Great place to live and amazing management! Two thumbs up!

Clara and Kylie were so awesome. Clara did everything possible to get us into an apartment. It's been a great experience . Apartments are nice especially for the price in this area. Look forward to living here.

Ms. Renee was incredible she answered all of our questions when we took a tour. And when we said that our application choose right on top of it and sent it in and we heard Within an hour or so after that we got the apartment she was so wonderful

Anyone giving this place anything higher than 1 star is either a bot or fake accounts. the things I've seen and heard are appalling. DO NOT LEASE HERE. You pay an arm and a leg for rent and utilities are through the roof. You can find better for same amount or cheaper elsewhere. These apartment complexes are JANKY!! And some slumlord, under-the-table work is going on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE.

Its a fantastic price for Denver, the apartment its self is updated and has a perfect amount of space, there is direct access to i36, i25, and i270, I have a veiw of downtown and the mountains from my balcony, theres a park right next to the apartments which makes it a great place for my son, the elementary school has a good rating, and the staff is amazing! Completely satisfied with living here.

When i went to see the apartments the people were going home and they came back just to show me the apartment very professional very great service !!

Just moving in and the apartments are big inside love that the washer and dryer is inside. Office made it easy and fast.

We couldn't ask for a more family oriented community to live in. From Management to maintenance, our property is cared for on a daily basis and our property manager is so awesome. Any issues that we have had in the past year have been handled immediately. As tenants we can honestly appreciate what you guys do for us. Keep up the great work. I will definitely refer other tenants!

Kylie and Clara are amazing! Honestly the best apartment for the money. Pool, park 20 feet away, granite counter tops, skylight in my living room with a private balcony. Easy access to all of Denver.

Before visiting this proper I was skeptical of the service my family and I would be met with. Upon arriving we were met with phenomenal courtesy and professionalism from Ms. Renee. She is so kind and made us feel like we were already home on the property.

New staff is doing a great job turning things around. Property is looking cleaner and other projects are finally getting taken of. Really hoping this new manager and her crew stick around.

I've lived here for 2.5 years now and haven't had issues with the management or the apartment. If fact the staff here are pleasant and very helpful. As for the apartment it has the usual break downs, but maintenance on it right away. Of all the apartments I've lived in Parkside is the most pleasant and quiet. And I've lived in a lot of apartments in 35 years here in Colorado.

The new manager and staff are kind and have made huge improvements.

Parkside is a good place to live we dont have anyone bother us unless we have problems with another resident but no one bothers our cars we respect others property s ok sometimes the dogs bark alot but other than that it's a good place just wish it wasn't so expensive but then what place isn't but over all we like it here and feel safe here

I ve tried stopping by the leasing office twice the first time we were told no one was coming that day and asked if we could come on Monday again no one answered left the sign as open I tried knocking on the door and calling the number for the leasing office when I saw someone from maintenance and asked if anyone was in they said no I showed up an hour after the office said it was open and still no one was there and I couldn t helped even to get basic information and see a model very discouraged by the lack of professionalism especially after being asked if I could make it another day and taking time to go in and still unable to get any information

It's been a pleasure to live here the past year some things need work but all in all its been a great experience

Have lived here for 3 years, and decided to stay for a 4th. Clara is awesome, and the office crew is great. The people living here keep to themselves. The shower heads are lame, but other than that, GREAT place to live.

Been living here two years and our contract was done last October and we had a house set in order to move out and it was a great house in a great neighborhood but they wouldn't let us move out even though our contract ended for failure to give a 3 week notice or whatever but I'm just upset we missed out on a great 3 bedroom house for the same price as our 2 bedroom apartment and now will have to settle for a town home soon.

Very professional and prompt ... I just moved in and everything went smoothly and as promised !!

The ground keeper rick is a thief clara is a racist, so if you are black just expect for her to call the police on you if you have any problems. BLACK PEOPLE MATTER....BUT NOT AT PARK SIDE!!

I went to these apartments and was quite impressed with not just the property but the lady who assisted my family. Thank you Renee for being so patient professional and knowledgeable. It's hard to find such incredible customer/tenant service these days. Thank you.

Tbh overpriced . It s ok tho no bugs or nothing I guess they have specials now I m moving to my 3rd place here first one had mold in the wall. Then they move me to this one im in now tgr ac didn t work first two weeks now 3 years later I will be moving to a one bedroom price keeps going up For the amount of rent you pay the trash and everything should be included in the amount of rent.

We have lived here for 3 years. For the most part it has always been fine. Apartments are in good condition, no mice, no bugs, maintenance was ok for the most. In the last 2 years every time our lease expired rent went up, there seemed to be a change of owners and new fees. As of this last year, our rent increased $200.00 not including a washer and dryer which was nice but didn't work and we had to wait to get a new for almost a month. Our lease ends in July and as of 3 weeks ago there's been a car break in streak. The office has not said anything about it. Over 10 cars, trucks and suvs have been broken into! They refuse to put any type of security. Or failed to mention anything. They asked us for a 70 day notice to vacate!!!! Who does that?!?!? It constantly smell of Marijuana inside our apartment as well as when you walk by. Upstairs neighbors are loud and make noises at all hours of the night and day!! Not to mention there is going to be another $200.00 hike.

Been living here for 8 months and I ve never had any issues, staff is very friendly! And great area to live in.

Lived here for a 15 months now. Its Pricy but I LOVE my Apt. Hopefully I can stay little longer!!

Great management, Convenient location! beautiful remodel. Office staff will go above and beyond for any resident here. Thank you. Lisa and Reyna are the most pleasant staff out there.

My experiences in talking with managers, Tim and Clara have been 100% positive. My greatest appreciation is their honesty and willingness to take initiative in contacting potential renters. If you're considering moving to Denver, I highly recommend considering ParkSide Apartments. A+

Need to hire staff that knows how to do thier job. Still waiting now 1 month to get my dishwasher fixed

I love my home here. Reyna is always extremely helpful. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

The worst apartments to live in , the management is terrible. I am a current resident and they don t fix any problems . We have been living without heat and our carbon monoxide detector is going off. I have asked them to fix this at least 5 times and they have done nothing. Worst apartments ever.

Great place to live. They are willing to work with you if you can get ahold of a manager. There is a super unprofessional receptionist Named Tim who thinks he's in charge and when you disagree with him, he refuses to give managements contact info because there currently "no managers" at the parkside location until further notice. I'm pretty sure he made that up but that's fine. 5 stars for the apartments 0 stars for the office staff

This is a good place to live with reasonable price in Denver. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Apartments are well managed and especially have thick wall. I have been living here for 6 months and so far so good

I really can say I have enjoyed living here for the past year. The property is kept clean and management is always responsive! My apartment is great and neighbors are very friendly.

The lights don't work when it's snows for some reason, really pricey for a 1 bedroom oh and if you want your car being broke into this the best place for you (: not only is there no security around to keep watch but they give you a number to call if you see something "suspicious " best part of all the number doesn't do anything about it and neither will the office. Oh and if you love stepping on dog poop everywhere you'll love it .
