Very disturbing, My mom, sister and nephews were harassed and treated like animals at the coral square mall location for no reason. We are a professional family, that helps in the community. We will never shop here AGAIN...

If you're looking for a company who allows their Employees to harass others based on your judgement as an employee this is the place for you! All employees are rude and mistreat people based on their personal opinions. My sister was mistreated while in this store shopping for senior wear. She was accompanied by me, her siblings, and her girlfriend. Discrimination at its finest! Her girlfriend was approached and ask to leave the store for no apparent reason. When we went to exit the store as a whole due to the Discrimination the employees continued to harass and taunt us. It was like being in the middle of a middle school gang of mean girls. Truly sad! An not a single person has tried to correct the issues at hand in their stores.
I m writing about an incident that happened on 1/14/2019 at the Main Ave. location. I was upset at the length of time I had to wait to checkout. All because what seemed to be the manager was arguing with another customer. Apparently the manager accused the lady of stealing, which clearly the lady had a 10 spot bag that she just bought. Don t know why she was accused. But as an employee you should remain professional at all times whether or not a customer gets upset. To me the manger was rude and helped in escalating a situation that could ve been resolved easily. Customers should be a main priority and in this case she left the line of paying customers to argue and blame another person who already bought the items. I will never shop at this Passaic location again. With employees who get upset easily if she did that to another person God knows what would ve happened. Some people even got off the line and left. No way to do business.
My very beautiful daughter proudly worked at the Madrag store in Upper Darby Pennsylvania. Must I say she is timid but she gets the job well done. She had a very bad experience as an employee. She felt unhappy as if the manager was picking on her every move. it was degrading for her to make statements as if she was a little girl. I will NOT tolerate anyone treating my daughter unfairly. This shows the reputation of the store's true colors. I will also not be purchasing anything in this store. I suggest you speak to them regarding bullying /mental abuse and hire another manager that knows how to respect and treat all employees as well as customers.
I think is ridiculous that even if ur trying to exchange something that has the tag still on it n you can tell it wasnt worn they wont let u exchange it without a receipt , i told the lady it was agift n it doesnt fit me its too small ans she still hasked me if i have a receipt , knowing is from their own store n it was baught 3 days ago, they still cant even exchange it , i think is very poor customer service and i will be blogging and putting this on every social media so people know never to buy in any of the madrag , and i will let my friends also post this in their social medias as ell , its horrible people never buy there .
Nobody is accountable in this company whatsoever. Every part of management seems to have the attitude that everything is someone else's fault.So so sad.
Today 01/10/2019 I quit store 007 where Mezon is one of the mangers there. He is very disrespectful, and think he can speak to his associates anyway and manner. He talks behind ppl backs, and then smile up in their faces causing conflict within the work place. I've watched him steal and blame it on others in the store taking no responsibility for anything if its bad. It s really bad and i refuse to work under someone like such. After i told him about himself he called the cops and I would ve waited if one of the other workers didn t force me out the door. The company need to be mindful who they allow in certain positions. This is the reason why they dont have employees for too long mangers like him. It s really sad how he speak to his workers. And i hope that not to many of them workers deal with it.
Horrible company to work for !! Everyone here is old miserable & hates their job! Salary is basically NOTHING in both the corporate office and the stores they expect you to do work as if they re paying you top dollar. 32K for an assistant buyer is a JOKE smh
I got shoes yesterday and got home and have two left shoes.Went back the next day and they don t have the other shoe or any other pairs and refuse to give me a refund because they only do store credit or exchanges.Then says it says it right here on the receipt well then they should have said we re going to sell you two left feet and not tell you that you can t get your money back on your receipt after you already paid . Now I have to spend more money elsewhere to get the shoes I want.Thats not my fault that they didn t check the shoes before they sold them to me and don t have another pair to give me.How is that my problem?
