This giant wealthy law firm prevents about 20,000 people per year from being able to leave the Mormon church by creating pointless hurdles to thwart them. This is the antithesis of their profession obligation to respect people's legal rights.

I got my papers notorized like they asked for. It should be easy for them to remove my records. I ve sent in my papers 3 times now, and haven t heard anything from them. I m frustrated. I never wanted to be part of the LDS church. It shouldn t be so hard to leave it. It s yet another one of their cultish tactics.

I would like to thank KM for requiring me to get a notary to sign my LDS church resignation documents. The look on the notary s face when I explained the content of my resignation document was priceless. This cultish retention tactic is a blessing in disguise because, for every person who resigns, there will now be one unsuspecting notary who learns one of the many reasons why they shouldn t join. I think that s wonderful.

Just speaking as a man but these guys are great! Have helped my institution handle many sensitive items over the years. Back in 2012 this guy wanted $8.3M for pain and suffering from an ongoing abuse allegation and Kirton McConkie tried to clear it all up for just $10K. They are very professional and are generally great at keeping secrets and pharmaceutical studies. I recommend them for all of our political actions. These guys are a Godsend.

If I could give a 0, I would. Terrible experience with ELI W. MCCANN. He's protecting the Mormon Church rather than return phone calls. He's aided and abetted church members in a kidnapping and won't return phone calls. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a lawyer.
