Fun times with family of 8 of various ages; we all enjoyed taking pictures and the artistry of the figures

Expensive but Very nice place. Life like statues and from all over the world. Many photo opportunities. Artists including American and Indian all have there wax statues. Had a lot of family fun here. Recommended if you are visiting NYC.

First time at any Madame Tussauds. Touristy, but fun. Expensive... at least $30/person. There weren't as many statues as I'd expect, but they are really well done and lifelike.

The sculptures look so real they are laid side by side in excellent order and the pictures with the sculptures come out beautifully realistic.

Located closer to Times Square, this museum is wasily accessible by public transit. They have a good collection of wax statues compared to other locations like Washington. The tickets might seem little pricey but purchasing New York City Pass is a better option since we can cover many attractions with a single purchase. Must visit place for tourists visiting New York city.

Too many people. Takes time to get thru to take pictures. Some figure do not look like people they supposed to look like.

You can get these tickets for 20$ (after a 50% discount) if you hold a new york explorer pass. That way, it's kind of worth the money. Not otherwise.

The staff really made me and my little sister feel welcome, they were extra friendly and happy and made the day even more special

I think he lacks more celebrities that give him more very short emotion and few characters

The statues are impressive but they can improve then by make them more interactive and natural looking in pictures.

Wonderful! I had a wonderful time here! I mistook the statues for ordinary people, they are so well made. I laughed with my friends doing the same. I took lots of funny pictures.

Extremely exciting experience! Desirae at the candy bar made the tour 10x more exciting!

Considering the price, it is absolutely not worth it. 3.4/100 would visit it again. You see these figures looking like these famous people you might know, but to be fair around 30 dollars for an experience like this is not worth it.

We had a great time there. Some of the figures look almost to real.

My favorite part was the Ghostbusters' zone, to bad it hadn't the 4 original members, but the rest of the museum is great.

An excellent collection of wax figurines. This is a must visit location for all tourists. It is in a prime location just off to the side of new york times square and a wonderful experience all together. I personally enjoyed the guided tour which is very funny especially when the your reaches the oval office.

A real piece of art is all I can say ! Hats off to the creators and maintenance department

I love when out of town guest visits, this is usually one of the places they want to visit. Every time I'm here there is something new to see. And it's always a great experience at the end. Madame Tussauds museum is fascinating.

Save money and time by buying online! Also best time to go is in the morning because it gets packed the later it gets! Awesome experience, a lot of celebrities and public figures. Just a tip though, just because a figure is still it does not mean it s wax! It could be an actual person! Learned that the hard way!!

To visit when it rains to take a selfie with celebrities

Loved this place. There is so much to see. Great experience. The figures are spot on. I enjoyed the drink selections. Each floor is decorated awesomely. The store has so many items to choose from very cost-effective. I loved the extra care the staff took for everyone.

Perfect place to spend some fun time taking pictures. It feels like a red carpet event. The 4D show is also worthwhile.

Nice attraction, typical American atmosphere. To do if you have children or teenagers. Having the New York Pass was fun, but the cost of the ticket is high and no pass is not worth the expense

Totally worth it! it's amazing the resemblance of the figures!

Loved the museum. Their 4D experience was good.. Booked online on thier website after reaching venue and saved 7$ per ticket. Total 29$ per person for silver entry

There are hundreds of statues, some I did not know, however it is always very nice to go to Madame Tussaud

Took us a little while to get in but the statues are amazingly lifelike. They are several exhibits and plenty to see and do here. i strongly recommend checking this place out especially since it is a very short walk from time square as well. P.s frank Sinatra is at the very end for those who cannot find it online

Relatively long waiting times, but cool to look at.

My wife and I enjoyed this place from beginning to end with limited activities to do due to this covid19 stuff but really fun

What an amazing place. I got to have tea with her Majesty and all. I even saw some Bollywood actors and actresses, so it s quite the globalisation in there.

A must place to stop in New York, the wax models are so real that its unreal. Upon entering and walking around the wax models are just looking around and they are so real looking that it seems as though they are going to just get up and walk away. I would suggest visiting this place to anyone young small big and tall.

Would only visit if you have lots of time to kill while in NYC. Some of the figures are very realistic and some are not-seemed to be a lot of E! type celebrities (Kardashians). 4D is really pretty awful when compared to any amusement park 4D attraction. Several things are additional money once you get there as well.

Brilliant atmosphere, friendly staff, easy to navigate. Ample photo opportunities...just need more Marvel characters in the marvel section

We had so much fun from the start .The kid at the front (Miguel) was just awesome !! He walked us through the whole ticket thing got us a great package and was really accommodating to our needs ( pocket wise ) he was really a genuine person , which is not so common in time square attractions . Well after that pleasant greeting we made our way through all the great wax figures and omg they are sooooo life like !! Felt like i was actually with all the stars !!! We will be back !!!!!

It's cool The most fun was the virtual reality experience hunting ghosts and the candy store!

We, a group of 3 families reached here after spending our time in hot scorching sun. Each and everyone had difference of opinion in visiting various attractions. But Madame Tussaud's was unanimously welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone in the group. The various exhibits and a short 4D MARVEL movie was a feast to the eyes.

They charge for children above 2 years. It would be great if they stop charging for the children under 6 years.

Fantastic experience, definitely worth getting the gold pass for the digital online photos and undead experience.

Cool spot to kill some time in times Square... Plenty of "up charges" like photos with Trump and Obama and the Ghostbusters section. Some of the wax figures are better than others obviously but the ones that are spot on are awesome.

Museum is good. But ticketing staff is worst. Just to issue 10 tickets ahead of me, they took 1 hr. This happens to me every time I am here.

It is what you expect. The only reason for the lower number of stars is the value of the visit. Do it only as part of the New York Pass. Full price is a bit much.

Otherwise, go to town taking pictures with your favourite celebs.

The location is great. It's located just at the heart of the city. One can walk from the NJ Transit to this place. You need 2-3 hours time to visit every corner of this place.

Collection is not big. The replicas look like dolls in shopping malls. Light reflects from the faces and hands. Excessive light is pointed towards the faces of the replicas. This reveals that they are fake upon taking photos with them due to the difference in facial illumination.

Good entertainment, good price, skip line if with a wheelchair

It is one of the most important museums in New York to visit, you will take lots of photographs with the characters who made the history of this multi-starred nation. The queues at the entrance are very small. Very important attraction that will give you excitement and enthusiasm!

Some of the statues are amazingly true to life. A few ok. Gives a peek into the life and times we have passed. A chance to take pictures,picture souvenirs. Tickets bit costlier.

Great new wax figures. I haven't been in 7 years. I love the Obama's. I glad there were more activities for children. We loved the 4D avengers movie!

Unbelievable place! You can meet many famous people in one place. Really, very good implementation of wax figures, so you can take pictures with everyone, unfortunately they don't give you an autograph :D

Went super early. Wasn't crowded and super fun taking our time taking pics.. Worth the high price.. You have to go once in your life to a Tussauds location..

I took my wife and daughter here to experience the museum. It was a pretty good time. It took us about an hour to go through, I'm sure that's fast compared to other people. Just like anywhere else, the people are the most annoying part of it. The staff there was great, they get 4 stars. We watched the 4D movie as well and I wouldn't have minded if we skipped that.

The museum is amazing but i disagree the price, isn't fair!

Love this place. Definitely a family place. Buy the tickets online are more cheaper. Hand wax was so nice experience. 4D movie was ok. Parking at the street on Sundays are free. All the wax celebrities looks so real.

If you ever get a chance, just check it out. It's quite interestingand astonishing out what a person can do. The figures on display were breath taking with quality. It was packed but never over crowded. Gift shops were worth checking out
