I Purchased a sofa and a love seat, made in North Carolina. I have been very pleased with the quality construction and the support . I just wish there showroom were in Virginia Beach, Va.

Just delivered after 4 weeks which is a reasonable wait. Once assembled I was surprised at how rickety, wobbly and just plain cheaply built it was. There's a 1 inch gap between one recliner and the center section, the whole back flops back and forth and when it reclines the back slopes to the left. We paid $4300 for the powered couch and love seat, for $300 I could have bought something used that was more sturdy.

We purchased the Domino set; the sofa and recliner in July of 2019. Everything was beautiful and we were very happy up until about six months into ownership when the material was starting to bunch at the foot of the recliner of the sofa. Now we have to open it and close it again, in order for the material to lay properly on the sofa. So disappointing!
And then a little while after that we started hearing noises underneath the sofa in regards to the mechanics of it as we would sit down and get up. And we have not even own this set for a year yet.
Sighhh, we are very sad this great looking set is slowly falling apart on us.
We will not be recommending your furniture unless you make things right.

I bought a Shea, 8-foot couch, and a 6-foot loveseat 12 years ago all with recliners and it's the best furniture I've ever had. Very durable microfiber cloth held out excellent. The frame is getting a little weak and I have a couple supports that are broke but I have a lifetime warranty on the frame and mechanisms and I am seeking to get it fixed. It will last me another 10 years. The microfiber cleans up a very well.

Paid for a couch in end of May at a store in IL. They said it would be done August. The factor got covid. Then it would be done end of September. Now we are being told we will have to wait at least 1 full year. I would stay away from this company until they get there act together.

We've had great luck with our Klaussner furniture! It's so nice to have a cushion that you can turn, the cheaper companies put a different fabric under the cushions.

I purchased two recliner chairs. Within 10 months the material began to fade and tare on the arms. The cushions lost their support. I contacted Klaussner and they sent a repair guy out. He took pictures and agreed that the chairs were defective but all he could do was to send his report into the company. For weeks my calls were not returned to find results. A few months later I received a piece of material to replace one arm. I was told the repairman would return to install. He came to install it. He placed the new material on the arm. It looked awful. One new piece of material to the rest of the chair that had faded. You can only imagine how ugly it looked. I contacted the Klaussner Rep again to ask them to reconsider the complaint and replace all the material or the entire chair. She advised there was no way they could do that and would only replace one-off arm. I thought purchasing "made in the USA meant something. I guess I was wrong. I will never purchase a Klaussner product again. Be careful when you think of them for your purchase.

Klaussner manufacturers custom furniture. They make a good quality custom living room furniture. I bought my Klaussner furniture from Parks Furniture, they have great pricing. Parks Furniture even guarantees they will beat anybody's price by 10%

All I want is my sectional! I ordered my sectional on 5/5/19 and I still have NOT received it. I continue to get told that it is in production...production doesn't take almost 6 months once all parts are received. When I called to speak with someone at Klaussner directly versus going through the middle man company to find out what is really going on, they do not answer the phone and have yet to return my calls. I have been in my new home for 6 months and can't enjoy it because I have no living room furniture! I am ready to speak with the owner directly if something doesn't change. Very Disappointed with this company.

I contacted Klaussner after ordering furniture from a local store that went out is business before my furniture had been delivered. In an attempt to find answers I contacted Klaussner to see if I could get any info from them, not expecting much help . Not only did I get a call but they actually confirmed that my furniture had NOT been to shipped to the closing store and helped locate a store that could reordered the furniture I wanted. The gentleman was kind and understanding, let me vent and did everything on their end to help even though it wasn t their fault.
