Very poor response to our request for service. I'm constantly finding half the snack vending machine selections are out, and the popular drink selections are out more than not. Pricing isn't listed on drinks so no idea how much something costs. And the drink machine frequently eats dollar bills.

Felco vending has been in business a very long time, they re very professional, customer oriented.
Most vending machine problems are handled the same day.

Joe the owner is very easy to get a hold of and always returns calls promptly....

As we all know, sometimes machines break down from time to time. I have to say with my personal experiences when such an occasion happens with a Felco Vending machine, someone is always out there to fix the problem ON THE SAME DAY as we call. Not only is maintenance kept regularly on their machines, but they have a professional staff and are very friendly and will help with any situation. Keep up the good work Felco.
