Truckers be super carefull when coming here. You better wake up at 5 and make a check in or you will end up 2-3 days waiting.. they unload only 8 trucks a day and they have only one dock. Completely unresponsive and disorganized. I ended up waiting Sat, Sun (closed), monday and tuesday, cause no one tells you any instruction.

The reception area was comfortable and welcoming. Receptionist was able to answer my question very quickly and easily.
they should really check the attitude on one of their employee named Marco at the receiving department ,this is guy is ridiculous ,absolutely unprofessional and rude should not be working with people .

Another company that treats truck drivers like garbage. Only one dock for unloading. Appointment is just a formality they will not respect. I'm going to make a habit of checking the reviews of companies before I get the load. This one is should be avoided at all cost

i have contacted this company twice, once via email and once via the contact form on their website, its been weeks since the first contact and a few business days since the second, still not a word back. also one of the email addresses on the website kicks back an error that its a bad email address. are they still in business?

Truckers stay away! They don't respect appointment, you stay 2 TWO days for unloading. If you complain they call cops and slender on you. Stay away or waste time money, have problems

with covid it is a no touch no talk procedure. If you have large paper rolls it's best to stay parked on 57th street and not turn onto lima. park, walk to door 8 near the south end. as you see the entry door to walk into, take notice of the digital sign, go in grab a number (like at the DMV) don't bother flipping the (I am here) light switch yet (no one will come), check your number against the sign and wait your turn to back into door, and then flip the switch letting them know that you there. Be mindful that the number could be off because other drivers didn't pick a number or drove off. as an example my number was 622 but the sign showed 620 and I backed in after not seeing anybody else I.e. 621.. they also won't sign bols just leave there copy in the back. You might see a bald yard guy, he is very helpful if you have any questions. the one big negative is slowness. I have been here from 930 and it's now 1245 and they haven't started on me yet. there appears to be street parking if you come early or run out of hours. kind of an odd place.

Delivering roll stock go to south dock door 8. Signs don't say that, but that's procedure. Fairly easy dock, once it's your turn. Might take a while, they seem to be short handed or over worked
Its a business... Its my job. Unless you need ten thousand boxes, it's probably not a place you will ever go.
