish I could give it less than one star. I booked the Versailles/Paris tour from the Sequoia Lodge concierge desk at Disneyland Paris. It isn t actually a Disney company, I don t think, but it was positively awful. The van to Versailles almost broke down on the way to the palace. Once we got there, the tickets were wrong and they had to get us new tickets. The brochure mentions free tickets to the musical fountain, but the guide who dropped us off didn t say anything to us about it. Then a new guide met us after the Versailles portion. A new bus driver arrived 15 min late, while we waited in the rain. The driver didn t know where to drop us off, got lost along the way, then dropped us off in the wrong location. We didn t know where we were supposed to be and there was no one there to meet us with our river boat tour. I called Magic Ways but no one picked up. Then I called the hotel. I finally got a call back from a woman who said we should just enjoy the moment . She said we should walk around Paris for half an hour, but didn t have an answer when I asked how we would meet the bus. Everyone I spoke to was soooo rude! They told us we could go on the boat tour but it was already too late. We had to meet the bus in 5 minutes. She said I have to hang up with you because I have to book your bus back to the hotel . The guide we eventually found wouldn t let me use his phone to call the company because his battery was dying. It was a huge disaster! I asked for a refund but they said that I had to email Disney. It wasn t Disney s fault, though. I m not saying it is always like this, but be careful. Ask lots of questions and make sure you are given all the instructions. It was an awful experience and we were very upset.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I booked their Disneyland Paris Express for Dec 5 2019. Came to the designated location on time and the bus never turned up! I waited patiently in the cold for almost half an hour with my toddler before returning to our hotel. I called them straight away and was told that apparently the bus could've been any color and without a clear sign Disneyland Paris Express on it (as shown on reservation page)! It's a very busy intersection, with lots of buses passing every minute so to spot easily another white bus is just not possible. After reading other reviews I wouldn't be surprised if the bus never came in the first place. The company refused to issue a refund for their failed service. I wish them to go out of business as soon as possible.

Terrible service and just a bad experience as a whole. We were booked for an excursion to The palace at Versailles. The tour guide was un-informative and his language skills in English were very poor. The pick up time was on time. However, Once on the bus, our tour guide did not give us any insights of the experience or what to expect. Once we arrived at the palace, our tour guide had no accountability or idea of how to get our group inside.After about a 20 min wait time, we entered the palace and were pretty basically on our own. After we exited the palace, we arrived at the meeting point at 3:35pm. We were told that two buses would arrive to pick us up to take us back to the city, to two different locations. The first bus which was not our bus arrived and picked up most of the group up to head to the opera station. We were waiting for the Champ Elysees bus as we were told. We are still waiting....... Eventually we figured out no bus was coming and had to take a train back to the city. We called the company and when they responded with no explanation for leaving us, they suggested to take the train back. People like this should stay out of business. Deplorable customer service and a nightmarish experience!!!! It ruined our entire afternoon plans as we got back very late to the city. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! An O star category should be invented for this business!!!!!!! Hope this post steers people away!!!!!!

If I could I'd give it 0. The bus was on time. The information about the trip was very poor. We had skip the line tickets, but still had to wait approximately 30 min before we got inside. Very poor organization and explanation where to go what to see. And the last point is we were 5 min late to the meeting point and got left out, no one was waiting. We simply had to take Uber to get back to the hotel. Tried to reach to the customer service , no answer ever. Very disappointed.
