ArcDLA Inc. is an average company. Their website, arcdla.com, is decent but could use some improvement. The overall experience was neither great nor terrible. It was just average.

I highly recommend San Azadi. He did an outstanding job with the design and drawings for the remodeling of our home. We had some architectural challenges and he was able to provide very satisfactory solutions. His professionalism was always at its best, he liaised directly and helped us navigate the City of Beverly Hills planning departments, and get all the permits needed (some even over the counter).
We had some changes of scope and he was reasonable, responsive and efficient.
We also asked him to liaise with our structural engineer and our contractor, sometimes on challenging matters, and he always handled them with courtesy, professionalism and efficacy.
I was very pleased with his services and would definitely use him again. It was a pleasure working with him, from the beginning to the end.

We hired Sam and ArcDLA to plan a complete new plan for an old Spanish house we purchased. We completely gutted the house to the studs and built a new house.
Working with Sam was a fantastic experience. He is a true professional, with attention to details and a very smart way of planning spaces. Sam also helped a lot with dealing with the city, which made many difficult meetings into easy ones, and most importantly, helped shorten the process by months, saving us tremendous amounts of money.
He was also helping make sure the engineer is doing his job well done, and made the engineer aware of better ways to do things.
He was able to capture everything we wanted, and translate it into a beautiful, sophisticated and super comfortable plan.
I worked with so many professionals during this constructions, I wish there were more people like Sam. Im a bit of a control freak, and don't tend to trust people easily. Sam made it super easy to trust him, as it was an absolute pleasure working with him. Highly recommended!
