Theresa in the suit department harassed me for buying a suit at another person's station because they helped me pick it out rather than her. Disgustingly unprofessional. When I came back to get the suit tailored because the tailor wasn't there the day I bought it, Theresa was still working in the suit department. I have never had such an unpleasant shopping experience. The manager my friend and I spoke to about the issue should have fired her. Her behavior was far beyond unaccaptable. I am considering calling corporate about this Macy's because this shames the Macy's brand. I encourage everyone reading this review to keep your phones ready to record any altercation you may have with any of the associates at this store. It would definitely go on the news. Maybe Theresa is a good candidate.
