I was surprised by the realism of the work done, excellent place to visit as a group, fun to take many funny pictures!

Really nice to do! The statues are very well made and diverse.
Some sectors present American personalities little known abroad and are no longer relevant, so little interest for European tourists but they are few.
We were able to return 1h before the opening thanks to the New York Pass = few people in the museum, very convenient and pleasant to enjoy the visit and take pictures.
No barriers around the statues, we can go around and get as close as we want.

Compared with London one New York it s a joke. Not enough attractions we talk about 30min visit. Such a waste of money

I had a great experience. Going from floor to floor taking pictures of all the famous people and my favourite was Prince Harry and Meghan.

Huge place! 9 levels. So much to see! We used an explorer pass and this was one of our options. Wheelchair and stroller friendly.

I was doubtful how it would be seeing from outside. But I loved the place. I was surprised to see Amithabh Bachchan, Sharukh Khan and Gandhi.
Many famous actors and actresses, sportspersons and much more.

Had a lot of fun. Good experience!

The museum is excellent, there are many characters and attractions to spend hours of fun, especially if you go with family or with your friends. I definitely recommend this place, it is worth the price of admission.

We had a lot of fun here. This was a unique visit that was part of our New York pass. There are some very lifelike wax models here! The exhibits are set up in a very immersive way. It s fun taking pictures with wax statues of celebrities. The realism of these pieces is just outstanding. Down to the smallest of detail. Highly recommend to anyone. They also have cheap New York clothing available at the check in desk.

Ok. Not amazing but a decent range of personalities. Most of them realistic looking.
Typical tourist trap trying to sell you overpriced photos and confectionary.
Good value is you get a discounted ticket or do it on a pass.

This location, as many others have said, is not the best. They claim to have 200+ wax figures on display but in reality I don't think there was even 100. For the $35 that you have to pay to get in, you really don't get much. The location seems big, as there are many floors but the displays are sparse and half of the figures they advertise (Ed Sheeran, Whitney Houston, Bob Marley, Jenna Marbles, Marilyn Monroe, etc) are not on display. It feels like we missed part of the museum, but when we asked we were just told "oh yeah those ones aren't out today they're all getting touched up." Also, the lighting is terrible in here! All of our pictures came out dark and grainy. Unless you want to get right up in the figures faces don't expect a quality or well lit photo.

I would not recommend this location. Save your time in New York for something else, and go elsewhere for a better Madame Tussauds experience. Hollywood is much better.

It was OK. Some of the dolls could be replaced. There is still a whole Ghostbusters part ... the movie came out in 2016. also the 4D cinema with Marvel seems rather ok for today's possibilities.

Some statues are very realistic but most of them were not at all. Also very few of them together. A quick run through is all you need else wise it will become boring.

We went because we had the New York Pass (if not crazy). It's pitiful! There were closed floors and an incredible creepy and shabby environment.

They had us waiting for the only elevator for 20 minutes and couldn t even take everybody since the line had built up so much. Build some stairs guys! Pathetic.

However entrance os expensive and I was disappointed as most figures i was eagerly to see weren't exhibiting at the time: such as Michael Jackson, Beyonce and others

Visited a few years ago and Only came to see the jenna marbles figure. Was told at the end that it was down for maintenance. Felt like it was a standard what ever statement to blow me off. Didn't care for the Ghostbusters. Guess I wont be back. Complete waste of money.

Great place to visit to see Great celebrities at one place

Crowded (but it is a tourist attraction). I like how they switch things up every few months so we got to see a few different things than the last time we were there. For the price though I would expect to see more. It would be nice if they had more "up to date" figures for kids sake to make it more family. I still enjoy going in though. All wax figures look so life like and really depict the person. Also, even if you don't know who the person is they have small signs stating who they are and what they are famous for. You can learn small fun facts about people you already knew of.

It is a museum to entertain. Take many pictures and videos with the wax characters. I recommend it. Do not stop going to this museum. They are going to entertain a lot.

Nice place, something short the walk but it is not to let pass, one has a good time taking photos with each character that is inside

It seems to me that there is less attraction for London than for London.

Wonderful experience to see Dec statues of celebrities, icons of society, players, leaders etc. Better to get online tickets. Requires 2-3 hours to enjoy the museum.

It was good though not that much celebrities to see.. But worth to go there...

Just amazing. Takes long time to get entrance but it is worth it.

Bit over priced but you may go one time to tick it on your list.

The wax museum was like something that I probably won't see in a while. This place is just outstanding and I highly, highly recommend you come and eee just how wonderful this place really is. Also i didn't know a single thing about this place and now I know do much . the wac museum for your outstanding sculptures.

We came to Madame Ts mainly so we could do the Ghostbusters VR Experience. That was awesome! We really enjoyed it and I highly recommend it. The wax museum part was alright. It was pretty neat to see how tall people are.

I was impressed with the beautiful wax sculptures, they are exactly the same as the real characters, a very fun place to take pictures and be your idols face to face hahaha I really liked it

We had a great time there even during the Covid-19 time period. I wish they had more wax figures of people I was looking forward to seeing. No matter what though it was an awesome experience, and my family had a great time there. The staff is EXTREMELY nice and helpful as well.

It's expensive, but you should go if you have never been to Madame Tussaud's. Also new York's is one of the best

The most famous wax dolls in the world, some actually look real, others not so much. It's cool once in a lifetime, if you've ever been to another Madame Tussauds, you do not have to repeat it.

We enjoyed the museum most of the figures look for the most part just like the celeb, but a few we're off. The Rihanna & Selena Gomez just to name the ones I remember were a little off.

Its a big & busy place you may have to wait less than a minute to take a picture, but it was all fun. The staff were nice and the visitors are all having fun too so it was a great time. I was surprised when we were done seemed like it was too quick. We only did the regular walk with no extras.

Staff was more than friendly and helpful. Front desk clerk was very patient with me and helped explain all ticket options as i asked many questions over and over. The staff throughout was very friendly and courteous and always greeted me with a smile. Very good experience and would go back again.

I was hoping for more, being in New York, I found the Museo Pequeno, in Los Angeles has many more attractions!

Went there because my daughter was dying to go. I thought it was going to be stupid, but ended up having a great time. Could do without the Ghostbusters and King King exhibits.

This was probably the most fun thing we did as tourists. We have 5 kids ages 6-12 and they all had a great time. It was definitely a nice change from being in the heat, and it eased family friendly. Worth the money, experience, and pictures of course.

I was so excited about the Ghostbusters experience, but the lady forgot to turn on the volume on my headset so I heard nothing! At $60 a ticket, I won't be able to experience it again, unfortunately. So if you go, make sure your volume is up. The rest is meh, staff would rather talk amongst themselves. Wax figures are very lifelike. Lots of rude tourists too.

Multi level facility with wax figures of celebrities. Also special displays that cost extra such as Marvel heros. Just an average attraction.

Madam Tussauds is a strange experience because it feels like you re staring at a real person so closely for as long as you like and the person isn t even looking back at you or stopping. Well ofcourse it doesn t because it s not real.. it s made of wax with excruciating detail and an artist s ultimate work on the work of God. I would recommend it because it s a very unique experience which you won t get anywhere else.

The wax statues are scarily life like. I looked a Carie Underwood and felt like a perv
